Leovegas is up for the Baptism by Fire. They have a wide assortment of games from Netent, MGS, Viaden, Nextgen, Crypto, Besoft, and more! I've heard some good things about them - how about you?

This is good news. I will give them another shot:thumbsup: I played there once slots were terribly laggy but this was before Netent fixed it so I will try them again.:)

Fast withdrawals (from what i remember, I've only managed to withdraw a couple of times)
Good CS
Excellent SUB (one of those you can make a withdrawal before meeting WR, as long as you haven't used any of the bonus funds).

But..
They could do with a few more MG games, They don't even have TSII for some reason!!
There don't seem to be many Bonuses or promotions on offer, once you've taken the SUB
The responsible gaming section is a little odd. you can only set limits on losses and wagering, NOT deposits
They also have something called a VIP level, with a vague description of what it's all about. I'm at VIP 11. But i've no idea what it's 'worth' now or in the future if i get to a higher level. so consequently it isn't much of an incentive to play there more.

heard some good news about them nice sub too but alas players from my country is not allowed to receive bonuses :(
 
IMO a good casino with fast payouts.

The only negative here is the bonus system. I asked CS twice how the bonus system works. One time they said that there are 99 levels, another time that there are 35 levels and that they are changing the bonus system.
But this was in December. Don`t know if they changed it, but never had a bonus offer from them, although I made some deposits after the WB.

But all in all a good casino with a wide variety of games.

Thanks for the message. In terms of games, we had to remove the MG games due to some technical issues but we are working on getting these fixed and back up soon. We are also adding some other software providers to mix, including the popular IGT.

In terms of the VIP levels, according to the levels you get better offers in the CRM send-outs, we're still working on our loyalty program which may take a little longer than expected, simply because we have certain LeoVegas standards that we always aim to achieve. We'd like to get this 100% right before we go live with anything.

We don't want to implements something we're not happy with, although we understand the frustration for the players. This is a major development for us, and we will have something in place soon. We hope that this will make a big difference to you and other players, and hope to see you in the casino again soon.

Thanks for the post. We are pleased you are happy with the casino overall. in terms of the loyalty program, we are still working on this to get it 100% up to scratch. In terms of levels, there are indeed 99. You get better offers depending on the level you reach. Just signed up yesterday, only to find out after deposit that im eligible for any sign up offers, but live chat still gave me 100%.
just didnt make sense because if he could offer me 100% why not the 200% and the 200 free spins ? :)

So it all depends which country the player is from. If the player resides in a country where the welcome offer is not available, the bonuses the receive will all depend on their level of play. If the player shows to be loyal, we are more than happy to offer tailored bonus offers for them. Our customer support team are always happy to help if you have any problems or feel like you deserve a bonus :)

I originally signed up with you because you offered microgaming and Netent games which are my favourite, and after months of checking, I was wrapped to find out you finally accept Australian players. I am a seasoned casino player, and have now added you to my exclusive list of regular sites, however I do have one small complaint.

When I signed up, I checked to see if you had my favourite MG game Immortal Romance, and you did. All was well, and I signed up. I didn't make my first deposit until the following day, and without a second thought I went straight to the deposit section and made my contribution. When I went to play your games, I noticed I couldn't find any of my favourite microgaming slots. I thought to myself I could have sworn you offered them when I checked the previous night, however I convinced myself I must have got you mixed up with another casino I play at, and missed the fact you only offer Netent slots. Not to worry I thought. I had already made my deposit, so I thought I would still take the opportunity to have some fun and explore your site, which I did.

After playing at your site, someone on a forum I frequent told me you definitely offer MG slots. How strange I thought. So then I assumed maybe you don't offer MG slots to Australian players. So I sent a message to your support team to clarify, and was advised that you do in fact offer MG slots, however you temporarily removed them due to maintenance.

Now, I have no problem with this, and am now happy that it's been confirmed you do offer my favourite slots, however I am slightly aggrieved that I wasn't notified as a customer that you would be temporarily removing them. If I had known this to be the case, I would have delayed my first deposit until I could happily play my favourite slots. As they are the main slots I enjoy playing, I feel a little disappointed that I couldn't play them with my first deposit with your site.

This is not a complaint because I loss, as I most probably would have loss even if playing my favourite slots. I lose almost every time I play at any of my favourite casinos (sigh, lol), so I accept losing, and know it's part of the game. My complaint is more that I signed up because you offered MG slots, yet I didn't have the opportunity to play what I essentially signed up and paid for. Maybe some form of notice that the slots were unavailable beforehand, would have been a common courtesy to offer your customers, as that would have given me the notice I needed to wait a little longer. Maybe it's just an unfortunate coincidence, that from the time I signed up, to the time I deposited, the MG slots were removed overnight. Hence I didn't think twice before making my deposit, and was of course confused when no MG slots were showing.

I am happy to give your casino another try, but can you please let me know when the MG slots will be back online, as I do not want to deposit again, until I know for sure I can play my favourites, as that's ultimately what I signed up for, and pay for. Maybe in the future you can also just send out a notice letting your customers know of your plans, to save any confusion.

Not a huge deal, but just some feedback from a new customer.

Ok guys, i have to say: This is probaby the best casino experience i've had a long time.

I deposited around 4 hours ago for the first time at Leovegas.

I got lucky and ended up with around 260 Euros from a 35 Euro deposit after Jack Hammer and the Aliens were good to me :)

So i decided to cashout.

Clicked on Cashout and contacted Live Chat regarding Document-Verification.

"Emil A" my support agent told me what i have to send, i did this and while still in chat he checked the documents and approved them. 30 Seconds later on my Neteller account.

I like the game selection and they do offer fast withdrawals. My only complaint, and a reason I´m sometimes hesitant to play with a bonus, is the previous wagering requirement from earlier bonuses still remain when another bonus is activated. I know this isn´t meant to be but it´s always irritating to have to contact support to delete it.
 
I like checking casino's on their commitment to responsible gambling and a few issued need to be worked out at Leo Vegas.

Calling their Malta based Customer Support team I was told "we cannot set limits on your behalf, you have to do this yourself on-line"...

...and as they don't offer 'do it yourself' deposit limits on-line, I sent in a ticket:

Unfortunately EcoPayz is not in the pipeline right now. However
we are always looking to extend our range of deposit/withdrawals methods
to accomodate all our player's needs.

According to our Head of Payments it's definitely not impossible that it will
show up in the future. Until then, I hope that you're able to find another
payments solution on LeoVegas that suits your needs.
