Marty,

Welcome to the forum. You will have a very hard task ahead of you. Hopefully you can and will go the distance unlike many others before you, that have made promises and failed to follow through on them and put another nail in the coffin for your brand of casinos.

Here is hoping you can make a DIFFERENCE!

Hi Marty and welcome to the forum.

I certainly hope that players issues will be resolved not only with rogued RTG casinos, but with all of them. There are many ongoing concerns about lack of playtime, poor return after many sessions, dissapointing freespin/bonus rounds that are on the average, giving back less than a players wager or 10x players wager. There are also concerns regarding discrepencies in playthrough meters not functioning properly, RJ displaying different amounts going up and down without having been won, or only rising for instance $12 in a week.

It's bad enough that we are affraid to risk our money at a casino/casinos that are rogued, now many of us are becoming just as wary of risking our money with casinos that are reputable.

If there is the slightest possibility for you to address these concerns by consulting with the software provider themselves and finding resolution that will satisfiy not only the casinos, but the players as well, it would be greatly appreciated.

There are to many casinos and reps that are getting black eyes over issues that they may not even be responsible for and I for one would like someone like yourself that can go to the top to find these answers/solutions to this ever growing negative attitude that is and has been festering for a long while now between the players and the casinos.

I ask this because I believe that if these problems are showing up on reputable casinos, they are across the board on all of them.
Is this a possibility?

Hi All,

Just in case any members here are tempted - I just want to nip this in the bud before it happens: No flaming please. Let's keep this thread on the level, thanks!

Welcome to the forum Marty.

@Pina:

Thanks for the reminder about that thread, I have read it a couple of times before.:)

@ MartyDavis:

Welcome to the forum..maybe. I don´t know yet, but I hope so. I don´t want to be rude but I have read too much bad things about some casinos.
I have some questions for you.

*Exactly which casinos/bingosites are you promoting?

*Do you know Christopher DiAngelo? He seems to send emails from a lot of casinos. Which casino does he work for?

*Have you in person checked previous player issues where players had been fooled? If so, are they paid now?

*How long time do you think is acceptabe between a players withdrawal request until he gets paid to NETeller?
I chose NETeller as an example because it´s not depending on anthing else than the casino.
I of course mean when all docs already are approved by the casino.

If you answer these questions I will probably have some more for you. Maybe a few suggestions and stories as well.

I agree!!!! I would also like to add that when I did first start playing RTG many years ago, it was with Virtual and when I won I did get paid.

The error I made one time was not reading the bonus rules and thus losing a small jackpot to the wagering requirements and max cashout rule. This was my own fault for not paying attention and it has happened plenty with any and all casinos.

Would you still play there now? If you won an R/J by chance, how long do you think it would take them to pay you out?

Would you advise new online players to deposit there?

As a former player and one who has been fooled by this group in the past, i find it hard that any member here would give them a thumbs-up imho.

Im not knocking you at all as its your business where you like to play but newbies should be aware of this group and their reputation and if they are tempted by the outlandish bonuses and want to proceed playing there, then they have no one to blame but themselves, they will be back here bitching, i promise you that fact.

I know alot of good people who have worked for them in the past and are now at better casinos, i just find it odd that someone really wants or thinks they can change this group for the better.

It seems that Marty wants to help but so did Robert at the time, i wish him all the best but i have no kind words for this casino group.....sorry:(

The thumbs up was for my past experience with this group, which was years before coming to a forum, I honestly never had any problems getting paid by them.

Would I play there again, well that would be my choice as I am pretty much not seeing any difference in Virtual RTG compared with any other RTG these days.

What I do see, is don't pick on the casino rep there because they haven't been proven guilty but pick on the casino rep here because they have.
Seriously, do we want a rep that will handle things or not, or just the ones that today you like, but tomorrow you may not.

Honestly, I really don't even care anymore, what anyone thinks of my opinion.
Why don't you just request Bryan give you a ban button, so all few of you who really get ticked at us with different opinions, can just ban us and be done with it.

Mavin, your being over dramatic, i happen to like your posts and also you for that matter, im just trying to get a better understanding here about why this casino group is getting the time of day from some members.

If this dude can help get past players paid, im all for it, i just wont be having anything nice to say about them but i wont flame them, just speaking the truth is enough.

Virtual is not even in the same league nor class as Inetbet, Club World, Jackpot Capital, or Titan and others for that matter when it comes to taking care of players and paying them.

Whens the last time you saw a Virtual Rep post on this forum ?

A blast from the past, oh how things have changed, this is good reading right here:

Can we all agree to give the guy a break for a little while since he was at least brave enough to register and make a post? My husband and I have a history with these casinos from a few years back...did we get paid? Yes...and I am not defending them...do we play there anymore..no...that is another story.

No one has to jump up and down and say they are the best and the brightest (we all have seen what happens when someone does and then wait a few months or weeks and the tide turns). We just need to see what he has to say and then what "actions" are taken to rectify the problems.

My 2 cents..my opinion only...just wait a while to tar and feather me:D

Well maybe im just wrong about this poor misunderstood group, i'll just mosey on over to POC and see if i still get that 500.00 free chip per month for life and maybe they will do one of those nice 300% bonuses for me as well or better yet, take a gander at some of those nice affiliates that promote them, i know there has got to be a gazillion of them as they sure are all over the internet.

Do ya think they might let me promote them:D, dang i could give away all kinds of ND bonuses and to think of all the money we could make off the newbie online players, shit we could make a killing(cha-ching)$$$$.

OH Crap, just thought about the spoil sports who would dare come between me and my hard earned money as it dang sure aint those clueless players, no one cares about them anyways, hell they are gonna spend it some where anyways.

What A Nightmare I was Having!!!!!!!!

I was stuck in Virtual hell having the most horrid nightmare, i was turning into a virtual groupie:eek::eek::eek:

Some one slap the shit out of me fast, i want to get back to Casinomeister land, where all is sane and good from rogues:D

Admin Warning: thread derailment

Please do no derail the thread. Off-topic comments can be addressed elsewhere but not here.

The "hormone" discussion has been moved to here:
https://www.casinomeister.com/forum...affects-our-ability-to-think-correctly.37553/

If I remember correctly, you and Max have been a bit over the edge yourself this past year or so. Maybe it is sunspots? Or climate change? :D

What is the correct way to let a mod know they are being, oh you know, snarky and short tempered? ;)

We get snarky when members have to be reminded to respect the ongoing conversations or to respect one another. This thread is a prime example.

If you feel the moderators are being short-tempered, you can always "report a post" and we'll review your comments :D

As for this thread, further derailment will be met with bad-ass snarkyness.

Okay, you've got our attention. You say you've been invited to join here by members of the GPWA - are they members here as well, or are they watching this thread to ascertain whether or not there are outstanding player issues?

It would be nice to see player issues resolved here. But you have taken on a casino group with a monster of a history. Players don't forget - neither do most webmasters. Good luck.

While Marty might be able to resolve issues for players I hope this wont be the start of a bigger problem where newbies believe that the casinos have turned over a new leaf. They have been given far too many chances and I doubt they will ever come good.

Well, Marty, I would like to ask you two questions.
1.- Why all the payouts has a two months delay? It is unacceptable.
2.- Could you post all the structure of the business? I ask for the brands which belongs to the same owner, like virtual casino group, and the relationship with another casinos like AceRevenueGroup. I think a company (specially one casino with rogue issues in the past) must be clear with its assets, its brands, and i suggest an audit for a third gruop like PwC, KPMG...

To anyone that knows the answer....

Why would a casino not want to try and be the best they can be?

I'm confused on this, and for the life of me I cannot understand.

Do you make more money ripping off players who will never return after being ripped off, or keeping players happy or even semi-happy that will stay playing? Personally I think it would be the latter.

This is a serious question because I really don't understand. I hope someone can show me the light.

Not to derail the thread of "hello" but this question kind of goes with why many people post the way they post about certain casinos.

My one simple question is how do the casinos that you represent can offer bonus coupons of 250% or more with no max cashout and no playthrough requirements. If this was legit, you be out of business in a second.

Along those lines, I just got a 630% offer from Cool Cat in my email. Granted, this is for VIPs, which I'm not, but does anyone have any idea how hard it is to make rollover on 630%? The odds are almost 100% in the Casino's favor, and then you IF you make it you can only cash out 10x deposit, I believe.

Another thing I noticed recently is that these places, almost invariably do not have network jackpots machines like Jackpot Cleopatra's Gold, Aztec's Millions and the like. I would think that a casino must be part of a trusted group to be subscribed to that network. WR calculation in the cashier is non existant. You have to check with live support to find out if you have made it. That's another feature rogues have in common. I have no experience with CC casino but I remember when I was playing at Real Vegas, I could never ever get ahead of deposit and It occurred to me that maybe they were working out of a gaffed can. (extra value server array, if you know what I mean) These are arrays of servers which have been reprogrammed to ensure they never hit any big pays, in other words, gaffed. Good luck auditing one of them, but they have settings that even RTG doesn't know about.

BTW, welcome Marty. Your post brings hope, although it might be too late for this brand.

Marty.....I have a question for you. Why is it that your group of casino's do not have the network jackpots?

Anything is possible.
Reading the history of Sears & Roebuck Co., in the early days they ripped people off. They would take money by mail order and not deliver the goods. Eventually they became a reputable company. ;)

Well, many members here know others who have had problems because they FOOLISHLY played at these brands before they knew about their long standing reputation of being rogue.

We could use this as an opportunity to prove that they are STILL ROGUE, whilst at the same time offering them the chance to show that there really HAS been a miracle.

Others should be encouraged to sign up here, and see what Martyn can do for them. We will also expect that Martyn will co-operate with the formal PAB process for the brands he represents.

How far back can he go in addressing problems though, is this REALLY an attempt to set the record straight, or is there such a narrow remit that only NEW problems will be addressed.

The previous attempt by Gambling Wages was a whitewash. Although some 10K was reportedly paid out in settlements, one issue discussed at length here was the notorious confiscation of a 6K RJ from a member, even though the deposit she made when she won it HAD NO BONUS ATTACHED AT ALL!!!!!!!

They used the "F U clause" argument, and later she found that all her history HAD BEEN DELETED from the cashier to prevent evidence from being extracted that she HAD indeed met all the rules, EVEN THE F U CLAUSE ONE.

Marty, if you REALLY want to show that the brands have turned over a new leaf, offer to reopen this case (assuming the member still feels this is an issue), and tell her/us WTF happened.

EDITED - removed member's name, we all remember the issue anyway, but a later thread was closed at the request of said member, who didn't think she would ever make further progress with this casino group.

It DOES show though, that they do what they like, NOT what is correct. They are answerable to no-one, being based in Costa Rica, and operating on a COMPANY license, NOT a gaming license.

This is NOT the first time we have had the "turned over a new leaf" BS from them, nor is it the second, nor the third....... There is nothing to convince us that THIS "new leaf" is in any way different from those others, it is STILL the SAME character that OWNS these casinos, and it would take HIM to turn over a new leaf for any real progress to be made.
