This Casino decided to steal my ~5k in winnings without giving me ANY explanation. I have played 100% by the rules and did not break any of them.
My emails are being ignored and any attempt of communication from my side failed.
All in all I discovered just another rogue (RTG) Casino here who obviously gives a sh*t about morals nor its reputation.

I am warning all players to NOT play at this joint...

STAY AWAY FROM VEGASFRONTIER.COM!

From what I know Vegas Frontier is owned by the same group as Vegas Magic, Slot Fever, Blast 21, Palace of Chance and there are a few others. I have never had any problems with any of their casinos including Vegas Frontier. You do not eloborate on your experience with them and just state that you were ripped off for $5000.00 You do not state whether it was from a bonus deposit, what bonus offer it was, what the WR were, and where the money went. Did you request a withdrawal and have it refused? if so what was the explanation? Did they remove the money from your account? How may times did you contact them and by what methods? How long have they supposedly "ripped off" this $5000.00 No explanation here, so before you go screaming to stay away from a casino that has been good so far, explain a little more in detail.

Agree! It is hard for anyone to take your side if you just come here screaming they stole your money, ask us not to play there, then bid us goodbye!

Try going to court, scream your neigbour stole your gold watch and then leave and see if you will win your case! Really, try it!

Okay okay, you guys are right... I am just sick of those joints and it really annoys me to explain the same crap over and over...

I deposted $200 for their 100% sign-up offer about a week ago and managed to win my amount playing Video Poker and Slots for the wagering requirements.
After cashing out I found my account to be locked and immediately contacted them via email a several times to see what is going on. They replied me once and called me a "fraudster" without giving any reason. My money of course was being voided. -After that they simply ignored me and all of my attempts of communication...

ROGUE!!!

ROGUE!!!

So anyone who takes their bonus and win is a fraudster! Nice going! File a complaint with the whatever organization that deals with RTG casinos' complaints.

I am shocked by their actions. This group that owns all these casinos have good customer service and they always pay. You said you emailed them but why not try their telephone support 1-888-262-5118 Keep us posted as to what happens, as I said I am quite surprised at this.

From their T&C:

Vegas Frontier will match your first deposit dollar-for-dollar up to $250. Play any games you wish to play, however, you must wager 12 times your deposit and bonus in Slots wagering before requesting a cash-out.

However, from your post:

I deposted $200 for their 100% sign-up offer about a week ago and managed to win my amount playing Video Poker and Slots for the wagering requirements.

Now I don't know if playing VP voided your winnings, but I agree that they owe you an explanation and reason at the very least for locking your account.

Did they refund your $200 deposit, btw?

Schankwart, please either fill out "Pitch a Bitch" and I'll contact the operators or use the link for Montana disputes. All you are doing here is blowing off steam which won't get you anywhere.

Can you elaborate on why you think they called you a fraudster? Feel free to post their email response here.

Well, I have had the same thing happening lately already with Destination Poker who also called me a fraudster without having any reason to do so.
Some bs RTG Casino seems to have put my name on a blcklist once and now the roguesters are jumping on this "excuse" whenever I win.

I am awfully sick and tired of having to deal with these issues over and over but unfortunately there are still too many black sheeps involved in RTG-based Casinos.

I talked to the Casino CSRs now a couple times but they "do not know" why my withdrawal has not been paid and tell me to contact the Casino host (who then never answers).

Ill keep you updated about this newly disgust.

Even if you are on some sort of RTG black list the time to ban you is when you register, not when you have accepted an offer, wagered and won.

We only have your side of the story here, but to me it certainly appears that Vegas Frontier owes you an explanation for their seemingly arbitrary actions. If one is not forthcoming (and covers fair and decent reasons) then I would say this is rogue-ish behaviour, and not a good start for a relatively new operation.

As Bryan said, persevere with casino management but get that Montana complaint in, because unfortunately Montana seem to be getting a reputation for pretty sluggish activity.

Ja Jetset, for now I will keep all my options open but am going to warn players about the actions (theft) of this Casino.

They clearly ignored my emails where I asked them to give me a valid explanation.
I have seen this behavior at a couple other RTG Casinos now and always had to involve mediators first in order to get paid.
I will give them the very last option to change their attitude now but if that doesnt help (as it will NOT pretty much for sure) I am going to escalate this to the next level again.

The blacklist crap is plain ridiculous as I have never played against any terms and always obeyed all rules.
I have already asked Montana to please try to contact the RTG Casinos and avoid this problem with me in the future but unfortunatly they never answered me on that and now I got the result again.

-I dont have much room to cry though as this is just what I get from playing at RTG.

Update: Still NO payment.

I today sent them an email, asking them once more to pay me.

This matter is bound to escalation soon!

You'll get paid - if nothing else, RTG will eventually lean on them and force them to cough up. Aside from casinos that failed, have there actually been any cases of legitimate RTG cashouts that have never been settled in the fullness of time? I doubt it.

So you'll get your money - it'll just be a long, sticky process, with RTG dragging themselves through the mud once again with bags of bad publicity.

Been there, done that.

Amercas Online still owes me $45 from 2 years ago and told me I wasn't getting it. Accused me of doing a chargeback, which I never did and proved this to them by showing them the bank statements.

They have to pay me for real (as I did not break any rule nor even tried to) but it is just a question of time.

I am patient... :)

...and unyielding!!

From reading your posts thus far it appears that you have now been trying to get your money for around two weeks without success, and the added frustration of having your emails ignored.

If the casino won't speak to you, you have no choice - you must lodge a complaint either with Montana or Bryan's pitch-a-bitch section here, Schankie.

It is a bit coincidental that you mention netclubcasino.com in this thread. They were bought out by the same group mentioned in this thread (Cyber Betting ltd. who own Blast 21) over a year ago. They also own VegasFrontier. They also promised to pay all outstanding payouts from the old netclubcasino.com so you should have received your $500 back and maybe you should contact them about it. Incidentally, they didn't have access to the original domain name (which now seems to be a Cirrus affiliate) so used www.net-club-casino.com but this redirects now to another casino of theirs called betnetclub- although it used to be an exact copy of the old netclubcasino.com.

Relating to Cyber Betting Ltd. but mainly off topic I was just reminded of something that happened about six months ago to do with the forum on my site. Someone from Random Logic Ltd. (the company which wrote the software for Casino On Net) had done a google search for ""Cyber Betting Ltd" and ended up looking at the google cached page of my forum about the group (it's no longer properly indexed by google as it's an old buried thread but it's here: Link Removed ( Old/Invalid) ).

Why would Random Logic (the IP info of the visitor was: Link Removed (Old/Invalid) ) want to search for "Cyber Betting Ltd."? That was their exact search term.

While doing a search for "Random Logic Ltd." just now I also found this article which is quite interesting about flaws in the software:

I think the article at the last link addresses a serious problem that has still not been dealt with by a lot of the casinos. Recently I was arguing with CS of one casino because I noticed that the registration process was not encrypted at all, that left all your person details, account password etc opened to eavesdropping on the internet. I chatted with them but they kept giving me some stupid, lame excuses.

update about my situation

Due to a longer trip overseas I unfortunately have not been able to follow up on this situation anymore for the last several weeks.

Since I am still unpaid and Vegas Frontier manages to simply ignore any communication, it looks as if I will have no choice now anymore but to involve a mediator into this.
Bryan, you may expect to get a p.a.b. from me soon.

Others, please be aware of what you most likely will get yourself into if you decide to play here.

Did you lodge a complaint at Montana, Schankie? If so, what does their dispute status facility have to say?
