Had a postal letter today from 'Cabaret Club' Casino saying I could have 100 free spins on Cashapillar if I made a deposit of at least £20. So... thinking that Cashapillar was a 100 line slot and a 100 free spins this was not a bad offer. I deposited £100.

Open up Cashapillar and says 'Congratulations you have 100 free spins'. Then in the VERY small print at '1 line':rolleyes:

100 free spins later I win a whopping £0.03 (and that was getting the bonus - which paid nothing !)

Well done Palace Group, you're promotional letters in future will go straight to the shredder!

That HAS to be the stingiest bonus of ALL TIME!

It's hard enough to hit anything decent on that slot when playing 100 lines, but just ONE...??

KK

Disgraceful.

A timely reminder of why I uninstalled them a while ago.

I have a policy of not accepting any kind of free spin deposit offer unless the lines/coins are stated in the email. IMO if they aren't, then they have something to hide because they're weak as p*ss, and I've got better things to do than chase up support to get the details.

Sorry Palace Group, but that is the most insulting 'bonus' I've ever heard of.

I am sorry, but that made me laugh..

100 line slot and you got 1 line. That is just..

You sir, just got f...d i the .....s

On a serious note, that is seriously a disgraceful promotion!

They usually give 5 lines, but guess times are tough for casinos!

What's really surprising is there have been threads like this before, and then they repeat the promotion just even worse. Just seems to be a clear lack of understanding from the person coming up with these promotions, they usually come as a two part deal where you get a 100% match on your first deposit then 100 free spins on your second deposit. Just makes no sense to offer a good promotion then have a followup that makes players get angry and it's obviously not because it's too expensive to offer a reasonable free spin deal on second deposit, it's just lack of understanding. Whoever came up with this promotion needs to be fired and should have been several years ago when they first started offering these.

If they really wanted to give free spins on Cashapillar they should have made it 10 or 20 free spins at all lines, or even 1 free spin/$ deposited or something, but since they seem to like the large number of spins they could have just used a 15-20 line slot instead and give 100 spins.

It's not that they are actually stingy with bonuses either, just the other day I had 35 free spins on Asian Beauty at one of their casinos for free, 243 ways, and every so often they will drop a few $ in one of my accounts even when I haven't deposited with them for a long time. But somehow every few months their marketing genius figures it's time to offer the 100 free spins again and they lose another bunch of players...

I agree one line is pretty sad, but come on, it's a little unrealistic to think you'd get 100 free spins at a dollar wager for 20 bucks
No doubt the winnings from the free-spins would be as Bonus Chips with a WR of x30 - so it wouldn't be a crazily generous offer.

I agree with zap987 - if they didn't want to give away £100 worth of spins, it should have been all lines but less spins - or on a slot with less lines to start with!

A couple years ago I got a call on my birthday from River Belle. They weren't calling because it was my birthday, it was for something unrelated. I mentioned that it was my birthday and the guy said, "oh in that case I'll put some free spins in your account." I was thinking "yeah big deal" but when I went into the casino, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they'd given me (can't remember which slot it was, but it was a 30 line one) 100 spins, ALL the lines, at 2 cents per line.

That's the only time I've ever gotten anywhere with any of those free spin things. Most of them are pretty insulting (make a $100 deposit and get 5 free spins) but 1 line on a 100 line slot is the worst I've seen. I think MM posted about an offer like that she got once too. It's like they're trying to trick you into making a deposit.

Yes Belle Rock are great like that. When they normally give me free spins they actually ask me... Last time they said did you want 50 spins on thunderstruck 2 all lines @ 1 credit or 25 spins at your normal betting credits ... It great when they really know how you play.

To the OP that is really bad mate .... Feel sorry for you.

That's more like it. The casinos should be customising the promotions if they want loyalty. Just dont want a slap in the face and seemingly have to beg for it.

More importantly it seems Belle Rock did the sensible thing and learned from player feedback. https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/gift-rap-100-free-spins.15533/ is 5 years old now :)

5 years later, Palace group repeat the mistake, and as expected, get their dose of "player feedback".

Palace Group seem to be in decline, and management need to wake up and deal with it before it becomes too late. Apart from crappy promos, they are under fire for doing nothing about the onslaught of spam for FAKE casinos like "SP Casino" and "Kings Palace" that lead players to a Palace Group casino, with some posters receiving dozens per DAY of such spammed offers.
