I haven't seen this place mentioned on here before but it's a new-ish on-line casino/bingo site regulated by the IOM gambling commission. I've had a good few runs recently so I thought I'd take the risk with a relatively unknown site and make the most of their 100% to £300 bonus, since they were in a reasonable jurisdiction I thought the chance of running into issues would be quite slim.

I had a nice session and ended up submitting a cash-out, cant remember exactly how much for but it was < £1000. All was good and well until a couple of days later they locked my account and requested ID & utility bills... fair enough. I received confirmation this had been forwarded to their administration department the day after sending but it has now been 2 and a half weeks since I sent the documents and my account is still locked.

After a week of waiting I attempted to get an estimated time-scale on this from both their live chat and email support team, both of which kept telling me to talk to the other and wouldn't give me any information other than forwarding the previous "we received your ID" email . It got to the point where their email support just started to ignore the question and wouldn't reply to my emails. I ended up airing my displeasure to their Facebook page (which was promptly deleted..) but they once again sent me a "just wait" response via email.

Has anyone experienced waiting times like this anywhere else before? is it worth attempting to complain to the IOM gambling commission at this stage?

Is there any particular reason that you always seem to have issues with KYC?

It's a good example of why you should stick to CM accredited casinos.

Don't see why you can't complain to the IOMGC.

Of course not, Rembrandt were a little slow to complete their checks once (as they were with everyone else by the sounds of it) but that was resolved in the end. I've never had any other issues with KYC checks as far as I can remember.

Probably 75%+ of my play goes through 32Red & Mr Green, just every now and again I like to try out somewhere new. I've had a lot of good experiences with new (and unaccredited) sites as well, but I accept that there is a higher chance of issues occurring.
