WARNING BigTimeRevenue is slo-paying commissions, ignoring Affiliate complaints

We received a complaint from a BigTimeRevenue affiliate that their commissions have been stalled since the beginning of the year and that they weren't getting any assistance in resolving the matter:

... contacted Zac several times and they admit to owing the money, but are unwilling or unable to pay and have given no reason for the delays ....

When I tried to contact the rep they first ignored it then later sent this:

Good morning,

I would like to apologize for the delay of your payments. We are currently working on getting your owed commissions to you and all future payments done on time. Again, I am sorry for the delay and appreciate your patience.

That was sent to me, no one else. Seems like they have their best people on the job. How very reassuring.

Warning: BigTimeRevenue isn't paying affiliates monies owed and shows no sign of dealing with outstanding issues.
