I have a case with one of the casinos of the CR Group

So far I tried to settle the issue with their chat operators and supervisors, but now it's one week of runarounds and my feeling is that they are just kidding me.

By the way yesterday I phoned to their "toll free" number - under their suggestion - I had been waiting over 18 minutes listening to nice music since the operator was looking for... "something" in my account, after that he told me he was going to call me back in max 15 minutes, of course nobody did call me back, but the final surprise was that this "toll free" call was costing me 22 euro.
lol.

So far I did miracles keeping myself calm, kind and positive minded but now I admit I am beginning to get upset.

Is there any rep for CR Group here on CM ?

if not, would it have any sense opening a PAB ? Is this people someway comunicating with Maxd if a PAB has been opened ?

(no, please do not mention ecogra, I'd like to have someone else having a look to my case)

after a few hours since my post here, I have been finally contacted by a supervisor of CR.
his reply was not that good, but at least it's a reply.
