Besides not paying progressives in a lump sum does anyone have experience playing here.I signed up and got $25 ND with Max cash $500.I completed playthrough and cashed $500 on Mar 22.I got an email saying my ID papers were verified on Mar 23.The email said 1 - 5 days to process my withdrawal.This is Apr 3 and it is still pending.I can't get a straight answer from chat on when it will be done.Any comments will be appreciated.

njkola28 had a PAB that has lapsed due to non-payment by the casino. They had promised her weekly payments, did so for a short while then stopped without explanation. Not responding. Shabby behaviour!

For honesty, I want to update the situation GrandReef
After two weeks of not payment 250 per week,
in the last two weeks I have received 250 Euros per week
I have to thank John Pitboss that is helping me
I hope he succeeds in such a way that the weekly payments regularly and continue until the end
Now I have yet to receive 3810 euro

Grand Reef are a shady casino imo.
I had to ask 3 times for them to close my account.
I can provide evidence of this as I still have the emails.

Closing your account is really not the way to go, especially since you have just recently signed up. We suggest that you take up the free bonus offer that is available on your account...
