To be honest I think in 2014 a casino with no phone support is a no go for me.
Now,I am not a very regular RTG player so I never could be bothered by the fact that they only have an e-mail service which apparently takes ages to get a response but I can understand players who have imminent issues to get irate by not getting a swift response on their issues.
I deposit maybe €25.00 once every so many months just for the craic with this crowd,had never issues with the games but no cash outs either so I am grand.
But it would defo not be my exclusive casino to play as a non existing Customer Service available to take calls is a big thumbs down for me.
I wonder how my employer would fare if we would not have a telephone number where customers can call in to address their queries and issues.
I would be answering e-mails the whole friggin' day.
That said,them having no telephone service available would mean they should have plenty of time to answer e-mails from their customers?
