Although Cassava-held properties have long been reluctant to deal with player issues submitted by third parties, such as ourselves, we have recently been told by their Operations Department that this is now company-wide policy.

Warning: Cassava Enterprises and all its properties have adopted a "no talk" policy when it comes to player issues. This means that they will not discuss player issues with outside parties, like us. Because of this players can expect no help outside the Cassava organization itself. This Warning applies to all Cassava properties including:

Some are, most are not but the big ones are covered. On the "No Can Do" List Bryan has marked those that are eCOGRA.

We've been contacted by Loquax Ltd to inform us of the following:
[W]e (Loquax Ltd) are the owners of prize bingo, loquax bingo and bingohouse uk (they are white labels that Cassava manage).

If any player has an issue with these three sites and they contact you, then they and you are more than welcome to contact us and we will take an active interest in the issue.

I'll update the original post to reflect this info.

Is John Anderson still a non exec of eCogra? Also were'nt Cassava and Microgaming the prime movers behind the formation of eCogra?

If this is the case, white labels excluded, why have Cassava not got all their properties eCogra accredited? As the stance they are taking with CasinoMeister and other sites, is that the players now have no recourse at the properties not listed with eCogra.

Bad move in my view.

Last I heard it cost $$$ to be eCOGRA certified, per casino property. Not saying that's why they aren't all eCOGRA, but it might be.

888/Cassava have since brought a rep online (Rachel888) and she is accepting issues for Cassava properties.

A little clarification: Rachel is only responsible for 888 and Reef Club. The rest of the Cassava properties are in a grey zone at the moment as there has not as yet been a rep assigned to handle issues for those.

Update: things have changed a lot in the past few months regarding Cassava properties. 888 and Reef Club have been Accredited (see here, Rachel888 is the contact person), others may be considered in the future. The original Warning has and will be amended accordingly.

Old news now but as it happened the Accreditation did not go well. The casinos were unable to comply with the Accred process on several counts including cross-marketing and PAB cooperation. The group was pulled from the Accred list after a few months.

Recently we've had to issue a caution regarding Cassava white-label non-cooperation: see Casino848 and Cassava whitelabels are off the grid.

Later: we've had to issue a Warning against 888.com and all Cassava properties: 888 and related properties are ignoring player complaints.
