Hello,

i play a long Time in this Casinos : Jackpot Capital Casino , Grande Vegas Casino and Slotastic all RTG and the Casino Manager for this 3 Casinos is Oliver Smith.

I play all Times with a deposit Bonus.

Now i becom a e-Mail for a 100% Bonus, this Bonus is not going.

I send a e-mail : Why is not going? The answere from the Casino is: Dear Peter,

Thank you for your email!

We checked your 3 accounts and they are all in good standing. But, as already mentioned in the chat, your bonus ratio is too high!

You were granted No Deposit bonuses, in addition to bonuses on top of your deposits AND payouts.

As stated in our terms & conditions:

15. Bonuses are made available on a regular basis at Jackpot Capital, Slotastic and Lucky Club. These are offered as a reward to all our regular and loyal/VIP players.
However, any player found to be availing of these promotions, not in the spirit in which they are given, may be subject to exclusion.

In order to once again qualify for bonus coupon redemption in the future, you will need to make a few deposits (deposit amounts which you made to your account in the past) without bonuses before qualifying for bonus redemption once again.
Please note that accounts are reviewed periodically after which your account may qualify once more for bonus coupon redemption.

Should you require any further information or assistance, please feel free to contact us at the below-mentioned telephone numbers and/or e-mail address.

Enjoy playing at Jackpot Capital!

Yours Sincerely,

Oliver Smith
Casino Manager

The result is now, I gets no more offers of these 3 casino, I can not a free bonus more redeem and my VIP status is set to 0.

I find it very dubious, to break off any contact to players.

Thanks Peter

You have been 'bonus banned'(well in the short term as it states)!

have you had a cashout from using a bonus, Are you ahead on a deposit/withdrawal basis?
All these things will get you bonus banned.
Using a lot of free chips will have the same result.

I guess you have two options.....
1) Find somewhere else to play where you are eligible for bonuses
2) Deposit a few deposits without using a bonus.

Me personally I never use bonuses as I don't think they are worth the hassle and I hate being tied down to wagering when I want to withdraw(You may hit a big win which is your only real luck in that gaming session and then the rest of the time playing you will be on a losing streak which would eat away at any winnings).
I will use a bonus at Mg as they have clearplay.

Cheers
Gremmy

All they are saying to you is that you need to make a few deposits without using a bonus before you will be eligible to receive any type of bonus again. It's good you have won, congratulations! Maybe you should contact the casino rep and see what a solution would be.

So...this is about you not getting a bonus with every deposit

Sharpen up mister.

This kind of "protest" often results in a reinstatement of bonuses after a few months, often starting with a "come back to us" offer. Unless this is a clear case of "bonus abuse", this is nothing more than bluff and double bluff, because management want to give themselves better odds for a while in the hope that the player will pursue the "carrot" of reinstatement of bonuses through making further deposits. This strategy only works when there is little or no competition. The double bluff is to move to a different casino that has yet to "bonus ban" you.

In the end, enough casinos may decide to "bonus ban" a player so that a return to a casino that has offered the best levels of service, even whilst still bonus banned, becomes the only viable option if the player still wants to play.

Many casinos bonus ban players simply because they have had a run of luck, and these are the types of bonus bans that are usually rescinded by this strategy of uninstalling and playing elsewhere.

You can't keep getting something for nothing.

I receive loads of bonuses at casinos (and turn down loads as well), because I am a regular depositor. The casinos like people who are willing to spend/risk their own money.

never had a problem with this group= regularly get freebies and % offers- I dont take them all (at 30 times playthrought bonus needs to be 100% before I take up). i do also play without bonuses. You need to mix bonus and no bonuses a bit- particularly if you are taking up no deposits.

Seems a strange rule if % bonus as the high playthrough gves the casino the advantage but they are well within their rights and one of the better RTGs

Thread title changed. AFAICT the only reason for including the casino manager's name in the title is to "name and shame" but given the circumstances that seems inappropriate. Consequently I've removed the name from the thread title. I trust this will inconvenience no one.

While bonus banning makes some of us mad at times, in actuality you are better off. I've played Slotastic a number of times, infact, I recently made playthough on a 100% match and cashed out 8 x my deposit for $800. They paid me in about 18 hours. I've made a small deposit since then, taking no bonus. This is a pretty good casino, as far as RTG's go. I'm making a mental note to make my next deposits with no bonus. This I don't mind since I know if I win a small amount I can get paid pretty fast. Per the T&Cs, I don't think there is much of a gripe in order here.
