Ghost, I wouldn't suggest you try the other for non-gaming and then use it for gaming.
In fact, I don't even have my credit card tied to my Moneybookers, I just use it for withdrawals from casinos, and then either deposit to another casino or send to my bank account.
Since you already tried to register your Visa as gambling, they are probably "wise" to you as a gambler. Regulations vary so much from country to country, and from credit card to credit card, I wouldn't risk it myself.
When I first opened my Moneybookers account, I was asked if I was going to use it for gambling, I answered yes.
Maybe for the casinos you gamble at you could contact them (or their reps here on this board) to see if it is necessary for you to make a deposit via Moneybookers in order to withdraw via Moneybookers. It is not a requirement of Moneybookers that you have to deposit somewhere by MB in order to receive a payment to MB, and only the regulation of some casinos, but not all.
Because my prepaid Mastercard does not accept payments back to it, I've been able to withdraw to Moneybookers from credit card deposits without problems. The only time I really had to make a deposit was to collect a win from a signup ND bonus.
