Vera&John Accredited Casino Review

Hey V&J,

What's up with the price of loyalty rewards skyrocketing the more loyal you become?

I use to be able to buy free spins for some quick fun at 70-90 points, however now that I have a higher loyalty rating, free spins have jumped to 300 points!!!

That's a bit unreasonable and unfair IMO. Usually the more loyal you become, the more regular and easier it is to receive loyalty rewards. At your casino it seems to be working in reverse. If this is what occurs, I'm not sure I'll hang around for much longer.

I contacted support regarding the above issue, and was told cheaper free spins rewards would appear once I reached the next loyalty level. Well I reached the next loyalty level today, and nothing new appears in the shop! Still only one option at 300+ coins?!

On top of this I received an email a few days ago stating two new options of 10 and 20 free spins were now available in the shop. Yet when I went to purchase the 20 free spins, they weren't there, and I was told that option wasn't available top Australian players. So why send the email offer?

Get your act together V&J. I've been given incorrect information on a number of occasions, and the back and forth correspondence has become frustrating. Not to mention the chat rep who said the marketing team would contact me with some personalized loyalty rewards and offers due to my inconvenience, yet that was nearly a week ago and I'm still waiting?

It's obvious you may have also taken a holiday from responding to issues here since becoming accredited, so know that I have taken a self imposed holiday from your site, and will not be depositing any further until your advice and offers become more transparent and less conflicting.

When a casino can't get the simple things right, such as simple correct advise, it gives me no confidence of a smooth process when it's time for a more complex task such as a future withdrawal.

You've lost my confidence, after early high hopes and praise, and that is a shame.

Hi Azzurri

Apologies for the delay in responding to your message.

We have looked into your case and complaints and would like to explain further how the shop items and rewards program works.

The Spin Credits available in the V&J shop can all be purchased an unlimited amount of times. We always have a 2 AUD spin credit available for 130 coins as well as a 5 AUD spin credit available for 310 coins as a standard offer in the shop that can be used for any slot or video slot. We also have the same options available for table games. (We are currently offering these spin credits at a discounted rate until early next week.)

In regards to the game-specific free rounds shop items, these can only be purchased once-off and are sometimes only available for a limited amount of time. As you move up membership levels, new shop items are unlocked - these items will still be visible in your shop, but will be displayed with a lock symbol. You will therefore be able to see exactly what items will be unlocked at what level and the costs associated. There may be times when you may have previously purchased all the free round items available for less than 300 coins and although these items are frequently released, this may have been the case when you commented on the 11th August. We have checked our loyalty program calendar and later that day we actually released a new shop item - 10 free spins for Toki Time for 60 coins, amongst other new shop items.

The comment in regards to the shop item not being available for Australian players, unfortunately one shop item within the mailer you referenced was not available to the Australian market, as the supplier does not support the AUD currency option. We acknowledge this mistake and will ensure in the future that the newsletters you receive do not contain any information not relevant to you.

@ azzurri I hope your issues get solved.

V&J Casino sounds pretty interesting.
It's a strange name for an online casino. Maybe Vera and John are the owners?
So you can spend your comp points in a shop?
That sounds pretty innovating to me, much more interesting than exchanging comps for bonus money or cash.

Fish Party, Terminator 2 etc? Reason why you dont have theese slots as they are mighty popular?

And i would also like an answer to my question about bringing "Dungeons and Dragons - Fortress of fortunes" slot to V&J! Its a fun great slot and you have the other two D&D games.

Hi Petro,

At Vera&John you earn coins for pretty much everything you do, for example; logging in, making a deposit, playing a game for the first time and so forth. You can spend these hard-earned coins in the Vera&John shop on spin credits, free rounds and deposit bonuses - the options are endless. You also get rewarded with badges and other achievements when you take part in tournaments and complete other activities on-site. We currently have 30 achievements to aim for and 9 different badges to achieve as you move up the rewards program.

We hope to see you at Vera&John soon!

Hi Respin_Ftw,

Thank you for your game feedback - we always like to hear what our players are looking for and which games you'd like to see at the casino.

In regards to your D&D request, I can confirm our product team are currently working on it.

The other two games requests will be passed onto the team for consideration.

Thank you for playing at Vera&John.

Skrill as a payment option at V&J

Hey Rupert,

can you say if and when Skrill will be an available payment option?
I use NETELLER for the moment but prefer using Skrill in the future.

Thanks for your answer.

Hi Hedgehok,

unfortunately Skrill is not available in Germany and we have not had any indication from this payment provider that this will change in the future. I can inform you that we have added a solution called Sofortuberweisung exclusively for Germany if you would like to try this solution in the future.

I hope you have found this answer useful.
