I feel confident that they'll pass with flying colors, so they are being fast-tracked by 30 days.

Welcome to NextCasino

Hi Meister members,

Thanks Bryan for putting NextCasino into the baptism.

For those of you who don’t know me, I am Eric, the rep for newly accredited CasinoLuck and now also for NextCasino and this BBF. Since our other baptism went so well, I´ve been given the honor to represent our company for NextCasino here too. I sincerely look forward to being put through the meat grinder once again ;)

Basically, things on NextCasino work just like they do on CasinoLuck. If familiar questions start to pop up, I´ll come back here and post some general information based on those.

As always, we´d be happy to receive any feedback that you may have, good or bad. I personally check in here just about every day so you shouldn’t have to wait too long for a PM reply.

Click the link in my signature if you want to sign up and give NextCasino a try!

Next casino is almost identical to casino Luck so its likely they will pass the BBF with no problems. Personal opinion: 5 free spins churned out regularly a bit stingy don't you think Eric?

Hi chuchu

These smaller free spins promos are sent to a very large number of players on a regular basis. It is mainly to offer our users to try newly released games for real, without depositing.

In addition to this we do offer a pretty decent welcome bonus, a monthly reload bonus, a loyalty FPP system and monthly week-long themed promotions (with deposit bonuses, free spins and gadget prizes).

We do occasional, more targeted promotions as well. Some of these are country specific, others not. We try to accomodate all player's needs but there will always be areas where we can improve. I´m sure some players expect more. I truly appreciate all this kind of feedback to help us evolve :)

Well, this will be an easy BBF!

I can't see why Next not will pass this one. I actually enjoy those "small" five free rounds now and then. :)

GL Next!

I wouldn't knock the 5 free spins. I got 5 today on 'lucky angler' and won £10.60. mind you it took quite a few hours on DOA at minimum stake to get through the 30x WR. But I cleared the WR with a balance of about £25.
But since it was only £25 and it was basically free, I didn't withdraw it. I, stupidly tried my luck on Terminator 2 again, and lost the lot.

I do have two slight criticisms of next and casinoluck though.

If you do happen to win something from free spins, you can normally only use those winnings on NetEnt games, and although the WR isn't too bad at 30x, there doesn't seem to be any way of monitoring progress through the WR, not even the usual way via the bonus page in your account.
The only way of knowing if you've cleared is when your winnings show in your cash balance.

And secondly the WR on the monthly 50% reload bonus is a bit steep. It sounds reasonable at 15x D+B. but if you work it out that's actually 45x B on 50%.
You can get 50-100% on a weekly basis at may sites with WR of only 25-35xB.

Great Casino until they go and clear all the acheivements on MG slots

I think its been 5-6 months since i was promised a reply once they get it by ever since then no word on that

I say great casino cuz they are really good in every aspect (Quick withdrawals and no lags on games) but i replaced next from my frequent casino list because how they treated that and now use leovegas

Because my achievements were cleared there as well but they gave me 100 quid of free bonus and apologized as well and i deposit the same amounts there as i used to deposit at next

Despite all of the above i still use there monthly deposit bonus every month

Hi brianmon,

Always glad to hear when people win on free spins. Although you ended up getting "Terminated".....

Thanks for the input on the monthly reload bonus. I´ll definitely look into doing something about that. There is really no reason for it to have a slightly higher WR than the SUB.

I know the free spins WR situation is not optimal. We are still waiting for our platform provider to release a feature for it. I hope it will be ready very soon. In the mean time, you can always ask support if you need an update regarding this. Tell them that Eric told you to do so ;)

lol, I'd almost forgotten about that. It happened to me too at casinoluck and leovegas, and like you, i got an apology and compensation from Olle at leovegas.
But haven't heard anything more from casinoluck for months now. so i also don't play at there as often as i used to.
It also happened at videoslots recently. but apparently their IT guys got all the achievement data back

correction - the problem has now been explained and sorted by Eric

About time, Eric

Next has always treated me well, highly recommended.

I`ve noticed one small detail a while ago regarding max bet on a deposit bonus.
5% max bet on a minimum deposit of €10 is 25c, which effectively makes all play on the likes of
Reel Rush, Mythic Maiden or almost all 243 liners @ 30c against the terms.

I have just checked the terms, and I don`t see the 5% rule anymore, in fact, I don`t see any
max bet restriction.

Can you please update on what`s the status of max bet rule, if there are any?

Hi Miiisoo,

Thanks for the kind words and recommendation!

There is a max bet of €£$ 8.50 on the Welcome Bonus and €£$ 10.00 on the Monthly Reload. The terms are visible on the promotions page for each bonus and there is also a link to these terms in the cashier, when you select and accept any bonus.

There is no "percentage of bonus amount" maximum bet on these bonuses. That was changed a long time ago. So, regardless of the amount you deposit and the amount you get in bonus, you can always bet up to the above mentioned amounts :)

Thumbs up from me!

OK so I've given NextCasino a try based on the good comments here, plus my experience cashing in with their sister site CasinoLuck. Hopefully my experience will emulate that at CL, so I'm all up for a rapid approval.

One thing I'd have to say I'm disappointed about is the loyalty scheme. I've long ago given up playing with a bonus since I'm a Jacks or Better video poker player, and this game counts a derisory amount to wagering at every casino I've now encountered, so I don't play with a bonus at any casino. But looking at the loyalty points for play at Next Casino, I notice that Jacks or Better generates just 1% towards a casino point, while video slots 20%. 100 points are needed to convert into £1. I've just converted points worth just under £6 so that gives you an idea of the amount I've wagered. I have to smile then at the claim on the site which states: "Being a loyal customer is rewarded at NextCasino!"

Hopefully one day casinos might start to again throw non-slots players like me the occasional decent promotional bone which doesn't entail spending the rest of the decade fulfilling WR on JorB, but in the meantime it would be nice to rewarded for regular play with more worthwhile levels of loyalty points. Talking of which, is anyone aware of decent casinos which don't discriminate between games for their rewards programme? Thanks.

Hi Wolf,

Thanks for the thumbs up!

Regarding the loyalty feedback. JoB is a special game that has the highest TRTP in the entire casino. There is a valid reason for it counting close to nothing towards both bonuses and loyalty points. It is definitely not about discriminating. There is simply no room for it, financially.

You have only been a member for a few days and there may of course be other loyalty perks down the road!

I can understand from the casino's perspective why they prefer slots players and their games of mathematical monetary suicide, compared to slower bleeders playing games with a much lower house edge! Lol

As far as I'm aware, JorB holds around a half per cent edge for the house - similar to a basic strategy blackjack player. However, I'd be interested to know what the Netentertainment edge is in JorB video poker since four of a kind only pays 100 compared to the more traditional 125 coins on max coins bet, and a straight flush 200 compared to 250 - albeit that the straight pays 25 v 20 on the traditional game. Any maths wizards out there with the answer?

I look forward to seeing what continued patronage at NextCasino brings! Lol

personal experience

I have played at both casino luck and next casino ,next casino i played with for the first time this week, so i just thought i would leave a little feedback while its fresh in my mind. There were a few issues i had nothing major but here we go, i had an affiliate offer for a 150% bonus + spins rather than the standard 100% i emailed support as live help was offline at the time to confirm it was valid and was informed it was no longer available. I signed up anyway and saw the 150% on the deposit page so i contacted support this time via live chat to check on this. The advisor informed me if it was on the screen it would "probably" be fine so i was a little nervous regarding this, anyway i deposited $40 and it did indeed work. The free spins were credited within a couple of hours of me depositing which was nice but they were not on the games the afiiliate offer stated they were on and instead on the standard offer games. I had a lot of issues with error messages during game play on the slots "this game is not available right now" which seemed to reset everything which is pretty frustrating if you have done a good number of spins without a bonus etc. I was highly unlucky with my play but thats the way it goes sometimes i guess. Overall it was an ok experience losing aside but with the support and technical issues it's not the best time i have had in the casinos i have recently played in. Thanks

Hi birdy,

Thanks for the feedback.

Some affiliates are allowed to offer exclusive bonuses at certain times. Support should know about this but it can be somewhat confusing for them with all these different offers based on where players sign up from. Basically, if you see a special bonus in the cashier when you deposit, it means that it is available to you and that it will definitely work :)

We change the games in the 100 free spins offer every 2-3 months. It is always best to have a quick look at our own promotions page for the most updated version of this offer. We have many affiliates and although we always let them know when things change, all of them are not super quick to update their own sites to reflect this.

We haven't noticed any problems with the games lately. If you still experience issues, I can look into this for you to see if we can find the cause of it. Hopefully, it was just something local and/or temporary. Please PM me your username and I´ll dig deeper.

Thanks for the response the games errors could be something as simple as my net connection being funny it does happen sometimes. I liked the casino overall and i can appreciate that there may be a lot of affiliate offers etc to keep track of but i needed to mention it as i was mis informed by the first advisor and the second advisor was unsure on the situation also with regards to the offer i provided the link for.

Jackpot win on NextCasino!

Hi all,

We had a player winning the "Major" jackpot in Mega Fortune yesterday on NextCasino. The total amount won was ~ $65 000 on a $5 bet. I dont think the player is a member here but huge congrats to him!

These progressive jackpot wins don't come around too often so it made me and the entire team super happy!

Just felt that I needed to share :D

I've never actually joined a casino while it was in the Baptism of Fire process - but given the reviews this casino has had, I feel confident that I will have no issues.

The 100 Free Spins offer is also tempting. If I win nothing from the sign-up bonus, then there is that extra chance.

Was down to $5 playing only Terminator 2, but back up to $120 now. I will lose it off course which is why I like the 100 free spins offer; you get that second chance which most casinos don't offer.

Won a nice amount on my 2nd deposit today. Lets see how fast these guys with the cashout. :)

Games were horrible slow at the beginning and i send an email, but 15 minutes later everything was fine. Fast and friendly reply from a guy called Chris.
