Just visited this site out of curiosity and experienced several bugs and crashes, not least not being able to access my account.

What really caught my attention though was their bonus T&C's

Your bonus is forfeited should you withdraw your winnings without having met the following conditions: 1. You must have played at least as many games as Euros you received as a bonus.2. You must have used your total bonus in stakes.

For example: With a bonus of EUR 25, you must have played at least 25 games and have played for stakes totalling at least EUR 25 in these games before you withdraw your winnings.

What is that all about?
Sounds like you need a minimum of 1xplaythrough on 25 different games and since they only have a handful of slots it is hardly enticing.

They also charge a minimum of 1 euro on every withdrawal.

Other than that they use a software I haven't played before so I would be willing to give them a try, not as things stand though.

EDIT

Hang on, they are already accredited but they are listed as supplying skill games rather than a Casino.
Bryan may want to have the Casino operation separated from the skill games unless he was aware of the Casino when they were accredited.

:what:

So if I deposit €100.- with a €100.- bonus I have to play 100 different games??
But..they dont HAVE 100 different games!

Seems like they dont want you to deposit more than €25.- :D

I had a long Skype conversation with one of their senior people yesterday - asking me to promote them, obviously.

The first thing I noticed was their unusual bonus terms, so we discussed this at some length.
You don't have to play 25 different games, just place 25+ bets and wager 25+ in total (for a 25 credit bonus).
Their welcome bonus is actually +EV for the "bonus whores", but he didn't seem bothered when I pointed that out...

I was also very unhappy that the bonus T&Cs are "hidden" in the "Help" pages - but he did say that they would be re-laying out the website pretty soon and making them more accessible.

Their slot games wont appeal to the masses here - they are basically UK arcade style slots = nothing like the online slots most of us play & love. And they don't have very many either - only about 10 I think.

Speak for yourself:p

Just because YOU came to grief with the Pirate, doesn't mean I didn't make a tidy profit on the high seas before the ship was sunk by the MGS navy patrol:D

The terms are a little confusing though, I think I know what they MEAN, and it's similar in principle to the "max allowable bet clause" now used to prevent players placing a single big bet followed by "grinding".

As you have spotted, their version of the term offers NO such protection from the "whores", in fact it allows pretty much EVERY advantage play tactic known. There is NO effective max bet, only a minimum number of TOTAL bets. The second part is obeyed in full as soon as the advantage player bets the lot on black, and the first part is met as soon as a relatively small number of bets is placed on the "grind" stage.

For the rest, it's a bonus with a 1x WR. Even if non cashable, it's a good deal better than the non cashable RTG and Rival bonuses that ALSO come with very high WR.

I hope for their sake that they have been VERY thorough in testing their "UK style arcade slots" before release;)

When you take one spin on a slot, that is classed as one game, play ten spins you have played ten games. My understanding of it anyway :)

:what:I deposited €20 anyway. But all the games give me a 500 - Internal server error. Whats up with that?

Don`t want to spook you here, but, and I quote.....

`Note: If the 500 Internal Server Error message appears during the checkout process at an online merchant, be aware that duplicate attempts to checkout may end up creating multiple orders - and multiple charges! Most merchants have automatic protections from these kinds of actions but it's still something to keep in mind`.

No matter what, it is a problem their end with the server!!!.

thanks for your answer. The deposit went oke, a few minutes later I could play....I did send the support two emails about 24 hours ago still no reply. Too slow I think

Interesting. Anyone seen that software anywhere else? Know who makes it or is it an in-house thing?
I believe most (if not all) their games are by Novamatic, who have been making "fruit machines" as seen in every amusement arcade in the UK for many years.

Sky Vegas (owned by the UK satellite broadcasting company Sky) also have a big selection of Novamatic games, along with many others by the arcade suppliers, such as Barcrest, Astra, Bellfruit, etc.
There's a list of many of these on this page:

Golden game eh. Which version?

The one that pays £2 at a time, or the one that pays £3 a time, when you press collect;)

hi not sure on wether they pay i would of thought so , but going by there e mails well thats a different kettle of fish , tbh there just very very lazy when it comes to e mails i think i waited 10 days to get a reply . not to worry though i havnt played there since)

Well if they want to get accredited they'd better address this issue - and fast.

If you (or anyone) wants something looked at urgently, just ask me and I will give my contact a poke (on Skype that is - no physical contact!) and ask him to respond pronto...

I'm happy to wait a bit longer for payment (only been since Saturday) but I would normally hope for an email response to a query within a day or two. It would be nice to have some confirmation that they have at least looked at the ID I sent...

What does +EV mean?

Have seen it written alot but have no idea what it means?

Is there somewhere on Casinomeister where there is a list of all the acronyms used here?

I know the basics but am lost alot of the time with the abbreviations/acronyms!:what:

Cheers
Gremmy

Quite like these Novamatic games, these arn't like the UK pub slots though, the Sky Vegas ones are all random, and would assume these are too.
Has anyone seen anywhere to play these apart from Stargames?

I think there's several threads about acronyms scattered around the forum - it would be a useful addition though, if CM would list them all somewhere easy to find!
With the latest forum upgrade I notice some abbreviations have "hover over" definitions: e.g. CM, WR, etc.. He just needs to add some more!

+EV means Positive Expected Value;
Which in turn means that playing a bonus on the lowest edge games which are allowed (or by use of certain strategies) a player will make a profit if he achieves (or betters) the RTP of the game.

e.g.
If you took a 100% cashable bonus on $100 with a WR of Bx10 & Blackjack with a 99% RTP allowed at 100% (I wish!)...
Your wagering = $1,000
Your loss if you achieved exactly 99% RTP = $10
Therefore this bonus would be +EV to the value of $90
i.e. You are expected to make $90 profit.

Still no payment, or any response (other than robot-generated) to my emails...

Yeah they are slow. I had to wait 2 weeks for one withdrawal. They often don't respond to emails for days and they took an age to ID me.

They *do* pay but I think their CSR methods need improving - or more staff. It's also a very popular destination judging from the number of players playing at any one time in their slots room (20k + every time I look) because they have unique games.

The good news is that although they are slow to pay, there is no reverse time plus they have strict responsible gambling procedures as I found out.

It's good that they *do* pay but I don't see how a casino serious about keeping custom can pursue a policy of 10-day cashouts (as their site says, because I've just checked) and ignoring emails.

I completely agree.

It's just not good enough to say "Yeah CS is virtually non-existent and they take weeks to process cashouts...but they DO PAY". Well they damn well SHOULD pay.....it isn't an extra bonus it is a BASIC requirement.

One of the expectations of an Accredited Casino is that they pay in a 'timely manner', and although this has never been clearly defined, there is NO way that 10 DAYS is anything approaching 'timely'.

I would be disappointed if a casino attained accreditation with such poor CS and slow payouts.
