Bonus Complaint what gives?

Okay so I am in the middle of a free spin bonus and all the sudden I'm disconnected (apparently by the administrator) and when I log back in , my free spins finish and I won $22.00 but it doesnt get credited to my account, So I go to live help where I am informed that there is another account linked to my email, (yes there is it is my husbands, I was not aware of this) so they are taking my bonus away because of that. This is the first time I ever deposited to this casino and I am unsure if my husband ever did. That in my opinion is just wrong , and I wont ever deposit there again, BUZZLUCK,,,,,,,
 
You will most likely have this same result at any casino you play at if there are 2 accounts using the same e-mail. From their end they can't tell what is going on and they are not in the business of guessing.

If you share an e-mail address with somebody the onus is on you to contact the casino and see if there is some way they can make it work for you.
 
Actually it doesn't even matter if you have different email accounts, most casinos only allow one account per household. Some casinos MAY allow you and your husband both to have accounts IF you ask them first and if you're not both taking bonuses, but it's rare.
 
Yes always ask help if there about b4 sign up, they normally ask name and email, well to me email is abit of wind as had hundruds, But now I just stick to a few, But they will let you by name or email, They wont lie if you ask what name was the first account opened they should tell you, If not do not play,
Casinos do not like the registered users to be at same addresses or ip, Alow low If you ask them some will let you, I no you said that you had not known, I do no a few sites that let you a have 2 accounts at same addresses, Which really like its said b4 any 1 thats trying to con will now to hide I.P and defiantly not use the same email lol,

Some sites are strick and will not budge, Just like the thread the other day when some1 put any numbers in the contact mobile number, But any decent operator will falg up up with same email, It normally states in use, Just like if trying to use the same user user name, they do anythink to get a deposit or alot more to you win, At least they cloaked it to let you no, Was you on a roll? & did you take a bonus? Oh just read back and seen you took bonus, Yes they would normally do that but do ask them and let them no the situation, Also if playing poker ect than thats where they ban normally comes in due to chip dumping ect,

I nether sign up till ask, If no chat available than there's a clue there not to play, If you do not get response for a few days than def not play,
Oh also sites do not mind if at same addresses but do not give the 2nd bonus out

Are you saying they just took the bonus away and let you play on a deposit? If so that is fair.

Whether you husband deposited or not is irrelevant because even if he just set up the account it is considered two accounts.


14. You are allowed only one active account. Winnings will only be paid to players having one account per household, computer, IP address or business address. If you have more than one account all winnings will be void.
