They are a well known offline brand in the UK - one of the most widely read newspapers (free) in the UK. IGT, Microgaming and Netent are their flavors. They have not only your basic downloadable games but games for your mobile and tablet.

Give them a try and please post you comments here.

Indeed. Took one look at that, 30xD+B WR on a 200% bonus and was like, yeah, I'll pass :) (Very EV- as you'd expect to bust out on a perfect 95% RTP at only 66% through the WR.)

There isn't even the option to withdraw whilst still on real cash like at BetAt, you're locked in until you've met the entire WR (which you can 'buy' with extra deposits).

So whilst a £100 deposit would yield a £300 bankroll, with a £9000 WR you may as well kiss that deposit goodbye before you even start, unless you happen to hit a very rich run on the slots.

You've got to do the whole WR in seven days as well, which for folks with work/home/family/etc commitments to juggle around as well, could prove a bit of an ask.

id looked at it a few weeks ago as its advertised in the paper daily and thought the same the bonus playthroughs to high so never bothered , theres also the fact that max cashout from bonus is £2500, okay I rarely get to cash out that amount but knowing my luck id hit great wins and hate anything that has a max cashout especially if ive deposited my own money as well

6.You will not be able to withdraw the bonus amount until the wagering requirements have been met in full during the Bonus Validity Period. Once the wagering requirements have been met, your bonus balance amount will be automatically transferred into your cash balance. Total bonus winnings are capped at £2,500

I have an outstanding dispute with Metroplay, and have been given the talk-to-the-hand treatment.

I saw they were not on Casinomeister and had not got round to a PAB yet. Now they are giving it a go I will submit my PAB this weekend if I have time.

They confiscated my winnings relying on a vague "bonus abuse" term, and even somehow managed to claw back £4500 which had already been paid into my bank account!!

What I don't like is seems only Visa/Credit card deposit methods are available. What I do like is that seems like they send out very interesting Promotions out. Like had a nice cashback offer at half time of a football game the other day think it was Sunday when Chelsea and Manchester United were playing. Which is different than from other Casinos.

Apart from that my knowledge is not that great yet. Also reason I have not been promoting them yet or listing them on my websites

So to have a chance to finish the WR you have to hit something BIG. Fair enough. But if by miracle you do hit a big win, it better not be TOO big because your maximum withdrawal is capped?

I've seen terms this bad before, but they were for No Deposit bonus offers from rogue RTG casinos.

I guess that you mean "basic flash games" or something? I can't reach their page (restricted) but the only downloadable NetEnt casino I've heard of was at Nordicbet and that one is gone now.

Please, file that PAB now! It's disturbing to know that this casino can reach many new UK players from CM now if they use rogue methods when a player wins. Those vague "bonus abuse" terms is really bad (if they have those terms,I can't reach their page) and to claw back already paid money is betfair stuff...

Don't post more about your issue here before your PAB is settled!

EDIT: Are there any accredited casinos that only is available for one state/country?

I played this casino a while ago, I missed that £2.5k cashout rule! but I didn't manage to win anyway. I unsubscribed to the casino when they updated the t and cons and then managed to see that 2.5k rule. maybe it wasn't their when I signed up! anyways I am STILL receiving e mails off them but now in my spam folder!

they have my username so its off the casino itself even though I unsubscribed. I wont be back again.

Having a limit on your winnings is "rogue" behaviour in the first place for me. Fair enough from free chips but not when you are risking your own money playing there.

If you are going to cover yourself by having large bonus wagering requirements then you shouldn't also be limiting what players might win. I find terms like that highly offensive, how dare you win.

Also remember that no low risk or risk free betting allowed, so even if you have managed to pass that max £2.5k withdrawal limit, don't hold back and low roll, but keep on rolling high eventhough you can't win anything, just to be sure that you are not hit with this clause. I guess everything over£ 2.5k is risk free, so just to be safe if you are at, let's say, £2.7k, roll immediately £200 to get to 2.5k, in the non-risk free territory.

Now, I don't know if they interpret this clause this nastily, but terms shouldn't be that vague.

13. Players deemed, at the sole discretion of Metro Play, to be adopting a low risk or risk free betting strategy to meet wagering requirement may have the bonus along with any winnings forfeited and removed.

Seriously, reasonable WR and limiting the max bet to something like 5£ when playing with bonus money, would be much better than max withdrawal limitation and this other stuff.

I had an account there at Metroplay. I can attest there is no pending period on w/d's and they are fast, back to debit card in 48 hours. As for the new SUB it's worse than the one I got originally in the middle of last year. I would be interested to know how they took money from the previous poster's bank account, I didn't think this was possible.

Jackpot Party used to be when they were first Accredited, I think. And also Big Casino if memory serves...?

I dont think there are any currently though - and from the pretty awful things I've just read in this thread - I don't think that's about to change anytime soon!
Those bonus terms are very shitty for any MG/NetEnt based casino.

Metro Play Casino Rep

Good Afternoon, my name is Luke and I am the Metro Play Casino Rep on Casinomeister.

Firstly, I'd like to say that we are extremely grateful for this opportunity and are keen to learn and feed off the constructive criticism that has already been produced from many of the posts.

With regards to the feedback on wagering requirements and max winnings, we will look to address these immediately within our terms. In regards to the individual matter with thenry14, we will adhere to the PAB process and are confident specifics will emerge in light of it

I've been informed that you were given full support by the casino to dispute your claims at the AGCC - which you did, and the AGCC sided with the casino. You have also brought this to a small claims court - where you withdrew your claims. Don't come here saying something was so (speak to the hand) when it wasn't. Attempting to exploit this forum for your own personal agenda will end badly for you.

I do not appreciate you trying to rally up a torch-and-pitchfork mob based on bullshit. Thank you.

I signed up here late last year and deposited £10. I played for about 10 minutes before the game started becoming unresponsive and logged me out. I tried to log back in but my account had been locked. I received an email a while later saying I needed to send documents but and I didn't bother since I only had a few quid left and didn't want to play there again.

It really put me off that they would close an account instantly for verification and I can't see any reason why I would be different to anyone else. Is this standard for all accounts at Metro? I can understand verification before withdrawal but not instantly like that.

I've been playing online casinos for about 6 years and haven't once had to verify an account for a withdrawal let alone to play.

Hi Lordblucan,

Metro Play launched in May 2013, and as with any new site we did have some early teething problems which you may have experienced. However, our site stability has improved significantly since launch and we had 99.94% uptime across the month of December.

On your point about your account being closed without notice when we requested your documents, we have now changed this process and allow 7 days before the account is closed.

I would recommend that you give us another go as we have genuinely evolved into a casino that can stand up again any of our competitors.

Hi Luke,

Thanks for the reply. I understand every business has teething problems and it's a really good to see you guys going for accreditation. Could I ask why you lock accounts at all before withdrawal? I just haven't personally experienced it at any of the other casinos I play at but maybe it's more common than I realise? Great that you have increased it to seven days though as the instant lock had me very confused.

was just about to take a reload bonus then spotted this term on it,

9. Total wins attributable to the bonus are capped at £500.

was going to play DOA but with that limit its hardly worth it if a decent win drops in.

wagering on the reload was ok x15 b+d but that term means no deposit sorry.

Very Bad limits on Bonuses. There are tons of Casinos with much better WR and No Max Cashouts.... and I mean TONS...

I would recommend that you give us another go as we have genuinely evolved into a casino that can stand up again any of our competitors.

@ Luke_MetroPlay - Sorry, from what I have read so far, you are FAR from competing with anyone except places like SunSet Slots (Rival)...

Nate

@Nate - this is something we are constantly monitoring, we are looking to deliver our users the best bonuses at the best times. I will liaise with our retention team to look to improve our set-up and feedback shortly
