Here's what I dug up. Provided that no changes have taken place since this list was compiled, it appears that Croatia are allowed. I couldn't see anything specific in Vegas Casino's T&C's to contradict this list either.

hi,tnx guys for responses,i did play at william hill but they are playtech,and really one should try their roulette,its completely unrealistic,i know to lose,but the numbers there are really strange,4 zeros in a row or similar,as i mentioned i played long time ago before and it was europe casino and william hill and really i lost every time,i will continue with redbet,i sent them my documents and i hope i will have a good time with them and positive experience like with 32 red..
