Tropicana Gold Casino Not Paying 2 weeks +

I used a bonus (lt was late June). I made a required wager for this
non deposit bonus and won the 150 real cash in that casino. After that
I was required to send a lot of scans in order to get approved, which
I did, after that I had a telephone call from casino support - it was
the last check. Since then (july 4) i'm trying to withdraw my winnings
but the site do not allow me to and I'm being ignored by the casino
stuff

After around 10 days of waiting I've created few complaints on the review sites, one of them

Casino representative was assuring that everything will be solved in no time, but they did nothing.
When I'm trying to withdraw using cashier - I'm getting errors like *card is not supported (Visa Electron) or
even better, I'm requesting 150 via check 150-check-step2-53cd982470a0f8f4538b4570.JPG- and when clicking confirm request it shows - requested amount 1185$ and error.150-check-step2-error-53cd982170a0f8ed538b456e.JPG

This casino should be Blacklisted - same goes with Monarchs Casino (same owner/support and same problems)
 
Pretty sure these guys are known for these type of tactics. I think Tropica have been known to pay after long delay tactics, but to be honest, I'm not sure because I only play at accredited sites listed here. I suggest in the future you do the same.

There are some anwers from casino reptesentative and it makes the story more clear to understand,

Sometimes select withdrawal methods listed in the cashier are not actually available to your country. I've seen this first hand, and at an accredited outfit.

I would double check with CS and confirm what withdrawal methods are applicable to your country, and are quickest for you.

Neteller or money bookers are usually quickest.

Other than that, continue to stay in touch with CS and your casino rep, and try to remain patient. I know that's easier said than done sometimes.

Like Azzurri said, consider signing up to an accredited casino listed on casinomeister, to help avoid withdrawal delays etc in future. If you ever run into an issue playing at an accredited casino, you will always have the support you need here, provided you are not at fault.

You're getting confused with Tropica Casino (Rival) who have a reputation for fast payments, not slow ones.

as you can see from the 1st post (link) - casino representative didn't offer me MB or neteller, he said to use check so they can redo it and withdraw to my Visa. The amount error looks like a silly scam trick of a casino who don't want to pay at all - they delay the payouts by weeks and months waiting you to loose your balance so the problem get's solved by itself.

only 131$ on my balance now.
Withdrawal to Visa still don't work.
Where did 19$ went from real cash balance ? Only answer I get - read terms and conditions and write to accounts@ who do not respond by Weeks.

When I try other options - Every time when I click "confirm request" there is a silly error comes out, like i'm requesting 10 times more - that's just cheating.

Last time accounts@tropicanagoldcasino.com sent me an email on July 18
support response time is more than 10 Days !

Mainline is Tropicana is very slow on responding and on paying out, and adds unrequested bonusses to your account, so you can't withdraw because you've to wager again. Besides that for a simple withdrawal to Neteller, the casino charges 20%+ processing fee.

Besides the fact that Neteller doesn't charge withdrawal fees, the casino justifies its policy by reffering to the T&C's, in which the fees are not specified: “A service fee ranges between $0 to $50 per withdrawal transaction depending on (i) payment method (ii) withdrawal amount. These service fees include, but not limited to, wire remittance fees, wire acceptance fees, foreign exchange differences, transaction fees etc. All of these fees will be borne by you, as the player.“

So that's a nice 20%+!

@ Notik: that's the "processing fee" you're missing: €31,19 isn't it? That's what Tropicana charged me on a simple Neteller cashout of €150!

they (as usual) didn't answer who stole 19$ from my acc. so I had to win it back on roulette.

And a processing fee in my case is even bigger - 31.50$ for withdrawing 150$
and my request is still pending.
More than a MONTH since I completed the wagering and all the neccesary checks.

I made few complaints about this situation on several sites,
yesterday admin of one of them mailed me that Tropicana was more than happy to pay me but they don't have my skrill account info
that's the only reason it's still pending.

So Sweet.

If it wasn't another Lie form them. All the details were sent long time ago and their finance team has confirmed them + the amount to be processed. Ah, Tropicana, you're getting this better and better every time.:thumbsup:
