Between the two, which do you prefer? I like traditional poker but I think playing online is more exciting. I mean, you get to compete with different players from all over the world and you’ve got the chance to further improve your skills.

I also play online. But for me, it’s more on the comfort and convenience. By the way, which online casino do you play? I play at 12BET. Maybe we could set-up a friendly match there. :p see you around

I'll have to agree. Plus it's less time consuming and you have the comfort of playing in your own home. Plus with so many promotions going on, it's a better deal in the end. I like playing RakeFree so I tend to stick to those poker sites to practice on.

Hello,

That is a Good Question!!!

In simple Words i like Traditional poker....
According to me i think while playing online the player play alone..
While playing traditional a group of peoples where jokes enjoyment and beer etc...
so i like Traditional...

I am going to list some advantages of online vs off line poker which would differentiate with each other:

Online
Speed and Accessibility
Option of playing at multiple tables to see more action and increase your overall hourly win rate.

Offline
It is a Social Game.
Meeting your opponents face to face is significantly more enjoyable.
Your ability to read your opponents

This maybe off topic but went to casinomeier's poker site.and could not find any info

I just googled pokersites and noticed that there were a few poker sites in the USA and they all claim to be legal

The one I looked for eg was one called sportsbook.com and you can also bet games and horses

Is this for real and when did this become legal in USA?

I have been trying to play poker online and at the same time make some bets esp. football and basketball

I used to use BODOG when it was bodog but now find funding at withdrawal too complicated at bogada

Can you all give a recommendation where I ca play? It can also include casinos
Thanks

Too late. Another desiccated husk on the garbage heap out back of our virtual office. Like moths they come, so quick to yield their fleeting lives before the flame and in a moment gone. :Read:

Those who do play in large amounts may feel uncomfortable carrying wads of cash in front of other people after claiming their winnings at a land-based casino for fear of being robbed. They may worry about being stopped and questioned at the airport and treated as if they are drug-dealers or money-launderers for carrying their winnings with them. Online gambling thus offers anonymity and safety for players which land-based gambling does not.

I shure that it`s two different kinds of game. And every kind has attractive features.

i have never tried playing the traditional poker and learned poker online , i just think you can win bigger online .

I'm not a poker player myself but many of my friends play traditional and online poker. I have to say that you can sometimes win bigger in traditional and sometimes bigger in online. It depends on the kind of turnament you are engaged on and your skills. So I have to disagree with your statement that online you can win bigger ;)

Good luck at being profitable playing NL100+ on poker stars or fulltilt. The quality of players is just very hard to compete and it's getting worse every year. I have some profesionnal poker player friends and they are geniuses at what they do. I consider myself a good player. I played millions of hands online and I would not dare to play for a couple hundreds dollars against these guys.

I used to make a lot of money on cereus network ( ultimate bet and absolute poker ) before black friday. American fishes were good to me.

Sure you can luckbox a tourney or two. You can rape a cash game from time to time and think you're profitable. In the end, you will make costly mistake agaisnt much better players that will kill your win rate. Add to this the high rake... Wasteof time for 99% of players.
