Hi rico121,

Don't touch totalesoft with a forty foot barge pole.

Especially stay well clear of Francisco who is (as far as I'm aware) the owner of this outfit. They sells white label casinos. Not only are they rip offs but make outlandish claims to clients making promises of inflated returns and such.

They've been around for years.

Do a quick reverse whois.

The so called client John who is supposed to have purchased a casino (casinomillionaire.com) from totalesoft is a sham. The casino is owned by totalesoft (although the whois is suppressed) take my word for it, totalesoft own the casino.

All domains currently sharing the same server with casinomillionaire.com

vivalasvegascasino.com
casinomillionaire.com
the-online-casinos.com
ownacasino.co.uk
wintermarketing.com
casinoco.com
vivalasvegascasino.com
grandnationalcasino.com

Totalesoft is hosted on a shared account @ fasthosts.co.uk

Now ask yourself, if totalesoft are so successful why do they not have their own server...

Reiterating this outfit is a sham. Stay away from this clip joint & also ownacasino.co.uk

This thread should provide more info.

Hello,

We are well aware of Total E Soft for years and almost worked with them and Jonathan except we just kept getting red flags everywhere and almost impossible to speak to anyone. I know 2 parties chasing their money that was sent to them.

Depending on what you are looking for, we should be able to help you find a white label solution. See some options from GambleGaming.com.

Let me know if I can help.

AussieDave was 100% right on on his post. Our company operates ownAcasino.com and we used to always being confused with co.uk. People were constantly emailing us asking where their website was since they had sent in the money and did not get their product.

It was not very flattering being confused with or to have anyone thinking that we were one in the same company. We were and are not.

Hi rico212

Back in the old days (2000 - 2004) white labels were a dime a dozen. Fortunately the industry has matured since then.

Anyway white label casino you can get your hands on these days ain't worth having.

I'm going to assume that you know very little about the online casino industry from an affiliate point of view. Because frankly a white label casino is simply a glorified casino portal.

Any online casino that may consider giving you a white label casino, would require you to have good knowledge of the online casino industry. Though it would also require you to have a decent traffic/player base.

My recommendation is to forget about a white label casino and set yourself up a casino portal and promote casinos as an affiliate.

Sign up over at the GPWA (Gambling Portal Webmaster Association)
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

When your domain is @ least 3 months old you can apply for private membership.

Private GPWA members have access to the private forums. These will provide you with a wealth of information. You'll also have access to asking questions of other casino portal webmasters.

white label casino

Thanks for your answer but I have very large traffic and thousands of players in my player base .

It doesn't matter the price if the commission is high.

Just looking a simple way to work I can get my own casino but it's too much stuff.

I am already in contact with many companies but if anyone have suggestions about turnkey casino let me know.

Thanks

We've been scammed by Totalesoft.com

Hello Rico (and anyone else),

We've got scammed recently by them and lost a large amount of money. :(
For the last months we did not get any reply.

Perhaps anyone can give us advise on what to do, maybe other parties got the same problem with
Totalesoft and together we can take (legal) action?
Any advise would be appreciated.

Rico; you didn't do business with Totalesoft? If so, did you find another good business party for a White Label thing?

Thank you in advance.

Regards,

Patrick

Hi Patrick,

I believe they are based out of Gibraltar you could try contacting the Gibraltar gaming commission ( Government Owned/Regulated).

I'm sure they'd be non to pleased to know of these scoundrels operating their scams from within the boundaries of Gibraltar.

That's about the only suggestion I can offer. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Our company operates ownAcasino.com

Steady on cowboy...

I checked out your site.
The premium package was built in 2005.
Worse it's got outdated info and links.

Plus the games on offer are out dated.
You'd be lucky to get anyone signed up to a casino using this software.

Secondly you state that the sub-licensee can obtain up to 70% commission on gross winnings from the casino...

Noobies and the uneducated may swallow that but 70% is NOT the true return affiliates receive. At most it maybe 35%. Yet I'd guess more like 30% or less. Unless of course the games are rigged. But who wants to run a casino with rigged games :what:

Once operating costs, bonuses, processing fees...ect...ect are taken out, the sub-licensee is left with very little.

Not withstanding the fact they wear 100% of the marketing fees for their web site. The site that incidentally costs them up to $9,950US to have you build.

On top of that they have to open an offshore account another $2500US, thank you :D

When really all they are paying for is a casino portal made to look like a online casino.

Reiterating going the way of a white label casino, these type anyway, is sure road to blowing your dough.

As I said your far better investing whatever money you plan to use as start up costs into having some design a really tricked up casino portal for you.

You can then market a selection of casinos to your visitors or player base. Best of all you stand a far better chance of making a decent income.

Hello Everyone,

Just wanted to let you know that everything is solved with Totalesoft.
There where some issues, but also regarding our specific needs and that took a while to handle.
My previous post was placed to soon, so Totalesoft is a good business regarding White Label Casinos.
If anything new comes up I'll let you now, but so far so good! :D

Cheers,

Patrick

Hi,

I was recently informed of this thread. If you need to contact me, I can be reached on jfrancis at totalesoft.com. The ones put in by thelawnet are old ones, so please feel free to use that one.

I would just like to ask Vince and AussieDave to contact me personally with any specific issues they have been made aware of, so that I can take action for them - as we have done for Patrick. I might not see them on this forum, so if you can let me know directly I'd be grateful.

No company gets everything 100% right every time, so the occasional negative comment is to be expected. All I would ask is the opportunity to address anything negative. Since our software bug in 2007 we have had very few complaints by either clients or players, so I hope that counts for something.

Just one final point - Casino Millionaire is owned by a client of ours, but it was registered to us (as are some other of our clients) at his request. As he is based in the US, we agreed to do that for him. It's now registered via a Domain Proxy site. Also, we stopped operating ownacasino.co.uk some time ago to concentrate on our white label offering. Hope that helps!

Thanks,

Jonathan

You've got an interesting attitude for sure (from the FAQ on the website):

"We expect that you will make money from the venture but just like in regular gambling games, sometimes players win (sad but true!)."

Don't forget, as far as players are concerned, YOU are running the casino, so if things turn sour, they will be looking to YOU to put it right, and NOT your mystery client(s). So long as clients that want to register through yourselves are properly vetted, this should work out OK.

The TotaleSoft software I tried was rather "naff", certainly when compared with the other more popular brands.

ownacasino did NOT help your reputation among players, as the site looked as though you were offering to allow ANYONE to operate a casino "out of their garden shed", offering a cheap & cheerful solution with "naff" games.

Rival operated on a white label model, and look how they ended up being bitten in the ass by it.

Faked White Label Casinos

Hi is someone can tell me is totalesoft is a scam ?

Everybody who is interested in running a white label casino should be very cautious. Most providers offering casinos below 25k setup fee are scammers. Read this informative article:

Lost thousands buying TotalESoft White Label site

I purchased a WhiteLabel site and wish id never heard of TotalESoft (I have lost about £5000.00)
Like you, they are not replying to emails.
Unfortunately what they provide isn't worth having. I haven't worked out it they are deliberately deceitful, poorly run, or just dont care (or all 3).
They also offered a money back guarantee - which I've tried to claim, but they have still are not responding to contact.
If your solicitor wants more information , or possibly another case, feel free to get in touch.

To everyone else;
Avoid TotalESoft like the plague

Perhaps before investing in a white label casino, especially at the value end of the market, you should find one of their skins that is already operating, and join as a player to see what the experience is like. If it's crap (and it is - I've tried Total ESoft), then you will realise that the players you attract may try it once, and then walk away, and it will have little to do with how you market the product.

What you can't really know though is the way a turnkey provider interacts with you as a business client, which seems to have disappointed a number of their customers. You might be able to get an idea though by looking at forums such as this, and other casino review sites, and seeing how the currently active skins of your preferred turnkey provider are doing in reviews.

For Total ESoft, you are likely to find it's a case of "never heard of them", rather than there being any positive or negative reviews.

I found one on Gone Gambling, and even they confused the software and labelled it as "Futurebet", which was in the Meister's rogue pit at the time. This is how the management of Total Esoft were first flushed out, they wanted to make it clear that they had nothing to do with Futurebet. Having clarified this, their casino (the one on Gone Gambing) closed down, and the whole operation seemed to vanish, until now. This is supposedly the "relaunch" of Total Esoft, so it would seem the current crop of dissatisfied clients have jumped on board an untested ship, and found it to be full of holes.

Did you ask for a chargeback to your credit card company, or to your bank or did you try any legal solution? Do you have any papers/contracts from them that can be of use in getting your money back, or they didn't gave you any papers?

TotalESoft : Avoid

I wasn't offered pmt by credit card so made a bank transfer. I had spent over a year investigating Casino options and discussing requirements etc with TotalESoft before signing up.
I have spent months now trying to get a refund but they ignore all phone messages and when they do reply to communications with an email its normally just making excuses of being ill/family illness/abroad/not received your messages.
I asked for a site that could be fully edited by the SEO company I employed. I was given a site on a CMS system which couldn't be edited in more than a superficial way. If you can't do proper SEO for a Casino Site there is no point opening an internet casino site.
