In fact many casinos find me a pain in the neck. However, I must say I find Ben and co. awesome in the way they handled my account. 2 days ago I received a mail from them announcing the closure of my account as I resided in a restricted jurisdiction. I wasn&#039;t happy because I had all along been truthful in disclosing my place of residence and had been playing at Guts for a year or so now. Enraged, I wrote the above. Ben or someone from Guts noticed it and conducted an investigation. They have now written to me announcing that the account has been reopened and explained in depth on why it was closed and then reopened. This is the sort of communication that separates the top accredited casinos from the also-rans.
