So I hit the top payout on the Loaded slot at 7Sultans after signing up and got a £12k win! Great!? No! They are refusing to pay me on the most absurd reason I have ever heard. They have said I am linked to 40+ players and they won't pay until all these players send in their ID.

Linked how? I have no idea, maybe I played a popular game? But they are saying I know them. I can tell you for sure no one else in my house has used my PC.

I have told them these other players are nothing to do with me, and have explained that the only way I could chase up these people to send their ID would be if I knew them, and was guilty of what they were saying. If I don't know them, then I can't do anything about it, only send my ID.
So their logic is majorly flawed there, I can only do anything about it if I am guilty of the accusation, and nothing if I am innocent.

The other possibility is that they are saying all these other people are fake people. But why would I bother doing that, if I knew I couldn't be paid because I didn't have their ID?

I have asked them for the names/emails of these people so I can chase them up personally, but they won't tell me that either.. Again, more flawed logic. Why not give me this info if they are saying I know them?

Anyway, I was advised to complain at Gambling Grumbles, which I done here -

but got no luck.

I've been in touch with a lawyer in Malta to take these crooks to court, but I'm not 100% happy with him as he doesn't seem to fully understand how online casinos work.

I was told there's quite a few gamblers in this forum, so wondered if any of you guys had used anyone decent in Malta? I've tried every possible reasoning with the casino and now I have no choice but to take this to court, which is stupid, but the only option left.

Well 7Sultans have been around forever and are one of the most respected operators you will find.

In my experience, they would only do this kind of thing if they were VERY sure that fraud is involved.

My experience also tells me that you probably aren't telling us everything, but I'm happy to stand corrected.

In the meantime, while I go and get some fresh popcorn and a choc-top, go to the link below to submit a complaint:

https://www.casinomeister.com/player-arbitration-pab/

NOTE - The PAB process will involve the casino giving ALL the evidence they have to the complaints manager Max. Hence you should consider carefully before proceeding.

I think the advice to PAB is good advice.

Don't be deceitful, it won't serve you well.

7Sultans and Fortune Lounge is a pretty upstanding group.

IP addresses can be shared for several reasons, beyond coming from the same household. Fortune Lounge will cooperate with Maxd (the PAB manager) on this issue.

Don't post further, it can jeopardize your chance at a a fair hearing. I''m almost certain you will get a fair hearing here, and it is FREE. Donations to charity are always appreciated if you are successful however.

Quick question. Just how many people are in your house? Is it like a flatting situation or whatnot? How many people have used your broadband? Its not whether they use your computer, its whether accounts have been made all from the same ISP. Any chance that someone maybe hacking into your wireless and creating accounts? There is a golden rule that the majority of casinos have. One account per household. Perhaps that's the problem?

That doesn't sound altogether absurd. Certainly people do setup multiple accounts at online casinos.

You've just signed up at CM for the first time today. Your word is worth very little, certainly rather less than that of 7Sultans.

I have told them these other players are nothing to do with me, and have explained that the only way I could chase up these people to send their ID would be if I knew them, and was guilty of what they were saying. If I don't know them, then I can't do anything about it, only send my ID.

Mmm, I think the way this is supposed to go is that you submit a complaint to the LGA, 7Sultans sends Malta evidence of your multiple accounts, and then they say 'sorry, no pay'.

Actually this will happen whether the 7Sultans send real evidence or not, IMO, the LGA are useless. But you can try, and wait a year or so while they

So their logic is majorly flawed there, I can only do anything about it if I am guilty of the accusation, and nothing if I am innocent.

Well yes, certainly all these busted players have no reason to submit ID, if they (you!) are innocent they would quite rightly tell 7Sultans to piss off. And if they do submit ID, then that's suspicious because these are busted players. So a difficult situation for you, no doubt.

The other possibility is that they are saying all these other people are fake people. But why would I bother doing that, if I knew I couldn't be paid because I didn't have their ID?

Fake ID?

Yeah, good luck with that one.

I don't think that's really an option. I mean you can try it, sure, but it's not cost-effective.

A competent lawyer is going to run about €200/hour, they will want copies of all correspondence from 7Sultans, so it's going to cost €1,000 just to send them a threatening letter. To actually institute proceedings and go to court would I guess cost far more than your £12k win.

Just me and my girlfriend. She doesn't gamble. No one else would be able to log into my wireless, as it's password protected. But 42 people? It's stupid. Why would I sign up that many people to get their bonus? There's 100's of sites where I can get a bonus by myself.

Well they said they have emailed them asking for ID, and will pay me once they receive it. I could only recitify this problem if I did actually know them. And if they are fake people, why would I sign them up knowing I wouldn't get paid? See how majorly flawed this is?

Really? Not according to my research... Has anyone in the forum got experience of this?

Don't see much point in doing the PAB thing.. isn't it the same as Gambling Grumbles? 7Sultans are just going to say the same thing.

Also, is this group really reputable? Has anyone here been paid out on a big win like this before?

Don't see much point in doing the PAB thing..

...and there we have it folks.

Any innocent player who had been "ripped off" with no idea why would be trying every possible avenue to get their winnings.

I'm sure the OP also knows that gamgrumbles will not be provided with sensitive information by the casino to prove the fraud, as gamgrumbs refuses to consider anything in it's decision if it cannot be shared openly with everyone.

I challenge you turkishcem.......submit a PAB. After all, if you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to lose, because it is absolutely free!

I think the ONLY recourse you have is to do the PAB. Afterall from what you've posted, the casino is not going to give you that money just because you are posting on different forums.

If you are legit......then PAB, otherwise you are SOL.

yes i have been paid by one of their sister site a little over 12,000 they are a very good group and i miss playing there.

but if you don,t want to do a PAB then maybe you are hiding something? jmho.

maxd can get it all worked out for you this is the best site to have that done at.

its up to you if you have nothing to hide then you need to PAB and then say nothing more on here until its done if not then it kind of makes one belive that the casino is right. we have seen stranger things then that here.

I strongly urge to you PAB. Casinomeister and Fortune Lounge have a relationship that Gambling Grudges and Fortune Lounge do not. A failed PAB will not prohibit you from taking legal action if it doesn't go your way.

Please read all the rules before submitting a PAB.

Jesus, bit of an assumption. Ok challenge accepted. I know I haven't opened 42 other (well not one other) accounts, so I've got nothing to hide. Surely you can see how their requests don't make sense?

Ok, I didn't know this, I'll give it a try, thanks for your help

Nice screenshot, but if there is nothing to hide and you want CM's help, then do a PAB.

Stop posting and submit your complaint

Looking at your previous posting, you seem to be familiar with how postings work.
that alone sends up a red flag.

submit a PAB

I only came on here to ask about finding a lawyer in Malta as per my first post. Like I said, I assumed this PAB would be exactly the same as Gambling Grumbles, but if you guys think otherwise, then I will do it. Not hiding anything.

The Malta regulator has proved to be slow and generally useless from a player perspective, so that's probably a waste of time. However, another route where the mediator has solid comms with this operator is eCOGRA - you can submit a free complaint to the Fair Gaming Advocate at their .org website. But be warned - the operator will (like the PAB system here) furnish full details of their side of the story to the mediator - don't try to pull the wool over anyone's eyes.

Another channel that has been proving effective for players recently is the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, where I believe 7Sultans also has a licence.

I agree FL is a respected group but they did lock all of my accounts sometime in 2005 or 2006 ie Vegas Villa, 7 Sultans and some others. Well, they stated there was fraud involved and there were no balances in my accounts yet I had to clear my name. After investigation, they unlocked my accounts and also put in some freebies. I simply played them all back but this does show they do get it wrong sometimes. Unless, of course, one believes I am a fraudster.:D

They have revealed a fair bit to Gambling Grumbles, including the fact that two 7 Sultans accounts were opened on the OP's computer, which suggests his girlfriend DOES play if we are to accept that no-one other than the OP and his girlfriend can get on to his PC and internet connection. The web of linkages were revealed by the processor, and amounted to 42 connected players spread over a number of operators.

Some of these connections may be spurious, but the two accounts on the one PC at least is pretty solid. If not the OP's girlfriend, it is someone else who has access to the house, and is able to use the PC.

The situation is somewhat "catch 22", since the ONLY way they are going to get all 42 players to cooperate is if the OP DOES know them all, and they are acting as a "syndicate". Merely complying with this requirement is going to be pretty good evidence that the OP is guilty, yet failure to comply in full would strongly suggest that the OP is innocent of most charges.

I also note that the OP was spinning at £87.50, this is an impressive bet for a newbie with one shot at the SUB, but a pretty good tactic for someone with 42 shots at it. There are certainly strong grounds for suspicion, even if not actual proof.

The PAB, KGC, and eCogra are better avenues than Gambling Grumbles, and for such a large sum, I can't understant the "can't be arsed" attitude when it comes to pursuing ALL options. They are all based on filling in a form and waiting, and all FAR easier (and cheaper) than finding a lawyer in Malta and taking them to court. I don't know about Malta, but in the UK the loser can end up paying the legal costs of the winner as well as his own.

I strongly suspect the OP is bluffing in the hope of twisting FL's arm to make them pay up, rather than have this go through further arbitration.

Cases where players are innocent tend to involve fewer links than 42, and are often down to members of a household not checking with each other before opening accounts, or naive players allowing friends to use their PC to play.

It is this part that sealed it for me.

No way this guy is just some run of the mill newb just trying out a new casino. No way.

Thats not the top payout on loaded
That's was my first thought when I read the opening post; The top pay is 5 Wilds (x7000) - the 5 ladies with a wild "only" pays x2400.
Still a VERY nice win though - which is why I thanked his screenshot.

Surely the top win would be x5 wilds inside the x4 free spins???

Oh yes - of course!
But when people talk about the "Top Pay Combination" they normally mean during normal spins... at least, I do!
