What are the prospects for Smart Live on CM

Just wondering what the latest is on the situation with Smart Live casino. I notice they are still in the Casino Warning section but in almost a year haven't tipped one way or the other into rogue or okay.

I have used them for years off and on (I've used pretty much all the live dealer casinos) and I would love to see them sort their situation out because I do think they offer something different. They have by far the best dealers (and English not latvian so you can build a rapport with them, eg Brad who has some great tales to tell) and while they insist on 14 number coverage as a maximum for playing through bonuses which is a bit stingy, at least they state a number unlike Gala and Boyle's who are managing to duck under the radar with an unstated table coverage for bonus play.

Don't get me wrong, I have had issues with them myself andthey need to sharpen up their CS for sure. But my feeling is that the more competition the better in the live dealer sector, especially for those of us who will no longer make a decent sized bet on a non-live dealer online table (and haven't done for years).

Maybe they can yet be saved. Is there a road back for them i wonder

Smart Live casino tried to stiff me three times in Live Dealer Blackjack (the old version which allowed unlimited players). I had a winning had of €100 which they never paid (they claimed system malfunction), followed by two cases where dealer misdealt a bust card (a card that makes the dealer go over 21) so that while it was dealt on the live footage, they didn't record it on the software causing the player's bet to lose. Since it happened two times in a short time period, I don't believe it was an accident. I wouldn't trust a casino that steals right in front of player's eyes.

Don't go there - ever!

I have been waiting for them to pay a 6k slot win for over a month, they just keep fobbing me off, I have never been treated like this by any casino

Dude! You've just filed a PAB against these guys! Have you not read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ as you were requested to do? You should pay particular attention to section 3.12, What are my responsibilities once the PAB is submitted?. You'll see there that posting about your PAB issue while that PAB issue is ongoing can and likely will kill your PAB.

Back to the question. I don't know. They haven't approached me. If they do, we'll see.

I happen to know that they have been making a number of changes at Smart Live to improve things. I too like what they have to offer, esp their Live Dealer, but I can't vouch for them yet as I'm still trying things out with them.

They will be releasing new Blackjack and Baccarat tables in the next few weeks and will also be adding Microgaming Live Casino (with Mobile) and Entwine & OneWorks Live Casino tables over the next few months.

i got some offers from them are they worthy of playing?

things improved or not any members playing there any more ?

I played here last week. I have never cashed out so no idea about if I get paid ok. I keep getting phone calls, and bonus offers but I only played the once since I read threads about them on here. so I would love to know as well if things have getting any better bryan.

Did the guy get paid his 6k win?

To me, a casino that calls you on the phone conveys a sense of desperation on their part. I won't give my money to any casino that uses the phone number that I gave them, in good faith, for marketing purposes and I tell that to everyone of them that call me.
