So nobody played here? I've just spoken with live chat and they say they are part of the BetAt group but are a completely different casino. Worth a shot surely?
 
Did not know about this casino until now :) looks like the same as the Betat guys, would like to hear it from them first though if it really is so :)
 
Most definitely BetAt sister site, but they have been laying low so far, haven't seen them on any affiliate site.

Any 1 hear from betat? Defently related to them, Not as much busy of a site, E.G hot/cold bonus every where ect, Not as much games, But may have to sign to see it all, Also it looks like only take euros?

I wanted to wait for the appropriate talks with Bryan first, but seeing as the thread is picking up and there is speculation with BETAT connections I thought it would be a good idea to shed some light :)

As we grew so did our infrastructure. Besides launching a new brand of our own (soon to be unveiled) we are now in a position to create new relationships with partners of our choice. Very soon i'll organise an announcement with Bryan covering all details on there.

As for LuckyDino - the site is our first White Label and indirectly operated by us. This means that standards you are all accustomed to on BETAT need to be adhered to on most important things: prompt payments, good service and respectful client treatment. We stipulated some pretty severe contractual obligations to ensure our standards and our goodwill are maintained. Besides that, the team that we selected to operate our first WL fills me with confidence that we've made the right choice through their dealings so far.

The operation and the team behind it have their own ways of doing things and we've allowed such liberty as a provider should: Customer Service, Operations and Marketing teams are not operated by us. That said, daily and weekly checks and a all-seeing eye is focused on ensuring the site stays on the right track so if you had any doubts but trust our name and wanted to check the site out - i offer you a warm welcome personally :)

Soon, our new brands and LuckyDino will have a thread of their own, however I do need Bryan's input before we start advertising our brands on his site. It's the respectful thing to do.

Congratulations on your expansion!

The world needs more trustworthy casinos with high standards regarding player care and customer service. I always appreciate how fast you guys jump into a thread here concerning any of your casinos and your openness in the forum when you were just getting rolling really gave some good insights into the biz.

I had to send I.D twice, all other sites was ok, the point is I not like sending details threw email, there shouldbe a secure link on site, Not that it does not stop fiefs, but at least u would no where ur sending I.D to

stupid question maybe , if you have a account with BETAT , can this be used to validate your new account at dino ? ? ??
 
Please treat these as fully separate brands. That includes KYC, etc..

There will be no cross-over of data as LuckyDino is self-managed brand with an added benefit to player that they msut adhere to our standards and should something go wrong we will step in (in case of company closing, mistreating players, delaying payments unreasonably, etc.)

From operational perspective these are two separate casinos

Tried to register, first using IE11 (DOB won't drop down the values at all) then Chrome (DOB drops them down but your selection doesn't enter.) The other drop-downs like choice of currency and phone code work, but when you select a value on the day/month/year it reverts to the default DATE/MONTH/YEAR in the box. Not going to waste my time if they can't even get this right.:mad:

I sign up with out problem, Live chat needs to get clued up, I deposit £20 and money not been took out my bank, I deposit another £20 and came of my balanse? I did send betat a private mesage just to try and find out whats going on, I hate it when money has not come off avalible balanse, It can easily be spent and when they try taking it out there may be nothing there to take, Any 1 else had money not been take out? did send in my docs right away this morning after few hours declined ? needed something better and diffrent so i did send that,
dunno why they declined the first docs used them at lot of casinos even Betat without a prob :) so here is hoping my 2nd mail is ok
as i dont have anything else to give them :D

Had the same problem, sent off my normall stuff and wanted to see all four corners of license, Well corners was there, any way I rescaned and emailed me back about an hr later and all good, It is abit funny as no other sites have reject them, If asked at all,
Also took the 2x bous, with no luck but only £20 each time, I wait my free spins tommorow? but theres wager on them i think x25 with free spins
