I am extremely frustrated at the moment so instead of typing out everything that happened to me again am just going to cut & paste what I tried to file in a complaint against Win Palace Casino from Central Disputes System here.

Please someone help me if you have any knowledge of what I must do to continue filing a complaint against this casino that is dishonest and has cheated me as it appears win place casino has done to many others.

To Whom It May Concern: I made a first deposit in the amount of $21.00 with Winpalace and they called me on the phone and talked me through it initially. I was given a 400% bonus that was difficult to finish but I finally met the wagering requirements after many hours and a few days of playing. After being congratulated through live chat for my winnings and given the fax back information and instructions on how to make a withdrawal they closed my account and I had planned on sending them the fax back form this week.

This naturally was extremely upsetting and a headache to say the least. I then took time and did research on Win palace and found this same casino has intentionally done the same thing with so many other people as there are so many similar stories about them online doing the same thing in order to avoid paying out winnings. They are basically cheating and stealing my money and I have done nothing wrong, they refuse to even give me a reason just to avoid paying me out and are keeping my money.

This is illegal and I am so upset and want to see justice and action taken over this. I spent so many hours in playing just to meet the wagering requirements which was difficult enough and used my bank master card for deposit. I also have a neteller account I normally use when I deposit with 888casino and 32Red casino but used my master card for the deposit on this occasion. The win palace live chat refuse to help me and I have tried many times. From reading all the other online stories about them they are using the same delay tactic they have used with so many others I have read about after researching it on many online casino forums including Casino Meister being one of them.

I am so upset over this and want to push legal action. This is unfair and for me its the same as someone pick pocketing me and taking my money but even worse since I spent so many hours playing slot machines at Win palace just to meet the wagering requirements. They have stolen my money and wasted my time and refuse to help me whatsoever not even giving me information of any kind or email contact at all.

It was showing my withdrawable balance after meeting the wagering requirements was at $280 something but I will accept $275 since I cannot log into my account anymore since they blocked me out and closed my account. I have made many attempts through their live chat but they refuse to help me whatsoever and do not reply to emails at all. They wont tell me anything other than management decided to close my account and they refuse to help me any further. I just want what is fair and justice served, this casino is taking advantage of people and I live in a poverty country even and not that well off living in the Philippines but that is not the main issue here but they took advantage of me and stole from me. I took a chance on winning something that took a long time to do but I finally did meet the wagering requirements so I want what is owed from them which is only fair. What they are doing is wrong and evil in my eyes taking advantage of people like this.

I kindly thank you for the assistance and help you are providing me. This has been a nightmare experience for me as it appears it has been for many others with Win palace casino and I am anticipating from reading all the others experiences online that they will do everything they can to find a reason not to pay me or accuse me of something just to avoid paying me. This is the same as theft and illegal and action should be taken against this casino.

I just want what is fair and this casino has stolen from me and is taking advantage of me refusing to even help me at all. Please feel free to share your own experiences with Win Palace in this thread or add some advice.

Welcome to CM Dalia.

WinPalace are listed as Rogue/Blacklisted here (https://www.casinomeister.com/rogue-casinos/) and I don't think you will be able to 'Pitch a Bitch' because of this. However, I'm sure several members here will help you with your dispute on this thread.

I had a similar experience with these low life rogues.

Win Palace closed my account after meeting the wagering requirements on a free chip they used to entice me to open my account. This has been about 3 years ago.

They told me that to collect the paltry winnings from the free chip I would need to make one deposit. Unfortunately for me--I took the bait. I lost the deposit. Then I sent them my verification documents and yes--they locked my account. Repeated emails were completely ignored.

This was before I ever even found Casinomeister. I cannot believe I used to be so careless about where I played. I guess this is because I didn't play at all online from early 2006 until early 2010. I strictly played Microgaming sites, or at Intercasino prior to that (which is no longer an option for me as an American). It's funny, I remember trying RTG once back then and wondering why on Earth ANYONE would choose to play that software over Microgaming.

To this day, my account at Win Palace remains locked for reasons unknown to me and just like you, my emails were completely ignored. I then read their Terms and Conditions and realized even if they did pay me it would be $500 a week at best on any significant win.

Since the payoff was only about $100 I blew it off and chalked it up to a lesson learned.

I have to say that was a real wake up call on the changes and challenges that face an American that chooses to continue playing since "Black Friday."

I have been following the tread regarding the Virtual Group and Ace Revenue. It has been an interesting read. I have deposited there in the past and yes--gave them another couple of shots admittedly because of the thread her on CM. Unfortunately, just like in the past, in spite of their too good to be true bonus offers, I have rarely hit a bonus round playing at their casinos--let alone actually caught a win. Obviously some people do hit there however, and with a few exceptions--it does seem they are getting paid or at least offering an explanation--however lame it may be--for denying payment.

Win Palace and their related sites should are justly classified as ROGUE here on CM. When I first wrote this post, I actually thought they were "not recommended" as opposed to "Rogue."

It is alarming--but not surprising in the least that you have not even received an automated response to your complaint to CDS. This just goes to show us all that in many cases--we have absolutely no recourse in these situations. The governing bodies of Costa Rica, Curaco, Antigua, and the like will do NOTHING to help you.

Fortunately, you have found CM. In the future, stick to accredited sites only and avoid any Rogue or Not recommend sites.

I have just spoken to a manager at WinPalace to check their current requirements on first time withdrawals for customers located in the Philippines.

Can you confirm you have completed the following:

- Sent via e-mail (or fax) to WinPalace: Copy of your photo ID, 2 utility bills OR 2 official documents confirming your name at your address and a copy of the front and back of all credit cards?
- Waited 7-10 business days to approve the withdrawal request?

Will try my best to help on this, but it's very likely to be a struggle based on the amount of complaints I'm seeing elsewhere.

This is just so beyond pathetic. I fully appreciate your tenacity LuckyDalia26. The more places you spread the word the less they will be able to steal from the uninformed.

Although I highly doubt you will ever see your winnings--take heart in the fact that you will prevent many from falling prey to these underhanded low life MFs, AND, you now know where to find a place that will at least give you a fair shake on your deposit.

KK has given up on them. Speaks volumes doesn't it? In the past, they only tampered with large withdrawals and paid in measly instalments. Now it seems they have gone even further and will do anything to pinch a dime. Pathetic.
 
I'm not taking any sides here, because I don't know any more than anyone else, but I ask members to remember there are always two sides to every story, and so far we've only heard one side. Let's try to remain neutral until we have some facts.
The OP may well be a genuine player who has been aggrieved, but they are still breaching CM rules by using "abusive language" about the casino and trying to use CM and other forums as a means to coerce the casino into paying up.

In all my time promoting this group I have never had any player complaints which were not sorted out quickly and fairly.
They are also still being promoted by some of the net's biggest casino portals and approved by the leading affiliate sites, such as CAP, GPWA, AGD, etc.
By no means am I saying they are the best casino group on the net, but IMO they are far from the worst too.

Honestly, I would say the sooner he gives up on them the better it is for his reputation as an affiliate. This group has never been much good but now it seems to be going from bad to worse.

Other than their slow pay, which I know of in advance. I have NEVER had a problem with any of this group of casinos or their affiliated Grand Parker casinos and have been paid many 5 figure balances (albeit slowly).

I'm sorry you are having this problem for a relatively low amount of money.
 
Anybody promoting these casinos has a hole in his/her head; you are partnering with a rogue. Anyone patronizing these casinos is just giving these clip-shot joints an excuse to stay in business.

But it astonishes me as a father that you as a single mother of 2 kids in a poor country would risk 3 days income you cannot afford to lose, on online gambling.
It really depresses me when we get these pleading threads whereby people are desperate to get winnings paid or deposits back and then cite children as a some sort of moral leverage to get support and/or paid.
You had two choices - kids or gambling and you chose unwisely.
In fact I hope you don't get paid, not out of any malice but I fear if you do the next time it will be more than $21/3 days money.

I hope, well I know that given what you have posted, that no accredited casino on here would knowingly touch a dime of your money.

If you learn a lesson from this it will be worth more than money - trust me. :)

First of all this has nothing to do with who I am or my life situation but about what is fair and I was taken advantage of by this casino and whether I am living in a 1st world country or poverty stricken country should make no difference at all unless you feel that people living in a poverty stricken nation deserve to be or should be taken more advantage of then someone living in a 1st world country which in my eyes makes no sense at all.

Just look at how this casino has treated me, they wont even help me or tell me anything about why they even closed my account and are keeping my money and winnings. You are judgmentally focused on my background and the country I live in and the average daily salary here when that is not even the issue and a casino dishonestly stealing from people and cheating them should have nothing to do with a certain country or persons background or their countrys minimum wage salary. Dalia I think you have very little chance of seeing your money. The web is full of stories of people getting ripped off by this group. I am sorry to hear of your troubles. Even if CDS rules in your favor chances are Winpalace still won't pay up. I wish you luck but will advise you to only gamble what you can afford to lose in the future and stick to the accredited casinos:)

You brought your financial and geographical situation into the discussion.

Hence, dunover has the right to comment on it. The fact that you don't like it is neither here nor there. People don't always like the truth.

You were prepared to throw away three days income on gambling rather than feed your kids. IMO that's disgraceful parenting and child neglect 101.

People that use the "I'm poor and need the winnings to live/feed my kids" excuse make me physically ill, and make me appreciate the parents that I have.

In regards to what you wrote here - The OP may well be a genuine player who has been aggrieved, but they are still breaching CM rules by using "abusive language" about the casino and trying to use CM and other forums as a means to coerce the casino into paying up.

I am not sure what you mean by abusive language unless you mean about calling the Casino dishonest and taking my money and cheating me which is only the truth of the situation. Me starting this thread in my eyes would make no difference at all in Win Palace Casino ever paying me or not. Contacting my bank as I have done filing a case against them and dispute on CDS and continuing to further contact their support is what I have done in effort of them paying me or being pursued by my bank. I didnt start this thread with intention to coerce the casino into paying up which would appear to be impossible as it is lol so that is kind of funny to me in you writing that. I wish it were that simple lol but it seems the only way Win Palace would ever pay up is if a dispute or case was filed against them through my bank or CDS and that takes a great deal of time and process. The main reason I started this thread was to share my bad experience about Win Palace Casino as others have done on this forum and Warn others not to trust this casino so they can avoid the same thing happening to them.

Quickly and fairly? With all due respect are you kidding me?

From what I have read on this forum and others with all the complaints about Win Palace Casino some may have had long term settlements in increment payments over long periods of time but by far quickly and fairly. It is also not the case for everyone, clearly not everyone is getting paid fairly let alone quickly. As for most they only ended up getting paid back their original deposit that took increment payments even in just getting back their original deposit and Win Palace Casino refusing to pay out their winnings using tactics of all kinds in avoiding paying them out. Just search this forum and others to read what comes up on Win Palace Casino I have read all the other complaints about Win Palace Casino online and there are many of them. I could link them all here if needed.

Win Palace Casino is a dishonest casino and its no wonder listed under the Rogue Casino group under Warnings about Casinos. I am just another victim of this casino and there are many victims of Win Palace casino out there. Win Palace Casino has taken my money and refuses to ever help me or give me my money back as they have done with other people. I feel from the moment I deposited on their Casino and the moment I spoke to someone from Win Palace Casino that called me on the phone and tried to get me excited about playing there is the moment they had every intention of keeping my money and never paying me Win or Lose.

True sure everyone has freedom of speech and the right to make a comment but this thread is not about my geographical or financial situation but about Win Palace Casino that has and is cheating people and being dishonest.

What truth are you referring to by me adding how much minimum wage is in this country? Have you or dunover assumed or speculated on my own personal life circumstances/situation by me adding that?

It appears my above question about you making false assumptions and speculations is being answered in this comment of yours. You are assuming and speculating and casting your own false judgement about my own personal life circumstances/situation. What you have judgmentally speculated and written above is False and I never shared anything about how much I personally earn and what my profession is did I? I shared what the minimum wage salary is for this country and am starting to regret I ever did because that is not even the main issue here, this thread is about Win Palace Casino being dishonest and cheating people.

Everything above you have suggested is pure speculation/assumption on your part and nothing short then a wrongful judgement. You have judgmentally and wrongfully assumed something that is untrue; therefore if you know little about a persons situation/circumstances which in this case you clearly know very little about me then its probably better just not to comment, assume, speculate or cast false judgments.

Hi Clayton, thanks for the reply and no they have not offered a refund on the original deposit I made. I have intentionally used Win Palace Casino in sentences more instead of just casino so people remember the casino that is being dishonest and cheating people.

Win Palace Casino is a Dishonest Casino and Cheating people classified as Rogue on Casino Meister and I want everyone to know about it and be Forewarned so they dont have to experience what I did and get taken advantage of.

I don't think they did Chayton. As far as I gather she has filed a complaint with her bank also (chargeback?). I never even thought about the whole SEO thing (probably because I am not a webmaster). Her posts do seem long and well written and looking back she does mention Win Palace Casino many times so you could be onto something there Chayton.
