I won 82.500 SEK in a mystery bonus game on Witches Wealth...I thought. But my winning didn't show in my balance.
I contacted the support who told me, the game "malfunctioned"! and my real win was only 480 SEK...!
Kinda big difference between 480 SEK and 82.500 SEK
I told the person in the support that this is not correct and the answer I got whas that they're gonna forward the issue to their technical support.
The days went by and nothing happened, not a word from the support or the techinicians.
After one week I believe, I contacted the Videoslots support again about my issue and the answer I got was this "Dear Carina, according to the winnings from Witches Wealth, you have only won 480 SEK according to your games history".
It does not mean you have won 82.500 SEK.
If there's anything elese we can help you with, don't hesitate to contact us again....
