Hey Guys, i decided (even though i can only catch max. 50% bonuses via Skrill or Neteller) to give Miami Club another try... And after a couple of slots i gave Fat cat another chance (i remembered having a 200x pick during the feature and it happened again :)
Cashed out now 1502$ and will wait now :) (For screen see winner screenshots)

Two things i have seen:

1.) I received an automatic e-mail asking for docs (utility bill / id), i immediately sent those out. Does this happened to other people? I'm already verified with docs at Miami Club and at all other Deckmedia Casinos, so i don't know why they're asking again.

2.) I tried to contact Sloto via the "Rep" Link on the review page of Slotocash / Slots Capital at Casinomeister, but i always get an oops page... Can somebody fix that? I often use the reviews to directly find out the username of a Rep. Cheers, Hoff

Wow... I'm really not used to cashouts like this anymore... Still pending :-/
as a regular here Hoff you should know better :) there has been a lot of threads about SlotoCash and there sister casinos for the past year or so,that they dont payout as quick as they used to.
and for that reason i dont play there anymore, if i wanna play Rival i play Tropica, paid out within hours, for RTG i play Clubworld or Inetbet always paid the very next day :)

Yes i have the exactly same opinion. I only play RIVAL at Tropica. (Super fast cashouts, awesome Rep!!), but for WGS there's no alternative.... Maybe Liberty Slots? I have good experience with them from the past, but i'm not sure if their payouts are faster then MiamiClub
 
Still waiting :/ i wrote Sloto to get a feeling how long it can take at Miami Club these days (and why i had to re-verify), but got no answer :(

If verried than why need to send agin ? seems if slot involve than should bd be al good,

I miss read that, but yes why are they asking agin? probs stalling and if so give the group a miss in future, saying that was it an auto messge? Just making sure your your upto date, I get messgae about withdraws and sating that I might need to provide kyc alow its all done, If it was a priate message asking for docs than it must me some sort of tactic to keep playing,
Also having send I.D on a constant basis is not good and not neccasery, its a risk and not good, and casino no this and still pester people,

Ive got around 5 main email adys, 2 of hem I use for casinos, I get spamed hell of alot of time on the main two, other 3 NOT RECIVED ONE? so some casino is passing details for a fact or employey passing details

I no the score I took some smal change out at bet at and still waiting 3 days later, Sort it out Igor, alow you may withdraw in a few hours has it really been prosed? took money out of bingo site an hour later and was in my bank yestoday so whats going on?

About 12 hours ago i wrote an E-Mail to support and VIP Support asking for information, didn't get an answer. And the rep also has not replied yet (was also not only the last 3 days)

I now that sometimes delays can happen, but why is every single withdrawal a pain there the last few times?? I really should not spend any single cent for Deckmedia anymore... I'm so disappointed, and there were times were i was a daily!! depositor at several Deckmedia Casinos....

Hey Guys,

just talked via LIVE CHAT to support... They say i should get it on monday as security checks can take up to 72 hours after the documents have been verified... I just checked my e-mails again, and i was verified long time ago...

But it sounds like a good way to delay, if i have to verify again on every withdrawal.

I found 2 old e-mails from 2013 where i was writing with "my personal VIP supporter" who is not there anymore and both times she wrote me that "they're just super-cautious" and my account is already verified. So i was verified already 2013!

Really disappointed, so it will take a week to cashout from Miami Club. Back in the days i had the ability to speed up the process via VIP Support and Rep, both seem to not care anymore about my membership there, so i guess after this cashout i will say Bye Bye to Deckmedia at last...
 
Have you made a cash out since February?
I know they had to reset the verification process when they changed processors. Apparently new processor means new documents are required.
Not sure why, but this could be the case if you haven't cashed out since then.

I've had cash outs processed between 2 central american time, up til 10 am. So they may still process your cash out this morning, but who knows whats all going on with your account.

i got the info to call the payment team to get the info when i will be paid. But i don't think it's MY JOB as a vip member to make phonecalls to get paid.

1. I cashed out money to Skrill last Tuesday.
2. Although verified at ALL Deckmedia Casinos for years and a history of a couple of dozens cashouts at Miami Club over the years ai had to re-verify because "Miami Club was not able to retrieve my data that is already in the system"
3. On Wednesday evening i got the message that all my docs are now verified again.
4. On Thursday i sent an E-mail to support to know how much longer the payout will be pending etc.
5. On Saturday i received a response that the payment team already have everything they need and support will send out an info to them so that they will process my withdrawal asap
6. Now it's monday and i tried to ask support again to make sure that i will get paid today, after a nice and friendly chat support advised to send an e-mail to payments team (support@miamiclubcasino.im was the address i've got) or to call them after 9am.

I think if you read through this you will see that this is not the "best treatment" i can get, especially because AFTER 6 DAYS THE PAYOUT IS STILL PENDING!

I know that i could just wait and shut up, but i was a loyal member for years across all Deckmedia brands and as i work myself in a customer-oriented field i dont' like being treated like a jerk.
 
I can only add that you must be patient. From what I've seen in the forum, generally it will take longer to be paid by USA facing casinos than from the European/legal casinos.
