I had the longest streak of my gaming career without a feature triggered last night. It started from Great Blue where I went 1500 spins without freespins and it ate 640xbet from by bankroll. At this point I switched to Marilyn Monroe (very similiar game) and I couldn't believe it: 1000 spins in I was still waiting for those three scatters. I chanced games again to Irish Luck which finally provided after 60spins.

That's 2560 spins in a row without a feature during which it ate 540€ of my bankroll wiht 0.5€ to 0.6€ bets. My previous record was only around 900 spins so I almost tripled that. I reckon the odds for a run like that are astronomical although the games in question are very high variance. Hopefully I won't be breaking that record in a while

So anyone else had similiar runs or even worse to share? :eat:

My record is 1239 spins without a feature in a single slot. The slot was Jackhammer. Even longer dry runs when switching slots.

These horrible runs typically happen when trying to get through a lengthy WR. Imo, it doesn't really matter whether you stick to one specific slot or keep switching, when it is your turn to bend over and take it, they all play pretty much the same.

I had a bad run like that a few times.
So I know how you feel.

I think it comes with playing slots, you have to be lucky and play it at the right time.
If the slot is stone cold it will vapourise your bankroll in a blink of an eye.

Last bad run like that was only a few weeks ago on Cash of the Titans, nearly €800.00 on €0.80-€2.40 spins without a single bonusfeature triggered.
Unreal sometimes,isn't it... ;)
And knowing this slot sometimes triggers bonus like 5 times within 25 spins...

Playtech's penguin slot ate around 600€ my bet was 1€ dunno how many spins but it was over 1000 spins. Same with Great blue over 1000 spins there also.

Dead or alive ... stopped counting after 1000 Spins.

Jack and The Beanstalk - Over 1000 Spins

BDBA a 700 spin++ run without the feature...

Super Jackpot Party 700 + spins without a feature which really was a surprise, had a 30 x stake hit after the drought. wasn't quite on the "dance floor" after that, more like at death's door with a few hours left before work.

Well over 1000 on Jack and the Beanstalk, likewise with Immortal Romance and Reel Steel
1100 spins on Steinfest albeit i was low rolling at 36p and wasn't down much

I remember when i first started playing online casinos. One of the first slots i ever played was Hellboy. I swear i went well over 1500 spins without the feature. Strange as you cant win much in it

I beat your record for Great Blue - by a strange coincidence, last night, too, I had more than 1600 spins (I started the autoplay for 99 spins 17 times) without a feature on Great Blue! :)

Actually, not that astronomical IMO. As a rule of thumb, I use analogy from roulette, which I know quite well. From what I have read, the longest recorded streaks for a sleeping number are around 400 spins on roulette (a specific number does not show up for 400 spins). That is roughly ten times the odds 1/37 of a specific number showing up.
So I surmised that the line between the statistically possible and (almost) statistically impossible is ten times the basic odds of the event occurring.

So if the odds of a feature appearing are 1/200 (or more like 1/250 - that would by my estimate for Great Blue), then 1500 or 1600 is still not the "streak from hell" :). We can expect worse in the future! :D

Also, it is really just a rule of thumb - once I witnessed a street (six numbers) on roulette sleeping for more than 75 spins - while according to my "rule of thumb", the street "should" have appeared at least once after 60 spins (the odds for a street appearing are roughly 1/6).

Definitely back when i first started playing Microgaming. I went about eight deposits without a single feature on Great Griffin and god only knows how many spins (approx 2000) i wont touch that game now.

I'd have to say most recently it's been nauseating netent slots going 1000 spins before giving a feature and then paying something like $6 on a $1.20 bet

With my luck this week i'm heading to the pub, if i'm going to lose lose lose may as well do it on a real machine ;)

1000+ spins on BDBA and IR (once I triggered 4 times the Wild Desire bonus during a very long session and no free spins)

Went 600 spins or so on DoA: the bonus paid 5x stake (including the 4x for the triggering spin) and it's my only time ever that I got no wild during the whole bonus! Not even that useless one on the 5th reel on the 9th or 10th spin.

That was pretty funny.
