max cashout rule

I'd love to see a playable rival, I miss that software so much.

I did see one rule in the T&C that I object to, but I'm not sure if this affects accreditation or not, but I find the max cashout on slots bonuses to be abhorrent and not fair.

Rule # 9 states:

There is a maximum withdrawal limit of 20 x bonus + deposit.

This means on a $25 deposit, the most one could withdraw is $1000. So much for all those wonderful screenshots with 1000x or more payouts, especially if one bets more than $1 per spin. :(

Maybe we could get them to change this rule?

Just sayin,

Hi Slotslover,

Thank you for your question.

Firstly, let me introduce myself - My name is Pieter and I handle the Forums/Operations here at Sunset Slots and I will hopefully be answering any questions that you can throw at me (be gentle it's my first time)

Secondly, to answer your question Slotslover; We have many different bonus offers with different wagering requirements. So even though the website states that this is the wagering requirement and max cashout - more often than not that there is a different wagering requirement on these bonuses which in most cases will allow you make higher withdrawals.

All this being said - thank you for bringing this to our attention - I will speak to my guys to see if we can put something up that more accurately explains the max cash out.

Lastly, thank you valued Casinomeister members Bryan and Max for affording us this valuable opportunity. We hope to pass with flying colors and feature in the accredited section soon.

Best,
Pieter

maximum withdrawal

Hi Pieter,

Thanks for the post. I wasn't referring to the wagering requirement as I was the maximum withdrawal. I don't generally care that much about the wagering requirement because I like to play but I really think a maximum withdrawal on slots bonuses is directly against the spirit of slot machines; that is, getting that GIANT hit that one remembers for years. I'll never forget the excitement when I hit for $25,000 9 years ago on a $100 deposit. That would be capped at $2000 or $4000 at your casino (based on the 20x max withdrawal, there was a $100 bonus, so not sure if the 20x is on one or both). If that was the case, rather than being euphoric, I would have felt like I was robbed.

Hope to be able to play soon at your casino :)

Hi Slotslover,

Thanks for your reply, and my apologies, I should perhaps have put more emphasis on the maximum cashout - this is the term that we will be reviewing on our website. Also as I have mentioned this is just a standard rule and there are other bonuses which have higher max cashins.

You are right indeed, there is nothing like the exhilaration of a big win which is why we do what we do as gamblers right? You can rest assured that we wont cap your winnings on any big wins. I do indeed look forward to seeing you playing at Sunset Slots soon. Will provide you with the best experience, start to finish.

Pieter

NOTE: On Free Money bonuses there will always be restrictions in terms of max cashout (non deposit bonuses) - this is industry standard and just to curb our risk a little on free money promotions

Sunset Slots T&C:s is most recently changed from the usual Bonne Chance one to an incomplete template. I checked it very recently and then it said Bonne Chance (which indicates that this is a White Label casino).

Things from the old:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Sunset Slots is a casino owned and operated by Silverstone Overseas Limited, Ingles Manor, Castle Hill Avenue, Kent, Folkestone, United Kingdom (hereafter “Silverstone”) a company wholly owned by Bonne Chance NV (hereafter “BC”). Bonne Chance NV is a company incorporated, licensed and regulated by the Government of Curacao for the purpose of operating an online casino. Playing at the casino, whether for fun play or real play constitutes an agreement between the player and BC that the player be bound by the following terms and conditions contained herein. The player accepts that this is a binding agreement between the player and the casino and is the sole agreement governing the player’s relationship with the casino, to the exclusion of all other agreements, statements, and representations.

Now, it's a totally changed one where they couldn't even write the company name:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Playing at the casino, whether for fun play or real play constitutes an agreement between the player and the Company that the player be bound by the following terms and conditions contained herein. The player accepts that this is a binding agreement between the player and the casino and is the sole agreement governing the player’s relationship with the casino, to the exclusion of all other agreements, statements, and representations. Each clause contained in these terms and conditions shall be separate and severable from each of the others. If any clause is found to be void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining terms and conditions shall remain of full force and effect. The following Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Sunset Slots website and online casino:

Hi Pieter.

Who owns Sunset Slots? Who operates Sunset Slots? In what name is your gaming licence?

@SunSet Slot Ops

are you two guys who share this account, both Nitesh and Pieter?

Your Live Chat is at casinocontroller.com, where it usually is when we are talking about Rival White Labels. Both Cocoa and Tropica are using the same.

Do you have in house support or are you using the same as other White Labels?

To explain to others, the live chat button at Slots of Fortune (operated by same people as Win Palace) goes to liveperson network where other casinos in this independent group have their support. At Slots Capital it goes to Deckmedias own support. And at Sunset Slots it goes to the White Label support...

Terrible T&C and there are some confusing T&C I wont make a long post posting them all but I am sure most players can see for themselves.

BTW are you guys a sister to Kings Palace Casino? You are the only 2 Rivals that that have a maximum withdrawal of 20xb+d and a minimum $100 withdrawal and the terms are very similar for bonuses etc.

Due to revised banking restrictions; Sunset Slots is limited in the value per cashin that can be payable to each player on a weekly basis. We will pay a maximum of 2 500 (in local supported currency) per week to players that have a single cashin or accumulative cashins over the value of 2 500 (in local supported currency). If the amount to be withdrawn is greater than 2 500 (in local supported currency), the remaining amount will be placed back to the player’s account, allowing the player to withdraw additional funds the following week in accordance with this term. We will pay a maximum of 1000 (in local supported currency) per week to all players where their date first wagered is within 35 days or less. The remaining amount will be placed back in the player’s account, allowing the player to withdraw additional funds the following week in accordance with this term.

No thank you, and these terms are similar to Casino Lavidas maximum withdrawals.

If you are not related to any of these casinos, did you just go and copy and paste terms? (with some editing)

No experience of Sunset Slots, but you can safely play Rival slots at Tropezia Palace, albeit the Rival slots on that site have had the odd technical/speed issue.

Hi Maphesto

Yes we are both logging in to the same account to make sure that we can respond quickly and that nothing slips through the gaps...

The Rival software has its own built in live chat (called LiveChat) functionality. THIS IS USED BY BOTH WHITE LABELS AND INDEPENDENTS. We have our own in house support that runs 24/7 in the 3 main languages that we support viz. English, French and Italian.

To clarify further on your third point, LivePerson is a standalone product which we also use as a failover system. In the past, if you were looking for live support via chat on the website, you came in using LivePerson. LiveCHAT is a Rival product that is integrated into the software so when you require live chat support when you're in the software, you use that system.

Can I take this opportunity to state unequivocally that we are NOT A WHITE LABEL.

Thanks for the questions... I hope this helps...

Personally I am not happy that two people share one CM account, mainly because members don't know who they are talking to.
Tropica did (still do?) this and it caused some confusion in the past.
Why don't one of you open another account and keep the two of you separate?
Tropezia Palace for one, and a few other casinos do this already.

Good luck with the BBF

I see the rep is already skirting around legitimate questions that have been asked.

Nifty asked a valid question... MisterBJ also reiterated his question... So are you going to answer it or continue pretending like the question wasn't asked?

Nate

Well figure i donwload it and have a look, looks like i already have an account there but have never deposit, and when a look at the promos i know why,
im bonus banned :D havent even deposit there yet, and never will until these thinks change :)

I too love rival since the days Vegas Regal was a great casino. When direct questions are asked and just as directly not answered it doesn't sit well.

Hi There Viking

if you provide me with your login, i can see what the reason was for the global bonus ban and see if there is anything that we can do about it. Not promising but you're not the first and i would like to discuss these cases with Rival to see if there is a way around it

Guys

This is a very sensitive area and I would like to discuss this with Bryan before responding. The identity and location of owners of privately owned casinos and affiliate sites are not generally topics of public discussion.

I will respond as soon as we have discussed this.

Thanks

The name of the gaming license can't be a sensitive area. I really hope you understand that players here have to know the license of the casino they play at. And if it is a sensitive area, it shows that something is shady.

Remember, Liberty Slots Casino was placed in the rogue section of this forum by Bryan when they said that they had a secret license.

If the rep can't answer both those questions instantly there is definitely a problem. I don't think anyone is looking for the name of the guy who owns the casino but the name of the company.
