Hi,

as this casino is accredited here, I hadn't expect this:

Tomorrow it is 2 weeks ago, when I made a cashout. I sent them the required documents as it's stated on theit site.

I wrote 5 or 6 emails and got not a single answer.

I had 4 chats. Each time, they told me it is in the processiong, they got my docs I have to wait.

Why the hell does it take 2 weeks to process that ????

See the CM Grande Vegas review HERE

Maybe you should at first read this thread: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/grande-vegas-stalling.34678/

They've changed their withdrawal time up to 10 working days so it could be 2 weeks to get a withdrawal, but that's for me also the reason, why i'll never play there, because 2 weeks is really unacceptable, even 1 week is much too long for a withdrawal, since there are so much better RTG casinos out there, which can pay always within 24 hours!

Just checked out their TOS

"Withdrawals will be processed and paid out within five (5) to seven (7) working days of the initial withdrawal request"

Which is more than enough for me to know I would never deposit with the above in mind. 5 to 7 working days - imagine if you withdraw at the weekend. No reason for such a long hold IMO. Ok if they flush then I suppose some would not mind waiting days n days but with no flush then it really would suck.

I cant for the hell of me work out why some casinos have such insane withdraw times. With so many good fast paying casinos on the net why go for less. Friday I withdrew 700 from a FL casino - around 3 hours later it was in sat in my neteller account. Over the weekend I have re-deposited. Dont you see a pattern here  Sad to think casinos prefer to go for the reversal of any withdraw rather than building up a steady player relationship based on trust - clean games and Fast Payouts! 48 hours or less max. No excuse! Rant done.

SOLVED - today they paid

It's been 13 days...

In fact, before I signed up there (months ago, always lost until now), I read they should be paying really quickly. Hmm, maybe they really changed that. But 13 days is just a joke.

Hi Everyone

I would just like to clarify a few issues that have been discussed here.

Generally speaking the processing of our withdrawals takes 48 hours; this is done when documents and information regarding the players account are in order. Valid contact information and necessary documentation is all we need to make sure your withdrawal is processed as quickly as possible.

As I have said in my previous posting and as Im sure most of you know, fraudulent activity is not unheard of and at Grande Vegas we do our utmost to ensure nothing untoward happens regarding our deposits as well as withdrawals.

Please keep in mind that we do not do this as a means for players to flush back in their winnings. I couldnt agree with you more doomed4ever, we would much rather have excellent service and return business in all instances. I am pleased to say most of our players do in fact get paid within 48 hours.

The reason our website and our terms and conditions state that a withdrawal can take up to 10 working days is that a bank wire can take up to this amount of time to clear into a players account.

If there is anything else I can assist anyone with, please email me or PM at any time :)

Kind Regards,
Madison

Grande Vegas: fraudulent activity is not unheard of
But aren't you guys (all casinos) taking this a little too far for us average joe players? I mean..c'mon...when someone is withdrawing less than $500 and then to go and claim this delay and is due to fraud prevention/terrorist/government requirements etc is a little much...I can understand if this is implemented to a withdrawal over a few thousand dollars but to claim it on say $75 withdrawal, is a little much in my book. The government wouldn't waste it's spit in the USA for anything under a $10,000 transaction...

So, to say it is for our benefit and to prevent any abuse or fraud is going over the top on some of these withdrawals. Who is going to take their time out to defraud a casino for a few bucks??? I am talking small potatoes here..not in the thousands...so don't go jumping me...

IMO, there should be a set limit for in depth checks on transaction instead of this willy nilly nickle and dime stuff.....this would remove a load off the processing of payments IMO...

I know, I know, take a few dozen fraudsters withdrawing a few hundred dollars and you take a big hit...NOT....because they would be found out before being paid IMO...

Once an ID and player has been confirmed...they should be processed easily and without delay for under a standard amount...but it seems most casinos choose to follow and implement their 5 day rule or what ever rule they want even for confirmed players...even players that have been members for YEARS...how silly is that???

Pay the darn players once confirmed and loyal players that have been a member for YEARS in a timely manner (24 hours or less). This would make it easier to spot fraud if you clean the books faster for established players...

.......I was the first one to complain last time.....I want to be the one who says the good too.
I made a withdraw last night at Grande Vegas....it has been already paid in my QT account.:D
So sometimes they dont know either when you will get paid....lol:lolup:

This should be the norm for established players. Quick payouts instead of hemming and hawing, making excuses.

Only new accounts need thorough processing and once vetted and done , any withdrawal for approved players should be processed in 24 hours or less. This leaves time for scrutinizing large withdrawals that would be questionable, not the average joes withdrawal.

Hi Silcnlayc

Just as Kakata has said once we do have doc's and verified information we do generally pay out within 48 hours.

Just to clear things up the withdrawal that was originally discussed here was not for just $75 and the payment has since made :)

Grande Vegas strives to pay out money asap, but from time to time discrepancies are encountered, and we are very thorough when dealing with this at all times.

I do hope this sheds some light on the situation

These are my own experiences too until now.

Just one word to you Madison, is Melanie no longer the rep here or i missed somewhat ?

Or are both responsible ? one from the Casino and one from the Affiliate site ?

:)))

Strange reasons. Maybe it is difficult for Grande to make examinations fast, but that doesn't change the fact that compared to some other, good places, they are slow.

slow pay

Casinos insist that it takes time for withdrawls to prevent fraud, which could be true. But couldn't there also be fraud when making a deposit? And I have never once seen a casino make me jump through a bunch of hoops when depositing with a credit card. It's possible that someone could use a stolen credit card, etc. When the money is going into the casino they don't validate your identity, it is only when money is going out. I think the casinos just want to hold your money as long as they can.

 Good question!

With regards to your question jimdog...

At Grand Vegas Casino once a player has deposited a certain amount via credit card our risk department does in fact send the player a credit authorization form to verify that the transactions are correct. This is done regardless of whether a player has a pending withdrawal or not. Until we receive the CAF, a player is not permitted to deposit via credit card.

These actions are taken in both instances to insure transparency and fairness across the board in relation to deposits as well as withdrawals.

Just to update this as I was looking for information on this -

I just spoke with a online representative and it now takes 7 to 10 days to make a withdrawal. I have withdrawn from there before so I'm not concerned about getting the money, but now that 48 hours that it used to be has turned into 7 to 10 days!!! Gosh, that is extremely long for any casino... guess it's time to find another one which is a bummer in itself because I really liked it there but there is no way I want to wait 10 days for a withdrawal to be processed :eek2:

well didnt want to make new one..

and i didnt see that much problem asking in existing thread.

Well because it's considered bad forum etiquette - it might confuse people who don't pay attention to the dates into thinking that an issue is current.

But to answer your question, Grande Vegas and the rest of the casinos in the group (Jackpot Capital and Slotastic) have a 48 hour pending period that doesn't include weekends, but as soon as that pending period is up they process withdrawals right away. Just be aware that if you cash out say on Thursday, then Friday is 24 hours, then Sat and Sun don't count, then Monday is another 24hours and your wd will be processed on Tuesday. So if you need to stay strong and not reverse during that time. I'm not sure what cashout timeframes are like in the US these days though.

Congrats on the win! Hopefully it won't take too long to get it, the rep here is really good though so you can always contact her if you're having any problems.

Grande Vegas winnings conficated

My withdrawal was rejected because the site said I had 2 consecutive freechips. But my withdrawal request was made after a deposit with a small bonus.

Has anyone ever heard of this??? Wouldn't that mean that your deposit would be forfeited no matter what if your 2 previous chips were free. Why would anyone make another deposit if it wouldn't be withdrawable? It makes no sense to me. I will NEVER play at this site again.
