I have been getting the run around from Real Vegas regarding my payout for the last 2 weeks. All docs have been submitted and approved but they keep telling me they have a large volume of payouts and that mine is with management. I am concerned that now after I've done some searching this place is none for non-payment. Am I really screwed out of my $2,900 in winnings? Has anyone ever been paid from them.

I really could use this money around the holidays and here it is over 2 weeks and nothing has happened....I'm very concerned. :eek2:

Thanks for any help!!

They're sister casino to slotnuts and all those right? I thought they were gone too, but they've come back to life. Wonder if it's still the same company that owns them?

From what I know, it's still all the same. If I'm not mistaken, they are also connected to the Winpalace group. But I could be wrong. Nevertheless, I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.

Fixed the thread title. :p

I thought Real Vegas was a thing of the past.

Thanks CM.

hbears, bogus complaint is used when the complaint against the casino is bogus, not when the casino is bogus!

Is this the same casino as Real Vegas Online? If so, they have an interesting clause about refunds if you are totally dissatisfied. You might be able to get your deposit (s) back at least.

For now, keep after them, be polite but be persistent. I'd suggest using email for a couple of reasons. One, you will have a chance to temper your language and remain calm. Two, you will have records of their correspondence and your correspondence.

If you've had no success or payment(s) in a couple of more weeks, you could try contacting CDS. You will find the CDS logo on their homepage, click it and it will take you to a complaint form.

Now that you've found CM, check out the accredited list for some reputable casinos that won't jerk you around if you win.

Thanks all - appreciate everyone's input. I've now got it to the point where the payout has been "processed" and is in the accounting department hands to release for the bank wire. Am awaiting to see how long that will take. I received an e-mail from someone that said he was the manager and that I should have it early this week (keeping my fingers crossed)!! :D

Well as expected this week has come and passed and still no payout to my bank account. Now all of a sudden the cashier is setting up a new bank account with their payout processor. I am now going to have to wait until "maybe next week".

Really thinking I'm going to be out this money! :(

hmmmm unfortunately that's the way those casinos operate, they string the players along by stalling and will give you one excuse after another. Just keep asking them. If you're enough of a pain in the butt, they might just pay you to keep you from bugging them every day. But stay polite and keep your cool, you don't want them to have any excuse not to pay you.

Edit: Did you notice this term on their website?
Accounts which are approved for withdrawals will have the winnings processed in monthly increments at the discretion of the management.

And there's also another term that states if you don't log in for 180 days they can take your whole balance.

Over a month later...still more excuses and run-a-round as to why I don't have the funds yet. Apparently the money has been sent to the sending bank but "they are having issues" sending to my account. I am "assured" I will have it ASAP.

Even legitimate sites and banks experience delays over the holiday. I am so sorry this is happening to you.

CDS is not noted for being swift, and there are probably members that have been through it that can offer more suggestions.

I'd save myself the anxiety of doing that over the holidays, I wouldn't expect much action.

I'm not too sure CDS will solve anything for you either. But you don't have many ways to pursue this.

Keep after them, and don't play it back. Deliberate stalling and delays are meant to get a player frustrated to play away the withdrawal. You have ZERO chance of seeing your money if you do that.

I do hope your deposit(s) were small. There are lots of excellent CM accredited casinos to play at.

Real Vegas Online and Slotnuts are despicable.

Let's all try to remember to use their names rather than the casino so the posts get picked up and maybe other players will not fall into their traps.

Maxd, is there no way to rogue casinos that just won't cooperate and seemingly get a free pass from the rogue pit by just not responding to PABs?

I can't recall any happy endings to these stories.

Mind you, some Virtual players have seen winnings paid after many years, so you should never give up trying.

Hbears, I know it's cold comfort, but thank you for bringing your experience here, and I hope the slot gods smile on you elsewhere.

Thanks all - I get responses from customer support that don't jive at all with what CDS says. I still have an open case with them but have had no traction on that is almost 2 weeks.

I will stay on them (especially since they keep saying I will have it "this week" - for the last three weeks).

I noticed those - and I make sure I log in once a week. I also noticed this from their site which I have mentioned to them many times they don't follow.
All withdrawal requests are processed within 48 to 72 business hours during our regular scheduled accounting hours, Monday through Friday from 10:00 am ET to 9:00 pm ET. VIP withdrawals are processed from Monay thru Saturday and they are processed in less than 48 hours in most of the cases.

When requesting a withdrawal via check, please allow up to 5 business days before having the transaction approved and another 5 to 10 business days before the check is delivered to you.

You may place your withdrawal request at the casino cashier. Make sure to place one single withdrawal request instead of several ones as the system does not process several withdrawal requests.

Amazingly good news - winnings were received to bank account this morning. I am shocked and thrilled at the same time.

Thanks to Oliver for seeing this payout through.

Greetings Hbears,

We are glad that you received your winnings and we again do apologize for the delays due to unforeseen events. Should you have any other inquiries or concerns, you can email also email Arthur via Arthur@RealVegasOnline.com and we shall do our best to sort things out. We always pay out to our winning clients, and as much as possible, in a timely manner.

Thanks!

Awesome.

Where do I sign up?

Here we go...once again. I guess I am bit foolish for playing here still, but now I am currently waiting for a payout of $1K from way back in April. They continue to give me the "we're waiting on the processor" BS. Arthur seems to have disappeared and I get nothing that would resemble management response. Opened a case with CDS and they closed it without resolution. What else can I do??

I guess i will never understand why when people have so much trouble getting paid from a place they go back. There are a lot of accredited casino to play at but what do i know
