I have a solid cashout from 7/21 from this casino, not honored.

If it hasn't been denied, but delayed, then they may have lost a processor. Someone else posted about a payout delay at Jackpot Capital... if I can find it.... HERE
 
Thank you silc. That may be the case but no payment nor proper communication for 3 weeks is pushing it.

I did initiate a cashout on 7/21 which was 'approved' a couple of days later. A pending period of 5 working days is
standard, I've always known and accepted that. As of this morning, no money has been recieved and there has been
no attempt to solve the matter on the casino's end.

If there's a processor problem, me and several others are being kept in the dark. Instead, my last two live chat
sessions have been a mess, CS is completely unhelpful. When asked to escalate matters, it has been fruitless as well,
the only response from accounting is a form letter saying 'something is wrong'.

I'm asking everyone to not deposit at this casino until matters are sorted. This may turn into a huge problem,
we just don't know yet. A daily follow-up will be posted right here, feel free to chime in with any information you might have.
 
The Jackpot Capital rep chimed in on 2 other threads that their processor problem has been sorted and players paid. Hope that means you as well....?

I've been in contact with Yasmeen who is very helpful. No money yet though but we'll see where it goes.

I was indeed paid and I will continue to play at Lucky Club for now. If, by any chance, this will happen again
I'm out for good.
