could be a scam to clone your card. be sure you don't keep any funds on it.
 
Monarchs casino is VERY dodgy at best - I would advise that no-one play there!

To the OP: The only way you will get your money is to do what they ask... and then pray.
If you've already sent in the required info, then just keep on politely chasing them. There is no point trying to threaten them with anything - they wont give a damn about that and it's more likely to slow down the process. :(

If they do ever pay you, look for a CasinoMeister Accredited casino to play at, instead of this bunch of cowboys.

{Edit} Some more about this awful casino:
On the home page a huge sign boasts "The World's Biggest Bonus" - well I don't know which world they are talking about, because it's definitely NOT the biggest bonus on planet Earth!
The casino uses Top Game software: very lowly rated at CM, not because of the game software itself (which is pretty good), but because of the antics of the software owners and many of the casino operators.

There are many complaints about them in other forums, too.

But i think they have a rep in askgamblers, you can contact a rep there i think.
 
oh yeah - i agree

they insisted on recieving my driving license for verification and rejected passport...

i havent seen my driving license for at least 10 years. ;-) i am going not to go on an expedition for their bureucratic fetish. ;-))))))
