Hello the payout time should now be adjusted to 24 hours pending, and 48 hours after the pending period to reflect the new processing times.

This would be reflected in this page

Yes,

I can see this link no longer works. Can I have a time frame for my payout?

Thanks,

Gold

Did you get a response on your payout time from Slotocash?

Are you a US player? I was just curious if you rec'd a response from them on the correct payout time. I've been waiting 7 days for a bank transfer now and didn't know if that was considered too long especially when you pay $60 for the service. I'm not complaining. I was just curious how long it took. I know it takes longer here in the States. Take care!

Please Disregard my Previous Reply in this thread regarding SlotoCash payout time

I literally received my requested withdrawal funds about ten minutes after I left my response to this thread about how long it should take for Slotocash to get the funds into my checking account. Funny coincidence!! Anyway, I'm happy. Slotocash (RTG) has been a good casino for me throughout the past year and I have no problems with them and will continue to play there!

The way I understand it, and it takes up to 3 business days for a withdrawal process. Most of mine have averaged the 3 business days lately.
For wires after that it can take up to 10 business days to reach your account. According to the terms under that option. Yet other than your experience I can't give you an exact time frame of what I've experienced.
So far the only withdrawal method I have used with the new processor is the cash transfer option.
Once it took 5 business days to process, including the pending time. Another time it took the full 7 business days that they advertise under the cash transfer option, including pending time.
Not to make an excuse on the difference in time, I'm wondering if smaller pay outs tend to take less time over larger ones. The first one was for a measly $200, the second one was for $1,800.
On either note the cash transfer option has seemed to work best for me. Walking out of a store cash in hand, not having to worry about a wire being caught up by your bank or somewhere else.

You may as well put that apparently Slotocash nor Uptown Aces will not even now look at your cash out until at least 48 business hours has passed now. It used to be 24 hours was the minimum before they'd put it into queue. Now it's 48 business hours not including weekend.
While I appreciate the now higher withdrawal limits, even though it doesn't really seem to apply within the US, because were still capped at $3,000 per transaction. Yet apparently we can now cash out up to $4,000 on our first cash out, and $5,000 per cash out afterwards if it's one large one.
Still now upping the pending period to 48 hours minimum seems a bit harsh.

I feel spoilt because I live in the UK and get to request a withdrawal from places like 32red or bet365 and get the payment processed within 24hours (usually much sooner). I am currently waiting for a withdrawal from bet365 and I know from making previous withdrawals from there I should have the funds in my bank account by Wednesday at the VERY latest.

How you guys feel having to wait around for days and days for a withdrawal would frustrate the hell out of me.

Just my two pence worth ^^ ^^

I have been requesting wire on Wednesdays, been approved and process Friday and in my Bank on Monday HOWEVER on wire I believe cap is $2500 for US

anyway I have been very happy

Pretty impressed with fast turnaround

I processed a withdrawal on 11/25 and the funds were available to pick up on 11/28. Considering Thanksgiving was during that time I was impressed. I believe they are part of JP group but I have never received my funds that quickly from any of their other casinos.

impressive but you do realize that most of the world does not celebrate Thanksgiving the same time as the United States

Yeah I know it's a USA holiday but still I usually have to wait 48hrs. before they even look a withdrawal request and then 3-5 days before it's processed. BTW did you see the pandemonium in the stores in UK on Black Friday? :D
