hi leoveags site is under Maintenance anyne else getting this is was playing but since then site has gone down ??

Try netent slots u regularly play after it comes back as my only 5 scatters on doa were 5 minutes after the site came back live from maintenance,

And to answer your question it normally takes them 3-4 hours to update
 
Anyone heard from Olle lately?

Have tried contacting him since Friday regarding a VIP issue, but haven't heard back from him at all. Unfortunately CS won't help regarding VIP matters.

Hopefully he's ok?
 
Just heard from him. He's about to board a plane and will get to my issue asap.

I have no idea how long that will be? Hopefully he's not flying here to Australia, as it could take a while.

Not sure about this mob anymore. I just don't seem to have the same issues at the likes of Guts and Betat. Thought I'd give them another go, but sometimes it's worth paying that little extra for true VIP service.


Sorry Leo Vegas, but after I receive what I'm waiting on, I'll be focusing my attention back to the old reliable sites I'm more use to.

Nothing that affects other players.

I was suppose to receive something from them today that I'm yet to receive, and it's not the first time I've had to chase it up or wait for a response, hence my frustrations.

To be honest the issue is irrelevant, and I'm more frustrated by the numerous occasions I've been left waiting for a response to my contacts. Even if the answer to a question is no, it shouldn't take 3 days and further contact attempts to finally get that no.

I know I keep referring back to Guts and Betat as an example, but I can safely say I've never had to wait longer than an hour for a response either way from Ben, Igor or Karl.

So while LV is a competent site, in regards to customer service, i just don't think they compete with the others, and hence I'm left wondering why play anywhere else.

If the 24 hour cs can't help with vip issues, and the vip manager isn't available for three days, then it can't really be considered great service.

Just my opinion of course.
 
Seven and a half hours since my last post and still no response from Olle.

As it is now Tuesday, he has also not honored an agreement we had. I'm really disappointed and will never play here again.

Its not Tuesday here yet, its 23.30 hrs, are you taking the time difference into consideration
 
I keep having trouble when depositing here.

I have no problems anywhere else, but i get a message here saying they are awaiting a reply from my bank.

Once the money left my account instantly, and the chat op sorted it out, but the last twice i tried it didn't work at all.

The chat op was quite unhelpful and told me to check I had funds in my bank :what: which of course I did, they asked me to contact my bank, who drew a blank, so I just gave up tbh.

Not much I could do from my end, I was able to deposit in other casino's I play at, just not Leo's

Just to update any readers.

After discussions with Olle, it would seem we both agree that neither I or leo vegas are a good fit for each other, and I have requested to have my account closed permanently.

Understandably, I will also formally retract my recommendation of leo vegas, and have asked Bryan to remove my personal recommendation from their 'accredited casino list' review page.

I can't be bothered going into detail, but I'll list my reasons for moving on as down to ongoing poor service, and the recent decision to retract a previously promised deal.

Of course this is my opinion, however I would recommend any new players to first try Guts and Betat, as you cannot beat their service and true player first philosophy. They both have also always honored their word on any deals or offers.

I wish Olle well, but lesson learnt again, stick to who you know and trust.

Regarding LeoVegas I thought it was a LGA regulated casino.

On the Live Casino roulette window appears:

"This game is licensed outside of Malta. "

Need to know what jurisdiction is licensing live roulette games.

Hope somebody could help.
