That's weird. Are players from your region generally restricted? Have a chat with Ben and I'm sure he'll help out. He may still be on holiday though, not sure.

Did you get out of your bed with the wrong leg this morning?
I know there is such a thread somewhere but sometimes those threads are gone to page whatever and you can't find them that easy anymore.

I am not easy to please. In fact many casinos find me a pain in the neck. However, I must say I find Ben and co. awesome in the way they handled my account. 2 days ago I received a mail from them announcing the closure of my account as I resided in a restricted jurisdiction. I wasn't happy because I had all along been truthful in disclosing my place of residence and had been playing at Guts for a year or so now. Enraged, I wrote the above. Ben or someone from Guts noticed it and conducted an investigation. They have now written to me announcing that the account has been reopened and explained in depth on why it was closed and then reopened. This is the sort of communication that separates the top accredited casinos from the also-rans. Guts, Ben and co.- You guys are tops.

After thoroughly checking my inbox to see if it had blocked me from Guts emails and finding nothing I contacted support.
Support told me that I was just ineligible for the free spins.
They didn't give me details but I would estimate that if you don't make a deposit for 1-2 weeks you wont be eligible for the free spins at Guts.

Petro don't think its anything to do with deposits. Think its probably just sent to certain people as I never got them either and ive deposited several times in last few weeks. Not complaining tho as get loads of free spins just pointing out I don't think this was a promotion sent to everyone.

i had no intention to sound harsh. but being a member for many years of a local poker forum and an active poster on a tracker-forum, my routine instinct is to follow their rules of keeping everything clean, posting in already opened threads for easy tracking otherwise first post from new thread moved or deleted. i hated this discipline manner at first but now im part of it, the reason of my reply to you. apologies!
