Slow Pay Advice please

Hi guys you might tell me that its too soon, wait a bit but I want to ask what time line would you give a casino for paying out on a bank transfer. I have played at this casino's sister

site and have made several withdrawals via bank transfer with no problem. I requested a withdrawal on May 23rd and asked live chat if they would use the information from my acct

at their sister site. I was told that I would have to send in my banking information to them. I explained that I have rec'd several withdrawals from their sister casino thru bank

transfer, she said ok. The next day I rec'd an email from the processing dept. requesting all my banking information and send recent bank statement. Of course I sent the banking

information right away but not the statement. Received another email requesting bank statement. Sent it, withdrawal processed on the 30th. Great. Not so, still waiting for bank

transfer. Talk with live chat on the 3rd of June, can't help have to wait for 4 to 6 days for wire transfer. Well its the 6th of June and still nothing. Talked with live chat again, was told,

I see a problem but can't see what the problem is, will send this to payments and they will email me and let me know what is going on. Please don't tell me to contact the rep here

because he passed me off to someone else. Thank you
 
The original reluctance to submit your docs. to them might have raised some red flags that they feel they should look into further.

Also, if you are short with them and seem to be demanding that they do things your way they might not be in a big hurry to help you. It probably shouldn't matter how you talk to them but in reality it does, they are people too.
 
From what you are saying it seems like you have done what was asked of you by the casino.

If you feel they are stalling you or like you have waited long enough and there are no sensible answers coming from them about the delay you can use the PAB service and let the complaints manager, Max, look into it for you.

Okay, not sent until May 30th, there may be many countries involved with this bank transfer, some of which may have had a bank holiday this past weekend.

I'm in Canada too, and bank a major bank (BMO), and usually receive one in four days, sometimes six, and only once longer. If you bank a credit union or smaller bank, might be longer, and those are banking days.

I don't know where you played or what country the transfer originated in.

About 10 days into not receiving it is the time to ask for a trace.

Without knowing which casino, we can't even guess if you have been given accurate information or it was a stalling tactic and it didn't go out on time.

If it's not in your account come Monday, give the rep two days to investigate tops, and then PAB.

If it wasn't sent on the 30th as you were told, at some point after you have your funds please let us know which casino.
 
Still not in my account will wait another 2 days as advise given. I did read the PAB information and it states I contact eCogra (link given) but the link is broken. Can I contact eCogra myself though their website, or only though this site? Help please.
