Resolved Rich and Thebes Misleading Terms

I will try to make this as short as I can. I received the below email from Thebes stating I had not played in while and to try Rich their sister casino with a $100 n/d bonus, as you can see it clearly states 20X, as well directs you to Thebes general T&C's which also are at 20X. So I played and had a balance of $497.10 after quite a bit of play $4671 wagered, more than double the posted terms, cashed out, rejected, said I had another 53X to play:eek2:, contacted c/s and after 20 mins still no answer, I search high and low for a different term for the chip but nothing, went to bed, next morning played more and got my balance to $600, tried to w/d again, rejected after $8500 in wagering, contacted c/s and either not willing to answer or just could not I had to leave to work after another 25 mins, well by the time I played through the 100x my balance was 0. The more and more I started thinking the more pissed I got, contacted David here and he got the ball rolling with Rich, got a response from Rich that they made mistake and the wagering should have been 20X, her resolve was to put the $100 back in my account with a 20X rollover???? of course barely made 3x and busted. I realize this is free money however that is not the point, I feel I am owed at least $397.10 (my w/d after the $100 bonus was removed).

Well, you certainly had a new casino experience. Arrogance (refusal to be arsed to check again before parroting the same WRONG responce when you told them they must surely be wrong about the 20x which they thought was 100x). Incompetence (getting it wrong in the first place, codes and terms are closely tied together with the Rival lobby are they not?).
Getting it right in the end, but too late.

All they have done is show you a bad casino experience at a sister site, which could deter you from playing there, but worse still, could put you off continuing to play at Thebes. Had they not contacted you with this offer, you may have played again.

Don't forget, if you HAD managed to withdraw from this free chip, the "Fantastic anti-fraud systems" that Rival operate would have ensured your offers vanished from the lobbies of every Rival casino you have an account at, and any that you joined in future.

I have to stand corrected about losing promos, but the rest of the criticism stands.

I am a little surprised to hear this of Thebes though, because it seemed they were better at managing CS than this, and wanted to be the standard bearer for Top Game.

I have neither played at Rival nor Top Game, so it was easy to miss the clue given by the lobby screenshot.

There are too many tales where players are repeatedly told they have more WR to do, with the mistake rather conveniently only coming to light once they have zeroed out trying to make the WRONG WR.

I will say David from Thebes is top notch, quick to answer and has been very helpful in trying to find a resolve, all this and not even his casino.

I strongly urge others to not even look twice- every aspect of my time there was uncomfortable and unhappy. I am no longer a member and would like to spare others from the mistake I made. TOPGAME IS JUST NOT THE RIGHT PLACE TO INVEST- SO FAR EACH TOPGAME CASINO I HAVE JOINED HAS TOO MANY ISSUES!

Unless I am missing something you have posted twice not to play here but have yet to divulge your issues, please expand.
 
A surprising conclusion to this story. I have long been a non supporter of TG so this came as somewhat of a surprise, speaking with David Thebes and Aaron from Rich, we have gone back and forth, all I asked was the the terms be made clear so other players would not have to deal with the issues of ambiguous or hidden terms, I never asked for money, what I have received is an assurance that the terms would be made clear and the shocker was $500 in my account no strings attached. As most of you know me I am in no way a shill or an affiliate, I did enjoy my play, the games played fair to me (I managed of 10K in playthrough on a $100) and the casino did go well beyond what they needed to, I am satisfied, now I can only hope TG will get the issues worked out, seems that some of the operators are trustworthy and fair, speaking for Thebes and Rich (sister casino's from what I gather).
