Inetbet.eu no response to emails

I had a 100 Euro win at Inetbet.eu. My payment was approved and sent back to the card i deposited with.It said it could take up to 5 working days.Its now been 7 days and no payment has been received in my bank.Ive contacted them via email at least 5 times to let them no i have not received the payment and i get no response..Im not sure why, maybe they are having some sort of problem?

I don't play at Inetbet but I think it is a shame when a player has a problem and they can't get a response

from support, short of going to the "rep" here.

Wouldn't want to be a rep for these types of casinos for all the tea in China!
 
I am also owed couple of thousands from them since march no answer to emails, I tried to PM thru the link above and no answer also to private message any information to share about it
 
theses are accredited outfit, Surly the rep on here must of replied? I know Meister is a good place but I really think the whole accredited section should have a going over

The casino is Accredited. If you have an issue you should make use our player complaints service, it begins with the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ.
 
To be honest I think in 2014 a casino with no phone support is a no go for me.
Now,I am not a very regular RTG player so I never could be bothered by the fact that they only have an e-mail service which apparently takes ages to get a response but I can understand players who have imminent issues to get irate by not getting a swift response on their issues.
I deposit maybe €25.00 once every so many months just for the craic with this crowd,had never issues with the games but no cash outs either so I am grand.

But it would defo not be my exclusive casino to play as a non existing Customer Service available to take calls is a big thumbs down for me.

I wonder how my employer would fare if we would not have a telephone number where customers can call in to address their queries and issues.
I would be answering e-mails the whole friggin' day. :)

That said,them having no telephone service available would mean they should have plenty of time to answer e-mails from their customers?

From what ive heard inetbet are not the best at responding to emails. Best thing to do would be to send a pm to their rep on hear and get him to chase it up for you. Sure you will get paid soon tho .

But they always say that "they replied back." :p

The issue of no live chat or phone support at Inetbet has been discussed FOR YEARS. INETBET refuses to budge on their decision to offer email support only. That would be better if staff were cordial, but they are often rude/short tempered and remiss in responding quickly. I am afraid this will lose them customers in the final analysis. Time will tell.

What disappoints me with this thread is not the fact that it's no phone or live chat, but the fact that emails are not getting responded to fast enough.
It's not supposed to be the same rude support people at the EU-version. It's not suppose to be the same at all so get your people in order Tom, please.
 
I was not getting any answer at all from emailing support..I contacted there rep on here and as soon as he got involved i heard back from support right away and had my money withing 2 days :thumbsup:

i honestly think there might be a problem with there e mails i used to get a email on everytime i made a deposit , then one day i had around 15 emails or so from them , but i dont contact there support anyway i would just contact tom here as hes a good rep & sorts out any problems i have . no doubt he shall sort things out.

Maybe its all to do with money. Will save them money by not paying for the staff to cover phone and live chat etc. And if I was being cynical (which isn't in my nature lol) id say they make more money by not having them. If a player got an instant response and got cashout sorted right away then there would be no chance of them getting fed up waiting days for an email reply and eventually reversing and playing there cashout.

Agreed, but we can't blame them for our own lack of discipline ;)

That sounds highly manipulative, if that's what they are really intending for, that's bad business practice and nobody should fund such practice by playing there.
 
He and I worked together to close a PAB last week. He seems fine and in good spirits, his usual self. :)
