Credit where credit is due. Yesterday I lost 9 consecutive deposits (small ones totalling $210) at Gowild. On the 9th deposit I lost the deposit so fast that the instant bonus wasnt even credited by the time I finished. OK, one last deposit of $50 and when I started to play I got 2 bonuses in quick succession, obviously including one from the previous deposit.
Now I was quite a bit up on this deposit so I went to live chat and requested the bonus derived from the previous deposit to be removed. I also ranted about losing 9 straight deposits. The live chat lady (Sophie?) removed the bonus for me quickly and in the conversation also enquired on whether I wanted the remaining bonus removed as well. Actually, in the course of play I had dipped slightly into the bonus and so I should be locked into playing out the full bonus. I was quite touched and although even cashing out at this stage meant I only recovered an amount equivalent to half my deposits the way this casino handled a disgruntled customer is simply. A lesser casino would simply tell you that you have played with part of the bonus and will have to fulfill the remaining WRs.
For the records, I made a withdrawal and the funds were in my ecocard account within 2 hours. So you dont really have to win to be satisfied. For me, the playing experience was bad but the service excellent.
