Ok having a bit of an issue here since the migration of the vegas partner lounge casinos, I was a regular player at sun vegas casinos, being from Canada ive been redirected to maple casino now. Before the migration I was able to play tournaments on sun vegas, now it has been at least over a week I cannot play tournaments, I keep receiving error code 21 saying You must choose an alias to play in the tournament but no registration screen is popping up, Ive tried to create one by playing multiplayer Avalon or isis and the screen does pop up to register however when I enter an alias it says cannot proceed with registration. Im also unable to play the multiplayer slots ive mentioned since I don't have an alais or the one I had with sun vegas wasn't transferred over it seems. ive contacted the VPL support multiple times and they keep giving me a bogus answer like the problem will be resolved in 24-48 hours but its been a week and more now and getting impatient. They are either clueless to the problem or dont know how to help so im asking here. any help or insights from anyone who is having this issue or had this issue would be appreciated. Thank you

Edit: I forgot to mention this is on the downloaded version of maple casino, althought I can login to the other platforms from VPL they are all giving me the error, ive tried uninstalling and re-installing few times, cleared all my program data, nothing worked, I just cant seem to create an alias to join the tournaments

I had exactly the same issue at another casino.
Online support created a new alias for me (like adding 1 to my old alias) and the problem was solved.

I think you should ask them to do that for you.

Yup, its 10 days and counting I have been owed money from a tournament from the day of the switchover. I had the same error you are mentioning straight after my accounts were switched over to the new CasinoUK, but I did already have an existing account there anyway which continues to work fine so was not too fussed about this... they are giving me the same ridiculous, 24 hour, 48 hour, bla bla answers also, so i feel for you mate :(
