if you like waiting 4 days and waiting for your withdrawal to clear reversal status and continue waiting for process status then play at slots capital. They are great at stalling withdrawals. (Pathetic) I sure wish someone that was highly recomended would open online rival for usa players.

if you are in need for a good Rival casino, try Tropicacasino or one of their sister sites. I never had any issue with this casino group. Payout within 5 hours (don`t know how long it takes for US players) and a very active rep here in the forums, who is always helpful. Maybe you want to give them a shot.
 
I play CashOlot and Tropica. They are not accredited here, but my experience has been very good. They have an active rep here and my payouts have been very fast. Less than 24 hours in most cases after documents approved.

I never said that no one has anything bad to say about them. I merely stated my experience with them, and told you they were not accredited. If you search this web site you can find many threads related to this group. The majority are positive, but you cant please all of the people all of the time.
Do the research and decide for yourself.

IMO, they are still a relatively new group that just rebranded as reafilliates group with I believe 5 casinos. They are updating their T & C and doing a good job of representing themselves in this forum. I think it's just a matter of time before they become accredited, but they are taking their time to do it right. That is just my opinion. They may just want to maintain a low profile, but are here providing good service when needed.

I have contacted the rep through this web sight on other issues and they have been handled. I have not, however contacted the rep on this issue. I contacted the manager personally. I am frustrated with slots capital because they don't seem to handle the customers as if they are what keeps them in business. Maybe its just me but almost every withdrawal I have had in the past 6 months there has been some issue of some sort. I requested a cash out on Saturday early am. It just cleared reversal status today at 0:00 Am That to me is shamefully to long. As everyone knows payouts don't even start until the reversal period is over. I sent several e-mails asking why it has been in reversal status for so long and today I received a replay that my withdrawal has advanced to the next level. Of course I happy to see progress and yes I have always been paid by slots capital. The truth of the matter is how long they take, how they stall and there is no rush to payout with this casino at all. On a honest level I have spent 7-8 hundred a week with this casino and gone months with out any luck. So you finally hit some luck and then you have to deal with the hassle of following up with your withdrawal and sending messages.
The last withdrawal many months ago I did not send any emails regarding my withdrawal. I wanted to see how the process did without me complaining and after about 5 days I come to find out that nothing has been done and their was a issue. So you can see my point as why I always take the extra step with this casino letting them know about my concerns when it comes to withdrawals. They surely just don't seem like they give a crap when it comes to speedy payouts and of course they can just tell you whatever they want as an excuse. Not to say their excuses are not true or legit but why does every single withdrawal come with an excuse. seems odd if you ask me. I understand the USA money transfer thing and all but if you can't accommodate the USA customers is it really worth damaging the reputation of the casino? I read so many forums about other casinos and I just can't seem to find a comparison where other casinos lag on the withdrawals to USA customers as slots capital does. I'm not much into rtg software but I love rival. If Tropicana or sister affiliate casino's customer service is on point like many of the other rtgs I play at then maybe they would be the place to try but I have never had a withdrawal with them and no one shared their experience from the usa from them either. Its not hard to figure out that the rival industry is not real competitive for USA players so the first one that decides to prioritize customer service and quick payouts with rival usa casinos then I would imagine they would do pretty good. A few years ago you could not touch the reputation of slots capital. Now is a completely different story in my experience.
 
I know it's frustrating. I am not a patient person and I definitely don't wait well.

However, if you made the withdrawal on Sat. then they didn't start counting reversal time until Monday. Today being Thursday, they are about on schedule. I believe they state 7-10 days for wire transfers so they are still within the payout timeframe.

My last withdrawal from them took a little over 7 days but I knew it would take that long or longer so I had to pat my foot and wait.

That pretty much sums up why I stopped playing at Slots capital and all Deck Medaia Casinos about 6 months ago. I decided to give CashOLot a try because I found them listed on another member (KasinoKing); who I trust, web site.

As these lesser known casinos gain in popularity players may well start seeing longer delays in their payouts also.

I think a lot of it, for US facing casinos, depends on volume. A casino that averages, say, 40 payouts a day is going to have a much easier time keeping all their payouts on schedule than a casino that averages 300 per day. Being accredited here is probably a double edged sword for US facing casinos because it will undoubtedly get them more players but the increase in volume of transactions, in and out, brings problems.

The bigger establishments will get your payments to you but patience is key in a very unfriendly US financial arena.

My advice to you would be to read the T & C carefully. Be sure you fully understand and agree. They offer a wide range of bonuses from 50% to 5000%. Each has their own terms. I like it that they offer variety for everyone but you should understand the terms of these before you take them.

Trust me I know the feeling. Generally that's every withdrawal with me. Contact support through e-mail maybe that will help. I was very surprised today when I received the e-mail. I almost fell out of my chair. I am very happy to see that fast withdrawals are at least possible for usa players .

Membership has it's privileges!

While it is not a good idea to take advantage of the reps. here with by clogging their in-boxes with petty issues if you have a genuine problem and you have not gotten satisfaction from the frontline CS you should certainly avail yourself of their services.

That's a big reason they are here, to help players and keep them satisfied...and depositing!
