Rushmore - withdrawal delay

Rushmore is really draggggging its feet when it comes to my withdraw submitted on the 6th of Nov, they stated they need my bank information (which they have on file) from my last deposit. So of course I resent it. On the 11th on Nov I received email stating everything has been approved, excepted, and processed, should be in my account 6*10 bus days. On the 23rd I received email to advise me that they require a SWIFT code due to changing processors. So of course I called my bank does not have a Swift code so they requested that I get hold of family member with a bank that does have one. I did have to provide them with all of my daughters banking info (which needless to say she is not happy about) I was told it would prob take about another week but they will try to push through. Try to do follow up on Friday. Which I did and chat says did u get email on 23rd they need your swift code.. omg REALLY

well still waiting its been about a month now was hoping to have deposited in account last week or start of this week. REALLY could use my withdraw trying to be patient as possible. I was told i was on VIP list and they would be processed first, no email yet no money yet. Spoke with them on Monday and they stated processor does have it and it should be in this week. I really hope so waiting and waiting and waiting. I also do did contact my bank they said no swift code was needed in US banks convert all monies from whatever to US dollars. But I did however give them my daughters bank account information for her bank has SWIFT code (rushmore told me)
I will keep everyone posted hope they can pull through this i do enjoy that site

Swift code only needed for international wires so appears they have once again changed to a processor that is going to send international and not domestic wire transfers. All u.s. banks have swift codes but many credit union banks do not.

the information about rushmore wire transfer problems is documented quite well in another thread. suggest you read that thread.

Also, suggest you contact Rushmore during the cashiers normal operating times via phone.

I am thinking that eventhough your bank may not require a swift code that their bank might require one. I haven't heard of a any major us bank not having a Swift Code. My bank:

Call your banks customer service and ask for the swift code, they should have one. U.S. Banks just don't participate in IBAN system unless they have international banks:

The International Bank Account Number (IBAN) is the international standard for identifying international bank accounts across national borders.

The IBAN is comprised of a maximum of 27 alphanumeric characters within Europe and a maximum of 34 outside of Europe (German IBAN: 22 characters). At present, the United States does not participate in IBAN. Therefore, Bank of America does not have an IBAN number.

When sending wire transfers to countries that have IBAN numbers, we recommend including those numbers in your wire transfer documentation. According to the European Directive, only the account-keeping bank may calculate the IBAN / check digits. When I spoke with the VIP rep on exact same issue I was told money was being paid in euros and that was why SWIFT code was needed. It was an international transfer in a different currency.

They don't owe me any money. But I was trying to assess current situation before I resumed play there.

Hadn't played there in months due to difficulties heard about through the CM members. But now they are dangling the Presidential Level status to lure me back. Played a couple of $50 deposits this past week, but no wins.

Was a big player there in past with good results, especially on RJ's and would like to return, but they have to clean up these processing issues before I am willing to consider any significant play.

Please keep us posted on your withdrawal issues and here's hoping for the money to arrive SOON.

It been over a month now, Its been 8 more business days since I have giving them the *SWIFT CODE* I called yesterday they said still no more information it is in the processor's hands and until they here something from processor they dont have any more information. I guess my so called rush for a VIP player is NOT so much a rush.. Still hoping and waiting. They did however put a play bonus in my account for any inconvenience.
Hurry Up Rushmore patients are getting the better part of ME.

I have finally received the total amount of both of my withdrawals from Rushmore. The last one took two months.

But now when I thought I would retry them, I found that they want the Visa cards "E-verified by Visa" .

And--guess what? My Visa Card does not participate in the E-Verified by Visa program!

HO-HUM--and I did so want to SPEND some money!:what:

If your card is not part of it, you should not get the screen asking for it, as this comes from the card issuer's server, not the merchant's.

It's a bit rich, considering how the processing works, and what it's for;)

There doesn't seem to be any choice. I did a little experimenting, but all I get is the error copied above.

I notified Jessica Rose, but haven't had time to hear back. We shall see---

Rushmore delays

Has everyone complaining about Rushmore delays been paid? It's such a great place to play i would hope they honor their players by paying them since we are the reason they are in business in the first place. I also am waiting but i'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt for a bit longer.....

Hi,

I have received ALL of my withdrawals now. And I agree they are a good place to play, but now they have thrown up another road block.

They are now requiring Visa cards to be a part of E-verified by Visa in order to deposit. My Visa Cards are not members of that program. So I can no longer deposit there.

Hoping they will get another option for Visa cards in the future.

I realise the restricted choice that US players have, but why do members continue to play here when there has been payout issues for well over a year?

IMO members who continue to play here have no right to complain about payment delays. It's like telling someone that if they walk down a particular road they will definitely get covered in mud, and then they complain when they walk down the road and get covered in mud.

I do sympathize, but members have been warned many times over and everyone knows the lay of the land.

I won about $2k from Cherry Red in late September. When I put in my withdrawal request I got an email from them saying that they needed a SWIFT code, and that I would get paid as soon as I got them new wire instructions with a SWIFT code.

Unfortunately, I used a credit union that did not have a SWIFT code. So I opened up an account at a bank that did and gave this new information to them towards the end of October. I still have not gotten paid. Every time I inquire about it, they tell me I'll be processed in the next batch.

It has now been 6 weeks since I got them my SWIFT info, no wire, and it is very frustrating!!! If they had just told me in October that it would take 8 weeks it wouldn't bother me so much. What is annoying (and unacceptable) is constantly being lied to and told that I will get paid "very soon" and then it never happens!
 
It is really sad about Rushmore. I played them all the time and enjoyed their games and the payouts were like clock work. Then they got me with delays earlier this year and I went bat crap. I finally got the dough and stayed away for a few months. Went back and dog gone it, they did it again.

Can't stand the grief so play Silver Oak. Yes I know they have a less than stellar reputation and the payouts are slow, but they arrive on the date they give me. No reason for them being so slow (a week or more for approvals?), but the money does show up. Play Club World also, but can't seem to beat them.

Again, too bad about Rushmore....

I agree 200% with Nifty...deposit at your own risk. If you want your RTG fix there play the tourney every weekend. The last time I had a cash out from a tourney win it took 7 weeks...but hey...it was free and did I pester them...yes I did and it finally got to my bank in August. I won a little two weeks ago and ran it up to a substantial amount (blew off the rest), requested a withdrawal that was "sent" the 1st of December (please allow 10-14 business days) and am now thinking of starting a poll to see how long it will take. 1 month, 2 months, etc. I'm not holding my breath and if it does appear someday...hey great! But, it is FREE money...it's a no lose situation:D

Then they got a new processor so I was finally paid, not sure why you weren't paid by the new processor. So I suggest calling during Cashiers operating hours(think it is about 9:00amCST until about 2:00pmCST and pin them down on why you werent paid by the new processor in early october as most of us were. For the benefit of the forum can you ask if they are once again having processor problems as they were at the end of September? Thanks

The thing is they are ALWAYS having processor problems.

It almost kind of makes me suspicious about whether its a cover for stalling tactics, but its impossible to say.

If you play there it IS going to take ages to be paid so its a case of cop it sweet or play elsewhere. I don't understand why US players don't stick to places that pay fast like inetbet and club world etc. It's the same software and most likely the same RTP. The bonuses are bigger at rushmore, but that just means you're far more likely to lose.

This is clearly NOT "a US issue". You are in Portugal, yet they STILL can't pay you any faster than a US player. They would NOT be having "processor problems" like this outside the US, so it really does look like it is a case of "money problems", not "processor problems". No processor is going to pay out, US or not, until the casino has sent the money.

It looks like much of the problems are not down to processors, but an inability to cope financially for some while AFTER an individual processor has let them down. They also seem to keep choosing the worst processors of all US facing casinos.

Eventually, ALL US facing casinos will have insurmountable problems, not just Rushmore. As demonstrated with Full Tilt and Absolute Poker, a big US "hit" on their finances CAN prevent them from paying ANY players, not just US ones. I expect it is a steady stream of smaller hits that is creating these issues, with some casinos more able to withstand them than others. A BIG hit would be different, and given the struggle Rushmore is having with the smaller hits, a big one could finish them off altogether. Others would buckle, but one hopes they would be able to make an orderly exit and pay players what is owed before leaving.
