They've never been listed at Casinomeister because of a few issues in the past. One was their atrocious customer support - hopefully it's better now. Another was their non-responsiveness to complaints - they all went through Crypto (when they were Crypto).

At the moment, I don't believe they meet the Accredited Casino standards - specifically paying progressive wins in a lump sum.

99% of the money I deposit in casinos go to William Hill Casino Club and its parter casinos, those who were owned by the Crown Solution Gaming before. They are my favourite casinos. Personally I was very happy to see William Hill opened its new casino about a year ago, and they continued the bonus scheme of Crown Solution Gaming. Among the recent available bonuses in other casinos, I think William Hill and its partners has the best bonuses I think. The WR except for the first deposit bonus is 15x at William Hill, and around 10x at its partners. Roulette is allowed in the bonus play, and roulette limits starts at 0.10 and goes with wide limits. The Live roulette limit also starts at 0.15, and you can also play that with the bonus. At William Hill, if you deposit, in the following 12 months you will be eligible for a 100% match bonus every month. Considering this and the 15x WR, and also the fact that games like Roulette, Sic Bo and Craps don't require a bet, this is the casino group that is the most generous on the net I think. Moreover these table games have turbo play feature. Even at Microgaming you can't meet such combinations. I have already cashed out sucessfully several times from WH and its partners (sometimes 400-600 Euro), like 21Nova, Joyland, simply from every partner, and I was always paid in the promised time frame. Also usually I got the offered bonus instantly, in case there were errors with crediting the live chat solved the problem in minutes.

Anyway at WH you get 30 no deposit on registration, the WR is 20 as I remember, and roulette is also allowed. These kind of rules for a no deposit promo is rare, considering the roulette limit starts at 0.10 with turbo spin feature.

For me they are NR. 1 on the net these days. I am sad they abandoned some casinos of their group, like Ambercoast, Carnaval and Skykings. I hope they will reopen them in the future.

Really, is this a new term? They paid me $118,000 (Rags JP) in one lump, this was a few years ago though. At that time they had a 10k daily cashout limit.

I only been playing on Will Hill for the last 30 days or so and never once had a problem. I did withdraw the money just to see if they would pay and they did. I put it back in the next day. :) They have friendly service, live roulette, 21, and other games. And they got tons, and I mean tons of games. I never take the money they offer because I always hear if you try to take out 500 they will tell you that it was with money they gave too you. Not from Will Hill but other websites. So I don't accept it and I only play Roulette and its .10 cents to 10,000 limit. It is great and the Turbo feature, along with other things. In Gold Roulette live you can talk with the dealers, and they are pretty hot. :)

Ghost.

Best site ever, not even looking to go to some other place.

That would have been on the Cryptologic software. Their casinos Inter, WH (for now) and a few others all pay out their progressives right away. Never had an issue with payouts there.

William Hills was one of the first sites I played at, along with Ladbrokes they are the most well known gambling brand in the UK with 2300 landbased shops.
I use them mainly now for their sportsbook which has improved vastly over the years.

Never had a problem with them myself. I only set up an account with them years ago because it was a well established brand I felt I could trust.

How long does it usually take to make a withdrawl to neteller - anyone knows?

96h timeframe while you can reverse your withdrawal  , then it's quite fast after that.

I must say that my experience with the WH group is quite good - some days ago, cashouted 400 of a 20 deposit @21Nova (their sister casino , only survivor of the old Cpays group) ...thent got offered a 80 free chip two days after receiving my money !:eek2:

That was quite a nice gift from them :)

I dont think they flush withdrawl though, I asked in chat yesterday and she/he had no idea what I was asking, kept asking if I ment that I wanted them to cancel my withdrawl!

Edit, I went back again and she knew what I ment, but told me that they do not offer this!

I do like the casino and the staff is very friendly and helpfull. HOWEVER, when I wanted to withdrawl whick I did, I got asked for documents which I was expecting - one of them however was rejected (utility bill) since it was more than 6 months old.
However I got an email after emailing them asking if I could send them by post since I had no scanner available. Got an email saying that it was no rush, that they would not need this for my withdrawl - just for accountupgrading and that my withdrawl would go through anyways!

Great! And I am sure it will - but 4 buisness days in ending mode with no possibility to flush..And after that - 2-3 days before it hits neteller - that is just too much - atleast in my book!
