Well I've been here over the last day or 2 but have not had a chance to write about my issues with Videoslots and yep... withdrawal problems.

A month or so ago I deposited AUD... no issues. But then I withdrew really quick as my dog busted both his cruciate ligaments in his hind legs.
So emergency vet bills later I withdrew what I had deposited.

It arrived in my bank account less 12AUD of my withdrawal. I didn't think much about it at the time.

Then a week later I deposited some more.... but my house was broken into and keys stolen. Had to pay for locksmith to reconfigure all locks.

So I withdrew my other deposit. Same thing. 12AUD less.

So I wrote to Videoslots asking why this had happened since it clearly states on their withdrawal page and in banking that there are no fees. I got a reply saying that we do not take any fees etc etc.

So I then wrote to Luke the Videoslots rep here and he told me that they HAD paid me in AUD. He sent me some attachment in some language (German?).

Then in my snail mail I get 2 letters from my bank saying that they had received funds from another AUS bank... less... you guessed it! AUD12!

So I wrote back to Luke attaching letters from my bank and he adamantly denied that they hadn't done anything but pay me my withdrawal amount. But that clearly wasn't the case. He advised I contact my own bank and they in turn advised me to contact Videoslots!

My argument is that they deal with a bank in Australia (major bank) who then passes the funds on to my bank. In the meantime I'm thinking that the initial Australian bank takes their AUD12 cut.

But Luke denies all his end... and my bank denies all my end!

Look it's $24 all up. Not going to break the bank (though at that time I needed everything as described above!). But it's the principal. It clearly says on the Videoslots website no charges for bank wires!!

I agree with you Dandan it seems obvious that one of the banks is attaching a fee: if not your bank then the first bank. Videoslots should look into this further. I know its not about the money its the principal.

No reply from Videoslots?

My AUD24 disappeared somewhere!!!

Oh btw I can back it up since I have the hard copy!

I throw my hands up!!!

Suffice it to say ... Videoslots... shove it up your clacker!!!

Are you sure your bank isn't slugging you international conversion fees? I get smashed with these on every deposit I make, and it seems I can't avoid them.

Also, you might want to give Lucas a little more time to respond mate.

Are you serious? mate its been 4 weeks!!!

I got the hard copy.

You? Aside from defending Luke?

Yeah I was being serious, and just trying to help you with a possible reason for the missing funds. Being a dick to people won't help you in any way, shape or form.

"You?" is a question in which context? Sorry, but your third sentence makes no sense at all, and as a result I couldn't possibly respond to it, if it is indeed a question derived from my original comment.

By Luke I assume you are referring to Lucas, the Videoslots rep? If so, maybe addressing him by his real name may be a great starting point in having any concerns resolved.

And I wasn't defending anyone. Is it not fair to assume by your comments that your sole purpose of creating this thread was to get a response from Lucas? Considering the general rule of this site is to allow a rep 48 hours to respond, and you waited all of 1 hour and 17 minutes, all I was suggesting is that you allow the person a little more time to respond. If you have already been in contact with Lucas, and he is denying any responsibility, then your next step would be to investigate the possibility of a PAB.

Maybe you could also reflect on why you would deposit all your available funds into a casino account, not leaving any aside for emergencies that may arise. This is the most intriguing to me of all your comments, yet I still wanted to help, and not judge.

Now sir, I wish you well, but judging by the bite mark you left in my throat, I leave you to your own angry devices, and couldn't really care less if your issue gets resolved. Goodbye and good luck. :)

Wow!!!

When you withdraw funds from Videoslots.com you need to use the same
payment method as when you made your deposit.

You have one fee free withdrawal per 7 days, but you can of course withdraw
more frequent if you´d like. Those withdrawals come with a 3,9% fee though.

Note that you need to verify your account in order to be able to withdraw.
This is done in the “Document” section in your profile. If you have any questions,
please email support@videoslots.com. They will be happy to assist you.

That is what is reads on their website under withdrawls

I withdrew $450 then $200

The $200 when it hit bank ended up being around $192

ppppffff.... the benefit of the doubt ....
am happy always

it still doesn't explain the deposits into my bank account... less 24AUD

And some can abuse me but the facts are the facts!!!!

Depending how much you withdrew and if it was more then 1 withdrawl within 7 days, perhaps it was the fee ?

I just thought I would copy/paste the withdrawl section of what the site stipulates in case you were unware of it.

You must not have read the original post!

I don't like to repeat!

So...

no fees advertised re bank transfer.,,

My first withdrawal should have been fee free. I should have been paid X AUD .... but was paid X AUD minus $12.

I got in hard copy so I don't know why people are getting nasty!!!

.

Now you're just being a narcissistic schizophrenic. No one's getting nasty with you mate. Miss Monopoly and I were both trying to help you by mentioning possible reasons for the missing funds. At which point were either of us particularly nasty towards you? We weren't is the answer to that question. Conversely, on both occasions it was YOU who was snappy and rude in response to our suggestions. You even went as far as rudely telling Miss Monopoly that you do not repeat yourself, yet only moments earlier she was forced to repeat herself for you!

I honestly hope you are taking the piss, as we can then have a smile and laugh, whilst reveling in the fact that rude people like yourself really don't exist in the world. If you are in fact legitimate in your approach to other human beings, and this is a fair reflection of how you talk to other people, then I truly feel sorry for you, and will pray for your long overdue enlightenment.

You'll find no better place for helpful advice than this tight casinomeister community. However, if you honestly can't see that your approach has been rude and dismissive, then I suggest no one on this site should offer you any assistance until you learn to show other users a little mutual respect and general humanity. Pull your head in mate. Consider this lesson in humanity priceless, therefore there's no point crying over $24 anymore, so you can now happily jog on!

I would advise to chill out a bit since you were the first one getting nasty. Telling the casino rep to stick something up their "clacker" is pretty nasty if I'm figuring out what a clacker is correctly.

Please give the rep time to respond. You did notify of this thread right? If not, you are breaking a cardinal rule of this forum, and you need to get it together and act responsibly.

Now you're just being a narcissistic schizophrenic...
Please don't label people with being crazy. That is why we have moderators. Thank you.

I wouldn't doubt it if you were getting charged a service fee from the bank, I have had multiple withdrawals in the same week and never been charged a fee, when it goes back to my card it is exact, when I get a wire I get hit with a $15 fee from the bank, being reasonable here, these fees are completely out of the casino's control.

If you need to withdrawal deposits to pay bills, even if they are out of the blue expenses, should you be gambling at all!

Gambling 101 - never gamble beyond your means.

Hi Daniel,

Good afternoon. Here below please find my last reply to you dated Friday 14th March 2014 which was sent via email.

What I’ve sent to you on email is the official withdrawal transaction receipt showing you that we did not deduct/charge any fee to both of the withdrawals in question.

We sent the funds directly to your bank account which you have supplied us the details of within your account on our site.
ie; If you’ve entered account number eg. “123456”, and requested a withdrawal, then the withdrawal is sent to account number “123456” as it’s specified by the player.

Therefore the withdrawals and exact amounts as requested were sent exactly to your bank account of which details were provided by you on our site.

We appreciate the fact that you’ve been an online gambler for some time, though as you can see, the Bank Transfer is free and is exactly that mate. And as you can also see that we have made the transaction in the same currency too.

What the player’s banks’ do has got nothing to do with us, and nothing that we have any information or control over of course.

So Again, I’d suggest you to contact your bank again and ask for a detailed explanation about both these 2 transactions, and what’s the deal with Westpac – as we have no connection with them whatsoever, and in conclusion ask why and where from have the fees per transaction been deducted for your own peace of mind.

As they are definitely not from our side Daniel.

We have been offering free withdrawals on all of our payment methods for a long time of which bank transfer was always free no matter how many withdrawals a player makes, and we are not going to change that and start charging/applying any fees now, and that applies for everyone including Aussies.

I honestly hope that you pursue this with your bank, and either get a decent and valid explanation for it from them, or have the fees charged to you from them fully refunded back to your account buddy.

I’ve looked into your case personally right from the start, and have explained and provided you with everything there is to show in order to assist you. So whilst we do not like to lose any of our customers, it is at the end of the day your call of course.

Therefore as I’ve thoroughly explained, we have not deducted anything from your withdrawals, and then if you chose to believe it or not despite the given facts is out of our hands.

Thanks again, and do let me know should you have any further questions or need anything else from our side Daniel.

Kind Regards,
Lucas

Dan, I advise you to head to the bank and talk to face to face, forget about phone call. It might be to do with your account plan that might be affected by fees you are getting. You need to change to better account plan with MUCH less fees per month. I have copped bit too much fees in my Westpac default account as banker had noticed it on screen and I was advised to change to better plan and I have done so. So far since then I haven't copped much of any fees lately.

If your account plan looks fine then you must have done something wrong which then causes bank to charge you fees.

Piece of advice for you please don't be rude to others in here I have seen you received an infraction notice. So please be careful on what you are posting on forum here.

I didn’t mean to be rude to anyone.... so apologies to anyone who was offended! I’ll take the infraction on the chin!

But it still doesn’t change the fact that Videoslots will not acknowledge the $24 loss on both withdrawals.!

Yes I have contacted my bank. They refer me to Westpac which was the incoming bank. Westpac refers me back to either Videoslots... or my bank!

I withdraw to my bank account (not Westpac) all the time and yet never have issues!

I have never received a written copy of a withdrawal. Yet this time I did. A hard copy from MY bank... a deposit made by Westpac to MY bank... less the $12.

Luke... you have tried to help it’s true. But you have been condescending often in emails. I’ve scanned the letters... and all over $24 you decided to belittle me at times by informing me of the most obvious things such as contact your bank. Well, I did that yet you ignored it.

My objective here is to warn others not to withdraw to a bank account if playing at Videoslots.

Simple.
