When I asked a representative I and was told I was able to withdrawal it all after I sent in all the appropriate paperwork. Since I've been a customer there I have never turned in a no deposit coupon. I have only used free chips they have given me.
I turned in all the paperwork a couple weeks ago now and I still have not received a response. Their number to the casino does not work. I talked with a chat rep on Friday and was told to re-email the papers, so I did. He said 3-5 days.
