Here is the story:

On monday 19th I placed 200$ on casino on net. I got the 200$ deposit bonus (which I never asked for). I started playing and happened to win a lot of money in blackjack table. I reached 1320.5$ and I decided to make cashout and asked their live chat operator if I can make cashout now. He said I've met the wagering requirements and I can make the cash out and said congrats on my winnings.

I was glad until few days after that came an email saying:

"Routine checks of your account revealed that your are attempting to
abuse our 1st deposit bonus scheme.

In the event that the Company believes a user is abusing or attempting
to abuse a bonus or other promotion, or is likely to benefit through
abuse or lack of good faith from a gaming policy adopted by the
Company,
then the Company may, at its sole discretion, deny, withhold or
withdraw
from any user any bonus or promotion, or rescind any policy with
respect
to that user, either temporarily or permanently, or terminate that
user's access to the Service and/or block that user's account.

Therefore, as per our Terms and Conditions, we have permanently blocked
your accounts with our sites."

So, I have been a bonus abuser without knowing it. I had great luck and they refuse to pay me. I sent an email saying that I was only gambling and cause I got a big winning of course I wanted to get my moneys out. They sent another email saying I'm a scammer and refuses to pay me. I have no other account with their casino or 21.com or so on.

Please help me! my email is:
[

I can send you all the emails they've sent me!

Yours,

Okay, got an email from 888, they are making bankroll of my moneys to my casino account, which has been terminated cause of "bonus abuse suspicion". I asked about investigation of that, which was responded:

We have the rights to terminate your account based on strong suspicion.

eCOGRA said that they are waiting for the investigation before they can work on this. So basically, before investigation is over, my moneys are gone. My account was deleted and moneys taken.

888/casion on net cheats customers! The worst casino I've ever played in my entire life!

888 is a major contributor and one of the original backers of eCOGRA, IIRC. I would doubt eCOGRA would rule against them. Others on this board probably have more faith in eCOGRA, than me.

But. if history has shown anything, it is that anything is possible?

eCogra seem to base rulings on stated terms and conditions. If a term is unfair, eCogra will still rule in favour of the casino if the unfair term was clearly stated.
New player bonuses are now seen as a big con in many circles. Casinos will deny winnings citing "abuse" even when a player is simply exhibiting "responsible gambling", such as cashing in after a run of luck rather than pushing it and eventually losing it back. It is best to deliberately lose the first deposit and bonus, and try to "play well" on subsequent promotions. The best idea is to hit the slots on the first bonus - the chances of being suspected of "abuse" are much lower, and a stroke of luck can still lead to a big cash-out. The last casino that tried to cite "abuse" for slots play was given short shrift by eCogra, and they ended up paying players.

Many casinos seem to care little about the customers, seeing us as a supply of easy money. If we have the utter cheek to beat them on our first visit they look around for excuses to claim WE have "cheated" in some way. The more casinos do this, the less respect players will have for them, and the more "stunts" players will try out to gain just a little more advantage over the house. They either need to get their act together, and behave like a business that values it's clients, or design the software so that "abuse" and breaches of terms are impossible (the software will reject all invalid wagers before the game is played out). Online casinos are the ONLY entity that confiscate winnings after the wager has been resolved, in B & M outfits, the player has the money at the outset, and the B & M establishment can only refuse to take any further wagers from a player they believe has too much of an edge over them (something that has happened to me many times in the Fruit Machine world:mad: ).
