Question Crimsonbet or Betsocial - Anyone tried either of them?

I got an email from Betsocial, offering 100% match on sports and/or casino up to £200. A quick email (and looking at their T&C's) show the two are affiliated but I could see where they were licensed.

Anybody had any experience with either of them?

Many thanks but BetSocial is nothing to do with Crimsonbet, it's a separate company.
 
From the betsocial page, bonus terms:

Umm , so if these are separate operations, how come the phone number to support to both is the same? I know you said old template, and i see you changed the email, but the phone numbers are identical.
 
Same software and support, different management company, other than that these two companies are not affiliated to each other in any way. Betsocial have had no major issues or complaints with customers at any time in terms of payments, account issues and resolving support issues and intend to keep it that way in order to provide an excellent service.

More than good that you are on board, Im no expert but surley with the same number you have to have the same support? If its wrong than does not look good, I might be picking here but surley with them same numbers we going to end up speaking to same person?

I suppose it's likely that you could speak to one of the same customer support staff, but ultimately we'd make any decisions that need to be raised regarding customer accounts, etc. It's not unusual that customers would speak to staff in the same support centers. Look at the Playtech sites for example. Only thing I can assure you is that we have not or have never been affiliated, associated or been in any way anything to do with Crimsonbet. It's almost equivalent to saying that you wouldn't play at one Playtech casino because another site on their network had had an issue with a customer account. We wish you fun and good luck wherever you choose to play. :)

Well its alot different than having nothing to do with them? Im lost so if I had a problem I ring the same number. Hows that going to separate things
 
That number is not exclusively Crimsonbet's support center, there'd be other companies using that center for support.

No it's ok, I'm pretty sure you're not losing the plot, just wanted to explain that there are likely several companies using the same support center. But as I explained earlier, any escalation on important customer issues would always be managed with us and we would always intend to deal with things in the best possible way for the customer having been sports and casino customers ourselves for many years. All we intend to do is to provide an excellent service at all times and for our customers to have fun and want to stay with us because they value the service and support, as well as the odds and games on offer.

In all fairness not of the licensee give a dam now days, Worth as much use as a blank check, Like VWM stated many times over, When the U,K licence come in than we see
