Unlike other Jackpot Factory promos, the 777 bonus could be had PER ACCOUNT, and with Wild Jack & First Web not taking part, many players could have had three or four bites, for a total of 3108 or 2331 (if not having 999 casino)
The second "easter egg" is more of an error, they extended "Tumbling Dice" for an extra two weeks, but didn't tell anybody.
Although the link is still there, if you go through to select entries, the box still says "Entries close 1st July". When I mentioned this to support though, they confirmed it was no mistake that it had been left up, the terms had been changed to allow a further two weeks.
If anyone has deposited this last week & not known this, you have 3 hours to get entries in, just ignore the "closes 1st July", your entries are still accepted.
I did inform support of the first "easter egg", but they ignored my E-mail, something they keep claiming they never do, but never, ever, get back to me after they have had the "tech people investigate". This has now cost them 777x2 (almost). I spent hours with support last month, and demonstrated a technical glitch with their E-mail system, they accepted the glitch exists, and promised action, but have done Sweet Fanny Adams about it YET AGAIN
If they repeat this "easter egg", I will E-mail support, and if they ignore me again I will TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE - it may be the only way to get them to take charge of the problem rather than continually making promises and passing the file to the waste paper basket for follow up action.
After that E-mail, I sent one for a "flush", they replied within an hour, I then sent a second "flush" request, same format, but this was ignored, so I resent it exactly as it was using Outlook "resend", and they replied within half an hour. Clearly an intermittent problem at their end, I never get the "bounce". I am using a "proper" E-mail address, not Hotmail/Gmail/Yahoo etc.
