Hi all,

This is my first post here. After waiting 30 days for payout of my winnings, I am here to post a complaint about Supreme Play Casino.

First of all: I have sent the requested documents which were validated and confirmed by Supreme Play. I received a conformation on the 1st of June 2014 regarding this matter. I can show proof of this confirmation if necessary. Its now the 1st of July 2014, and I am yet to receive my winnings.

I have sent emails to them, I have tried to chat with a employee on live chat. Live chat simply ignored my question on the last occasion and left me sitting in an empty chat room. Emails do not get responded to neither.

Now I am only left with the option to escalate this matter further, as a way to see if I can still get paid.

I really hope this matter can get resolved in a timely fashion, I have done everything in my power to resolve this in a normal way.

I hope I will get their attention now.

Hi Matti,

I agree with you completely. Being a casino affiliate myself, I feel the urge to test out certain casinos to see how the experience is. This casino and their software were new to me, so I tried out their Casino in order to get an idea of the user's experience. Since I did not get paid yet and the overall experience is flawed to say the least, I was unable to finish my review as of yet..

Let's see if they can turn the tide.

Sad that you feel you needed to try this one. Its history is not good.
A tiny little google search would have told you that.

There are good Rivals too. You just need to find them.

I would have thought you had more than enough information already to sign off your review as "No stars - rogue operation".

If you have to go as far as having the lucky break of getting the rep for a competitor to prod Rival over the issue then you can be damn sure you will displease many of the players who find them through your site as when they run into similar problems, they may not have the contacts you have.

They probably WILL manage to "turn the tide" if they get wind of the fact that you were actually doing a "mystery shopper" test on them prior to promoting them as an affiliate.

This group is definitely bad news - for players and affiliates.
I did used to promote them a few years ago, but then they "stole" all 60+ players I had sent to one of their brands saying they were ALL fraudulent! :eek2:
And there were several complaints about them ripping-off players too.

FYI, the casinos in the same group:
Supreme Play
21 Grand
Play2Win

Best avoided by all IMHO.

I wanted to update this thread as I have received my winnings. I am really glad that this forum helped to identify this issue and that the matter was taken seriously by Supreme Play. Yesterday I received an e-mail from their administration that they apologized for the delay and that they would make sure the matter would be resolved in 24 hours.

Thanks to everyone who posted their opinion and feedback.

If you like the software, give Tropica a try, they are at least making an attempt to turn the Rival brand around, else they wouldn't have given a stuff about a player's problem at a competitor Rival brand.

As for promoting Superior, you could end up with nothing because they claim all the players you sent them were "fraudulent" too!

They paid because a fire got lit right under their ass, it won't be the same experience for other players (unless they too have loads of wood and some matches :) )

Exactly!
I reckon the ONLY reason they paid immediately was because the Tropica rep got Rival involved.
Shame on these types of rogue Rivals who are casting a bad image for the whole software brand. :(

i 2nd that, actually Supreme Play is the casino i have listed as Worst casino in my profile,
they had me running around chasin a payout once, they came out with this and that to try not to pay me, even after i had withdrawn few times
got it eventually but never got back.
and like Winyl says go to Tropica if you like the games, withdrew yesterday paid within an hour :)

I have just been reminded that I have confused my superlatives. It is "Supreme" that is crap, whereas "Superior" is not necessarily a bad Rival.

To avoid confusion in the future, the crap casino should be renamed "Inferior play" so as to convey a more appropriate image to potential players of what to expect. It could then be taken over by Crapmeister casino so that the enlarged group could make cost savings by sharing their collective three players between them.
